Breakfast is served in small packets, which are quite tasty, and with the self-service hot and cold drinks machine, it's great, and you can also watch the free comics provided in the lobby, so you can enjoy it very much.The Twin room bed is quite big. The bathroom has a bathtub and provides good quality lotion, make-up remover and toner.

It's about a ten minute walk from the station, which was slightly harder as we had nursery aged children with us. But overall it was convenient.

The staffs are accommodating. The freebies (bread, drinks, personal items) were beyond our expectation. We had a homy stay...

Sometime the internet connection was slow... The lounge sometimes smelled smoke due to the inside smoking room not sometimes closed by smokers. Better close the smoking room and provide smoking area outside of the building.

The hotel staff were extremely helpful. I had lost an item as I was leaving. Very kindly organised to keep it till I returned. The foyer was relaxing and the drinks and breakfast items are very welcome.

Even though there were several stations nearby, it was still a 10 minute walk in appalling heat!!!

Great price and really nice facilities in a quiet part of town. The hotel has a thriving lobby with free hot and cold drinks and of course a vending machine, plenty of seating, and amenities that you can help yourself to if you need them. The reception staff are lovely and were very patient with my Japanenglish! I always enjoyed popping down before bed for a drink and a quick chat with the staff to practice my speaking skills. (They nodded and smiled in all the right places, so I figure I didn't say anything offensive!) The room itself was comfortable, but if you book a child take note; they do not receive breakfast, pillows or towels (although the hotel was happy to give us an extra pillow and towel). We did appreciate that our child could stay at no extra cost though. The hotel is about a 10 minute walk to a few stations, and we recommend having a wander around the neighbourhood - there are lots of little gems to be found! We were recommended this hotel by friends and heartily recommend it to you. We would happily stay here again!

Children stay free but do not receive breakfast, nor can it be arranged. It's not a big deal though, with plenty of food options close by. Children also do not receive a pillow or towels - although the hotel will happily provide them if you ask. Not a deal breaker, just worth mentioning.

Small but practical and comfortable room perfect for the trip. Great location with just a short walk to different metro and JR stations , and the Tokyo Tower just a couple of minutes away. There are free hot and cold drinks in the lobby as well. The staff was very kind and helpful with all my queries. I’d love to stay here again and would recommend this hotel.

There’s free breakfast which is nice to start in the day, but it is the same assortment every day.

Good location, a few minutes' walk from several train stations. Location is also a few minutes' walk from several good restaurant and dining streets - lots of choices for good local food & drink. Drinks machine in the hotel lobby has a good range of choices. Staff were friendly and professional. WiFi stable and good speed. Lawsons convenience store located 20m away if you need to purchase any additional items.

Small bedrooms. Breakfast was very simple (only 3 small bread items - better to eat outside if you prefer a big breakfast). No dedicated dining area (just uses the seating in the lobby area for breakfast serving or other activities).

There were so many pleasant surprises we had in this location. First of all, they gave us a little gift in our room because I had mentioned that it was our honeymoon - it was really sweet. We also enjoyed the amenities like free little breads for breakfast, the drink machine (provides drinks like orange juice, coffee, corn potage etc.), and the free manga rental service (note: manga are in Japanese). Great location with access to nearby Shimbashi and Hamamatsucho stations. Walking distance to Tokyo Tower! Staff were super friendly and helpful.

The room will perhaps be a bit smaller than you would expect, but I think it's pretty normal for Japan. The other thing is we used the laundry room but the dryer was a bit small/ ineffective, so even after paying 200yen to dry for 60minutes, the clothes still ended up a little wet (we ended up drying them some more in our room though, so it wasn't an issue).

The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. They explained everything in great detail and spoke good English. We had complimentary drinks and breakfast, which was a very pleasant bonus, and the lobby downstairs was a very nice and relaxed place to enjoy them. The room itself was fairly small, but spacious enough for two people and some luggage, and the bed was very comfortable. The bath and shower were pleasant, and the hotel provided toiletries in the lobby in case anything was needed. The hotel also provided pyjamas to wear during the stay, which was very helpful. There were multiple different lights available, which made it easier to adjust the light levels based on our needs, and the switches were right next to the bed, which was very convenient.

The only unpleasant part of our stay was our fault. We booked a smoking room because there were no non-smoking rooms left available, and hoped that there would not be too strong of a smell left in the room. Unfortunately, there was a very strong smell in the room, and we had to open the window and turn on the air conditioner to ventilate the room. However, the hotel did provide a spray bottle of air freshener, which definitely helped a lot in covering the smell. We definitely want to come again, but next time, we will try to book much further in advance, in order to secure a non-smoking room!

A good stay here with lots of lovely local restaurants. Convenient location with transport stops surrounding the hotel a short walk away. Staff were great, so polite and helpful. We liked that we could help ourselves to drinks at the drink station in reception, that was great.

Even though we weren’t expecting much space in our room, we weren’t prepared for just how small it was! But that isn’t much of a problem as we were out all the time anyway. Not sure how “eco” it is, they don’t recycle cardboard (drinks cups) and our towels were replaced every day even though we didn’t ask (and they aren’t meant to be replaced daily as part of their “eco” scheme). Also they came into our room to tidy even though we didn’t want this - due to limited space and our suitcase blocking most of the room! Still a good hotel and stay though :)

The staff was extremely polite, and the fact that they had coffee and juice in the lobby 24/7 was much appreciated, and really helped in the heat and humidity of Tokyo. The lobby featured a beautiful, clean bathroom as well.

Our room, which was a queen size bed, and shared by my wife and I was teeny tiny. The other room that we got which our two children shared, had two twin beds and was a bit bigger. Other than the room size we really had no complaints at all - my wife suggested that I also had that the hotel should try to provide a more Japanese breakfast.
