Our second stay as a family here. Great location and accessibility from Haneda and the major hubs like Shibuya, Asakusa, Odaiba,etc. The luggage forwarding service is an added bonus and that saved us the hassle of getting our luggages to the airport.

The hotel is in a quiet business district location near to several metro stations. There were plenty of restaurants and cafes nearby but probably not as much choice as some of the more central locations. The room was well appointed and very clean.

There was only one major negative but it really, really annoyed us. We arrived in Tokyo on an early flight and the hotel would not let us access the room early regardless of whether or not it was available. They would have let us in after 1 pm but put such a hefty surcharge on that it wasn't worth it. The reception area was packed with sleepy people waiting for 3 pm to come so they could get into their rooms. I have never experienced a hotel not giving early access to the room if it was free and it seemed unfair to make everyone wait until 3 pm before allowing us to check in. It was a very unpleasant way to start our stay there. Also, be aware that if you pay for the room by credit card then a whopping 5% fee will be incurred.

As we were living close by, we arrived at the hotel before 11 a.m. local time. They welcomed us to leave our luggage at the hotel before check-in. The hotel is about a 7 minute walk from Daimon Station. Hamamatsucho Station is about a 10 minute walk. After a long "arduous" day, we arrived back at the hotel. Check-in was efficient, and to our surprise, they took our luggage to our room. We really appreciate this small gesture. Entering the room, we were greeted by 2 large beds plus a single bed. The room was spacious, comfortable, and clean. The bathroom was of decent size. The beds were comfortable. There was also a small table large enough to place our "shopping" from the convenience store nearby. Staff was courteous and professional. Check out was also efficient. Will book again!

The staff's customer service was good. Room was clean, facility was clean. Staff was helpful when we had questions. I really liked the fact that they had umbrellas to rent one the day is rained.

I didn't like the fact that the hotel didn't include directions via metro because it's possible. They told me to take a train to Daimon nonstop and once we took the train from the airport the attendant told us we had to switch so we ended up getting off and took a taxi. Whereas the JO line goes to Tokyo station and then the JY goes to Hamamatsucho which is across the street from Daimon. A 10 minute walk from the hotel.

Excellent location: close to monorail, metro and JR lines, walking distance to main station. Very good breakfast (repetitive, but indeed yummy, with local and western varieties). Clean. Beds and pillows very stiff (apparently characteristic for Japanese hotels) but comfortable. The staff nice and helpful. Very good toiletries, including hair conditioner, creams, lotions; also included toothbrushes, razors etc. special thanks for having a charger for local socket. Will try to book next time in Tokyo for sure.

The hotel is in good location as it is very near Daimon station and Hamamatsucho station. There are alot of nearby restaurants to eat and convenience store. The staff are very accommodating. We arrived at the hotel at 9:30 am, but we are not allowed for an early check in on that same time because their early check in time is at 1:00 PM. So we had to leave our luggages and come back. Its good that they allowed us to have the room earlier at 12:30PM. Toiletries are complete with daily fresh pajamas. Wifi is very fast. Their breakfast time is in 2 batches and they are allowing to change your breakfast schedule the following day. We just approached the front desk. The food they serve are good especially their croissant and sausages but their coffee is not that hot anymore. If you need a taxi, you may also approach the front desk and they will help you get one. In total, it was a very good experience. I would definitely stay here again.

The food is great though there are few choices and almost the same food being served.

Location is just perfect, interesting places to visit are all within proximity, hamamatsucho station is only 400m away, walkable across nice neighborhoods, lots of restaurants and cafe around. My favorites are all the basic needs/emergency are reachable in less than 100m, convi stores, pharmacy, laundromat. The breakfast is simple but delicious, love the assorted japanese pickle, saba fish and chicken karage. Last but not least is the helpful staff - the front desk staff, restaurant and housekeeper - Awesome work!

The room is too small for family, very limited space to open our luggage.

1. The location is in a more rural area so it's quiet and still close to main Tokyo attractions. 2. It has everything you need in terms of toiletries. 3. Enough sleeping beds for 5 people. Comfortable. 4. It includes pajama set/slippers for our entire family. 5. Very clean. There is housekeeping every day. They replenish clean towels and they make our beds every single day. 6. Very friendly staff. 7. You can leave your luggage after check out to still tour around if your flight is later in the day.

Nothing. This hotel exceeds my expectations.

The hotel was quite conveniently located few hundred metres from JR Hamamatsucho station and served by the Toei Asakusa & Odeo lines. The room was quite spacious and clean. Staff spoke English, helpful and friendly.

The room had weak soundproof. Guests walking in the corridor were often heard. Over 3 nights, there were soinds of dragging furniture and banging noise from the ceiling. 8

Fantastic location in Tokyo. I loved this little neighbourhood. The hotel room was surprisingly big for this city and the price wasn't extortionate. The staff try and help out, and the rooms are very clean. You can have subtle lighting in the room which is great, and mine had a sofa for lounging or working on.

The wifi can be a bit patchy. Sometimes it's great, then sometimes it just gives up. For a not inexpensive hotel in central Tokyo, this is quite disappointing.
