Very clean and comfortable. As seen in the pictures. Rooms with en-suite are great. Price is good for Copenhagen. Will definitely visit there again.

Mould in bathroom corner. On booking.com they say the room has a refrigerator, but there is NO refrigerator in the room. Even the private room with en-suite is without a refrigerator. You have to use the fridge in the common area. Please fix your info online. It’s quite misleading, as this is one of the reasons we booked this room in this hotel!

Extremely close to a wide variety of restaurants, extremely convenient location (three blocks from Copenhagen Central train station), very English-friendly staff and an in-hotel bar with reasonable pricing

It seemed rather odd that it was a crap shoot on whether or not your room had a TV. We booked three rooms, and one had a TV, and it seemed a little arbitrary. The nice thing is that we spent negligible time watching TV, so I suppose that doesn't matter much. It was a touch cramped, though, using the in-room sink without any shelf or surface to set sink-appropriate items on (hair product, toiletries, etc.). These are nit-picky comments, though—all in all, it was very solid.

Annex is just amazing! The rooms were clean, it was quiet in the nights, the shared toilets were super clean and well maintained and there were a lot of rooms to hang out with your friends. The kitchen is a bit small but it was never too busy in there so it was alright. It's definetely worth the money! Its located directly in the center, you can rent bikes and walk almost everywhere. It was way better than we expected and we will definetely coming back! They had room service everyday. Big thanks too the really friendly and helpful stuff!

Exceptionally friendly and helpful staff with high proficiency in English. The catering for the breakfast buffet was excellent and had a wide variety of breakfast options from pastries to hot sausages, with my traveling partner commenting on the amazing coffee and yogurt. The beds are very comfortable and there are provisions for bedding and towels included with a sink in the room - not having the toilets or showers in the room was a little less convenient but the facilities provided were new and clean. Easy to get too from the central station.

Some wireless connection to the TV for laptops (MacOS) to have a better workflow would be nice other than HDMI cable from the bed I brought - less convenient having the WC and Showers separated but it was sufficient.

Great location, right next to the central train station and within walking distance of all the tourist attractions. The room was clean and the equipment was modern. The communal toilets and showers were clean. Easy check-in and check-out. They stored my suitcase for a few hours when I checked out.

Lack of bedside table. No plugs close to the bed. I missed having more interaction with the personal of the hotel, as they only gave me instructions on where to go in order to do the check-in (you do it by yourself on a tablet).

Nice room, and good facilities such as kitchen and hotel bar. The terrace in the courtyard at the back of the building is great to relax in. Very convenient location next to the train station.

I wish housekeeping would have given a fresh towel when they cleaned the room as that is always appreciated. The room is a bit stuffy at night so I would recommend the hotel to get some screens in the window so the windows can be kept open during the day without bugs flying in to air it out.

The location is very good. It is only one straight road from the train. It is easy to find the hotel. The washrooms and the toilets are clean.

The facilities are not enough. There is no hair dryer. We stayed for four nights and on Saturday night it was very noisy outside. The room costs more than 1000 dollars but the facilities do not match this cost. Some of the hotels we booked are cheaper from this one but the facilities are much better.

The property is located in a very central area of Copenhagen and is very to find. The room and the shared bathroom are neat and clean. I‘d have to say it’s one of the best hostel I‘ve stayed so far! To highlight is the service mind of the staff here especially „Lisa“, she gave us a very useful and great tips for exploring the city and is always there to provide us with any inquiries.

Nothing that I can think of

Very central location. They catered for a vegan breakfast, which was fantastic. The bed was really comfortable. There were lots of showers and toilets for communal use.

The room was above the outside seating for the bar, so was rather noisy. But when the window was closed, that blocked out the noise and there was a fan in the room to keep it cool.

Great location, nice staff, interestingly it was quiet from the hotel side but in the courtyard where our windows were facing there was a lot of noise early morning (breakfast cafe) and late evening (bar)

The sink in the room was incredibly small, impossible to wash your face or teeth without spilling allover (although I admit it is nice to have any sink in the room in a place with shared bathrooms). Common shower and toilets should be cleaned much more often!
