The hotel is a true gem in Venice. it met our expectation and beyond! the staff was extra friendly and helpful. we got a free breakfast for the first morning and it was wonderful. they offered breakfast for 10 euros for the following days - very reasonable price. the location is right in the middle of everything, and only a 3 minutes walk from the waterbus station, so transportation from and to the airport is extremely easy. the room was small, but had everything we needed. very clean, very well kept, the entire hotel has a beautiful design - modern facilities with a touch of an antique style. we loved it! front desk is open 24 hours, so check in and out could be flexible. in fact, we've arrived earlier than the official check in time and the room was already made for us. highly recommended for a romantic vacation in Venice!

at night there was an odd smell in the hallways. nothing terrible, and not in the room itself. plus, there is a bar downstairs that could get a litlle noisy. we slept perfectly well and there were earplugs in the bathroom for guests to use. but if someone is super sensitive to noise - this might be something to consider.

Love, love, love the location. Since Venice is very small, every corner has everything you need. Restaurants, pastries, shopping, coffee, wines and even groceries Our taxi boat ride was just outside the door and we didn’t have to carry our luggages on the cobbled stone streets for hours.

Nothing. Everything is perfect and I will go back to the same hotel if we ever plan next time.

The hotel is perfectly situated just steps from the iconic Ponte di Rialto, tucked away in a quiet corner that opens directly to one of Venice's charming canals—offering an ambiance that feels quintessentially Venetian. Our room was spacious and well-appointed, featuring a comfortable bed and a modern, clean bathroom that added to the overall comfort of our stay. The presence of a small yet practical elevator was a welcome surprise, making it effortless to bring our luggage to the fourth floor—something not always common in Venetian accommodations. The combination of its prime location, thoughtful amenities, and authentic atmosphere made our experience truly delightful.

The shower had excellent water pressure, which was refreshing, but the showering space itself was quite small, making it less comfortable to use.

Location was perfect , So close to Rialto bridge and the vaporetto stop was literally 5 minute walk to make getting to the train station so easy and probably only had about 10 steps from water bus stop to hotel . Other than getting to train station and back we walked everywhere else . We stayed over the weekend the bar nearby was extremely busy but with windows closed it was fine . All members of staff we met were super friendly and helpful , Breakfast was lovely .

We just had a standard double room it was small but adequate enough for 1 or 2 nights . Pillows were very hard . Our room floor was definitely on a slope but it’s an old building just get wierd at the start .

The location was amazing - very central in Venice, right next to the Rialto bridge. The room was very clean and spacious with a good sized ensuite bathroom and there was always some one at reception.

The shower wasn't fully enclosed by a shower screen so the bathroom floor got a little wet when showering. The corridors of the hotel had a bit of a bad smell. It was very noisy in the evenings due to the bar underneath the hotel, this was a little bit of an issue as the aircon wasn't working so we had to have the windows open. The bed was on the firm side so not very comfortable to us - but may suit other travellers.

The decor throughout was lovely, clean and well maintained. It was quiet. Martina at the front office was the best host/concierge I have ever experienced from all the countries I have visited. She was so knowledgeable of all services provided around to match our needs and what we wanted out of this trip. She pretty much made our agenda of things to do and made reservations for us at all the places. Even made reservations for us on the mainland Mestre. Her directions were on point all the time, we never got lost!!! She was very patient, super friendly and so helpful her service overall was exceptional! We need more Martina’s around the world :)

I picked this hotel because it seemed a new hotel in comparison to the rest of the hotels in Venice and it was, which I liked it. However, what I didn’t like is that the room is very very small and that you have to leave your room card at the lobby every time you go out of the hotel, but besides that, it has a good location, like 7 minutes away from Rialto which is really good if you arrive to Venezia Santa Lucia railway station. The internet was good, the room was very clean and the furniture is well maintained.

We loved this little place. Everyone was pleasant and helpful. We were there a week and had no issues at all. We followed one reviewer’s advice and booked a triple room for the 2 of us. It gave us a little larger room which we appreciated given that we were spending a week there. The room was also incredibly clean. Bathroom was good with a nice shower. The location is about as good as you could ask for. It’s right near the Rialto bridge and very central to everything. Again, we loved our stay!

The only thing that I can think of that some people may not like, is that there is a very busy and popular bar below it. It gets pretty loud sometimes but honestly, my daughter and I didn’t mind at all. In fact, we thought it was kind of endearing in a way. Happy people having a great time!!Many times we had all our windows open. When they were shut, it just wasn’t enough to bother either of us.

Hotel is in a great Venice location. Plenty of shops, restaurants and the Rialto Bridge and Grand canal with ‘bus’ stops are all within a few minutes walk. St Marks Square is less than 10 minutes walk. Hotel has lovely classic decor and was spotlessly clean. Room was very quiet despite the central location. Room fairly small but not untypical for a European city. Staff lovely. Breakfast fairly basic but reasonably priced. Would definitely return here for our next Venice stay and would recommend.

Nothing.

We appreciate that it has 24h reception and staff is friendly and helpful. I love that the decoration blends perfectly with the city’s style, it felt a bit luxurious and was a way too better than other places we checked. Loved the fact that has a lot of channels and Netflix.

When we arrived we’ve been looking for the hotel and get to a small street with a pub and sketchy alleys. We asked for the address but no one knew it. We thought that we’ve been scammed, then we entered one of the alleys next to the pub and found the Hotel. The room was too hot and the AC controls on the wall had the cool function deactivated. We’ve been told that in winter they lock this function. Sometimes we needed to open the window because outside was at 6 degrees but then we had mosquitoes in, and could heard all the noise from the pub.
