Spacious one bedroom suite with small but efficient kitchen. Location was good, close to plenty of services and the I-580 freeway.

Staff was fairly friendly but not overly helpful. Interior public spaces were kind of dirty, carpets in hallways and stairs hadn't been vacuumed in a while until I mentioned it to the desk clerk then a few days later it was vacuumed. Hallway walls and doors needed paint/touch-up's. Appeared that management didn't have a grasp on details or quality control.

I did pick because of COVID rules. Never thought it'd impact me breakfast expectations So, COVID brown bag breakfast. No scrambled eggs \ bacon \ sausage. (Got what I asked for?) I always forget to bring or buy salt, pepper, simple spices, butter, for kitchen use. Didn't realize airport shuttle doesn't run on weekends, but had a backup plan, so it wasn't a problem, just a surprise.

Very dog friendly

People did not pick up after their dog in the grass pet area. So you really had to watch where you walked if you walked your dog in that grass. Poop was in many different places throughout the grass.

The room was spacious, the bed was fantastic, and the bathroom was very clean Walking distance to a shopping center, restaurants to choose it was fantastic.

The rooms!! I love that I can rent a hotel room and make it feel like home. I rent a lot of rooms to spend time with my sons and also my boyfriend and our daughter. My sons live in Reno so we go there a lot and then my daughter and I live near sacramento as does her dad so we stay local a lot to but I like to make things as homey as possible so we can just enjoy being a family andnI can cook meals instead of ordering out 3 times a day it adds up quick. The privacy given by the bedrooms is also greatly appreciated and enjoyed!

The toilets have clogged during both my stays but that could also be from my 3 teenage males that have been with me during both stays... Minor inconvenience in comparison to everything positive about the hotel. Oh the pool closing at 8 kinda sucks lol but no other complaints

Breakfast was GREAT!! Nice choices except the coffee was too weak. Staff was very helpful and nice.

No room cleaning and we had to ask for hangers and towels (daily ) no regular liquid dish soap in the kitchen...no water pressure in the shower and shower head was NOT GOOD!! Couch would only accommodate one person comfortably in the center spot other spots were NOT Comfortable

Everything is actually in the service the breakfast the room just beautiful we had a great time but thank you so much for everything will we come back ❤️

That it was dog friendly, and the nice area in the middle for the dogs, there the quest picked up. The suite layout was nice. The outside eating area was great

Breakfast on the weekend should also start at 6:30. The dog area out back in the corner needs to be maintained since the quest were not doing their part.

spa wasn’t working ( main reason we chose this hotel) and the room had a slight cigarette odor upon entry.

Loved it here. Suite was really nice, clean and big. Kitchen was a plus. TV in living room and bedrooms. We were about 30-45 min early and couldn’t check in yet so we walked across the street to the shopping center. Kids loved it. Would definitely stay again.

Other reviews are right about the low water pressure in the shower and bagged to go breakfast. I’m sure the breakfast was better before COVID though.
