New and clean hotel. Very quiet. Staff are very friendly. Lots of amenities like toothbrush, toothpaste, face wash, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and more. I enjoyed the open window in the room. Fairly close to Tokyo Tower. Walking distance to Hamamatsucho and Daimon stations.

The hotel is not listed on Google Maps yet, and I accidently went to a different Sotesu Fresa Inn in Daimon. Since there are two hotels near eachother it can be confusing so I hope it appears on Google Maps soon. Check in process with the machines would not take cash, so had to use cash at the desk. The machines should take cash in Japan. Bed wasn't the most comfortable. I reserved a room for two people but only one set of pillows was given (one firm one fluffy, so we had one small pillow each). Not a bad hotel, but I'd stay somewhere else for a cheaper price.

Location is easily accessible to restaurants. MTR is close to hotel. Walking distance to Tokyo Tower. A supermarket is nearby to support daily necessities.

Lack of common room for guests' gathering. We came in a group of over 10 people, we find it hard to get together to discuss itineraries or sharing the days' joy and fun. The hotel room size is small, cannot accomodate over 10 people for the aforesaid . This is inconvenient and disappointed. The computer area is set along one side of the wall , the dining tables are all the way in the dining hall. When we have happy conversations (after your office hour), computer users will be disturbed. This is not a sensible design.

The Daimon station for the subway is less than 3 minutes walk and the Yamanote JR line at Hamamatsucho station is 5 minutes away on foot. The hotel is impeccably clean. Amenities are self-serve in the lobby. As an added bonus, views of Tokyo 🗼 Tower are just around the corner.

The breakfast setup was cumbersome. You have to pay at reception then use the QR code to take breakfast.

The front desk staff is friendly and helpful when checking in and out. The hotel is quiet and I could only tell I wasn't alone there because I saw other people in the lobby occasionally, but couldn't hear them from my room or even in the hallway. There's a comprehensive hotel help info screen on the TV and it's available in both Japanese and English. You can check where everything is located in the hotel from that screen. It also lets you know when all the machines in the coin laundry are in use which is very helpful. The hotel is near Tokyo Skytree and there are lots of restaurants and shops nearby.

The bed was a bit too soft.

The hotel is in very good location, close to the metro and JR lines, also the direct Monorail from Haneda Airport comes here. The twin bed was 120mm which is wider than usually is. There were pijamas, small refrigirator, tea pot, usual and USB sockets and all what we needed in the room. The body soap, shampoo and conditioner were of the very good quality. Also bath sponge, lotions, face mask, coffee, tea and much more available from the front desk. You can use iron, washing machine, micro, ice machine on the second floor of the hotel. A lot of restaurants and cafes are around and the hotel has a coupon desk for it. We really enjoyed our stay, it was perfect.

We love this hotel 😻 The hotel is very close to Daimon subway station and not far from Hamamatsucho station. Traveling to Haneda airport is very convenient. Recommend exit A1 (subway) for those who need elevator. Lots of restaurants and convenient stores in this area. The room is clean and comfortable. We got upgraded to larger room and plenty space for luggage. The water level is always strong and the temperature is pleasantly adjustable. The staff accepted to keep our luggage for 1 night. We check-out to Kawaguchiko and came back to check-in again the day after that night.

We wish there would be a body lotion bottle in the room (like shampoo, conditioner, and body wash) because our skins cracked from cold weather. However, we can still get it from the lobby as well as other free amenities but it came in small package, like sample size.

The location, all the amenities, the super friendly and welcoming staff. For a small room but average size considering Tokyo, it had everything one could ask for. The breakfast buffet is an amazing deal and really good quality but that's expected in Japan. But the price is reasonable too. Really close to subway and Tokyo tower/zojo-ji temple. The neighborhood is also quite specially compared to Shibuya/Shinjuku

Only the orientation of the bed with the head towards the window, had to endure a cold draft while sleeping, otherwise nothing else

the location is excellent the train station and metro station is just minutes walking same as mayor tourist atractions as Tokyo Tower. The rooms are a good size for Japan, the staff is really kind and attentive.

The coin Washing machines were always busy, even when there are 3 of them. And breakfast is the same throughout the week i stayed for seven days and now thinking about it, it is better to go out for breakfast you have so many options just a few steps aways instead the boring same breakfast everyday.

Hotel was located in one of Tokyo's business districts. Very good connection as its stop is part of the Yamamoto line (only 2-3 stopps away from Tokyo Station or Shinagawa, if you want to take the Shinkansen). Shinjuku and Shibuya are a bit further away but both can be easily reached via the Yamamoto line. Lots of affordable restaurants located close by. Even the Tokyo Tower is only a 15 min walk away. Hotel rooms were well-equipped and modern. Lots of free ammendities such as razors, face masks, fabric refreshers, slippers, face sunscreen, lotion. Staff were super helpful and attentive. Breakfast offers a selection of Japanese food and limited selection of bread (but I prefer Japanese food anyways).
