It is located close to all attractions. about 3 minutes from El Puente Rialto, the Aqua bookstore, Del Moro pasta, Suso ice cream, etc. I recommend it 100%, very clean and the staff very friendly. The view every morning from the window is very beautiful. I will return to stay again on my future trips

Excellent location, very near to St Marks Square & Rialto Bridge. Lots of restaurants, shops, and a very good pub. Fridge, coffee maker, with coffe etc provided and kettle in room. Good shower, with toiletries provided. The staff are lovely, especially Mark, who was very helpful. He offered lots of helpful tips, restaurants etc previous to us arriving. Very good communication

The hotel has no reception as such, neither does it have a restaurant for any meals, but there are plenty of places just outside to eat. It has no safe, although the property itself is very safe and secure, so it wasn't an issue. The only negative thing for us was that we had to carry our heavy cases up quite a few stairs, but that's just how many properties are in Venice.

Bathroom was across the hallway rather than ensuite ( this was clear at time if booking) so it would have been better if bathrobes were provided. Also bathroom window had no mosquito netting, so if left open then flies and mosquitos got in, but if left closed then it remained hot and humid as there was no extractor fan. Locating hotel is not easy from instructions but if you search for Zanutta Venezia Castello on google maps and then look for the door to the left of the shop window on the bridge, that’s the entrance.

Excellent communication with the team at the property. Ideally located. Very clean. Cannot fault it. When I come back I won’t hesitate to book this accommodation again.

The hotel was perfectly situated with easy access to important sights as well as hidden gems. A few minutes away from Rialto bridge and adorably situated on a canal with gondolas passing by regularly

Wonderful and characteristic location with easy access to all the major attractions of Venice, close to the Rialto bridge. Very spacious for accommodation in Venice. Rooms are private so a fantastic option for people sharing.

Directions to the entrance. Both of us got very lost trying to find it, one person wondered around for an hour. Would be helpful to have someone greet you to assist you in finding it. The upper bedroom could have more place to accommodate clothing and a bit more counter area.

Loved the ambience of the property and the little details such as wine & beer on arrival and a lovely box of biscuits. They paid a lot of attention to detail.

We had to walk down some stairs to our bathroom which was situated in a public area, however it was only for our use and was beautifully laid out.

Great location close to everything and walking distance across the whole city. Received location information the morning of check in, detailed and easy to find. Door code worked and bedroom was a very good size and bathroom was beautiful. Perfect stay in Venice!

The only thing I could think of was that it was two twin beds pushed together to make a double so kept falling in the dip in the middle of the two beds but really wasn't a huge issue!

This was a very special trip for me, Venice is very close to my heart and a place that me and my husband loved, this was the first time going back since he died so I was apprehensive and anxious but from the minute I stepped into our apartment I knew it was going to be a memorable trip. The location was exceptional, right in the hub of Venice with easy access to all the major tourist attractions, a couple of minutes from the Rialto Bridge which held so many memories for me. The room was cosy, fresh and clean. It was an external bathroom but steps from our room and was lovely, we felt very safe there too. Would highly recommend. Marco was very helpful and accommodating and answered any questions we had promptly. He also arranged a boat trip for us which was really enjoyable, nothing was to much for him. I was very appreciative. I would not hesitate to go back.

Great central location near Rialto Bridge. Excellent helpful host and friendly staff. Property is in good restored and upgraded condition, comfy rooms, very nicely equipped. Everything we wanted to visit was an easy 10 - 15 minute stroll. I would certainly consider staying here again if revisiting Venice. Digital keypad entry, no keys to lose!

Venice is busy! The front door opens onto a bridge and frequently when entering or leaving the property there would be groups of people blocking the doorway, typically taking pictures of gondolas or selfies. Not a problem with the property, but some people were a little reluctant to move!
