Ca' Turelli is a small hotel, it's nothing fancy but it's very welcoming and we had a great experience! The staff were very friendly and helpful with all our needs e.g. check in time, luggage storage, etc. The room was comfortable and clean, the breakfasts were great, and it's in a great location close to the grand canal and a square with lots of restaurants. Highly recommended!

A few very minor things - it would have been nice to have a kettle and cups provided in our room, but we asked the staff and we were able to use the kettle in the breakfast room. A second chair in our room would have been good, and clearer information about paying the city tax would also have been helpful!

Clean, and in a great location. Matteo had some amazing recommendations for restaurants. The meals we had there were some of the best things I’ve ever put in my mouth!

There was a mix up with the booking and I got overcharged. Originally I was planning on three nights, but we changed it to two with the Owner’s approval. I still got charged for three nights, and I had to file a dispute with my bank to get it back. This was more a problem with booking.com and not the business Owner and property.

The location was great, a short walk to all the major attractions, bars and restaurants. The host was very friendly and accommodating - asked us each day if we would like our room clean and greeted us every morning with a smile and Bonjourno! Fresh croissants for breakfast each morning was a bonus!

The room was small and basic, but ok for a few nights stay. A kettle and tea and coffee facilities in the room would have been appreciated. I thought we would have a room with a balcony however our view was straight into a neighbour's window...

Clean and quiet. Small but adequate. Friendly and helpful host. Waited up for us.Good value for the money. Away from tourists in a quiet and peaceful location.

A bit hard bones for Venice. I wish there had been some more attention to atmosphere. Breakfast was very minimal. Could have been some cheese and cold cuts to go with the fresh rolls. A bit hard to find at first. Need better directions

The owner and the staff were super nice and very warm. Apartment was clean, and in a great location. For the amount of money spent, it was definitely worth the money. They also let us keep the luggage there until our departure to the airport.

Room was too small, with a view of a wall. Breakfast was only pastries, but very nice with coffee of you're choice. Also juice and yogurt was available.

Great, quiet location, great breakfast, great staff, and they were flexible with us keeping our luggage there.

We stayed at the end of April and they told us they did not use air conditioning until May/summer. It was pretty stuffy in the room without this, but they did provide a fan for us and with the window open it was comfortable. I just felt this discrepancy should have been more clearly communicated.

The location is great, the room was very clean and comfortable. I didn't meet anyone at the hotel, but Matteo answered my messages via WhatsApp very fast, and he was very kind.

The TV channels were not working. I wish I could use the TV, but it didn’t hurt my experience at the property.

The hotel was old-fashioned, but clean and tidy. The guy who works there provides 100% executional service :) the location was quite, but close to the streets where night-life is active. During breakfast time whole hotel smells sweet :)

Maybe only the room locks could be newer as it is difficult to unlock/lock the room and shower curtains were stained- but neither of them was that a very problem.

Kamal the bnb manager was the nicest man. He was so helpful and pleasant . He couldn't do enough for us. Matteo the owner is lucky to have him working there. We would highly recommend staying there.

Unfortunately we arrived late at night & found it difficult to find as we thought there would have been a big sign saying Ca' Turelli B&B...even using sat nav/Google maps after arriving there was no light over the small name over the door saying Turelli...
