This was our second stay in this hotel. It is a perfect business-type hotel that is also great as a base for a leisure stay in Tokyo. It's close to 3 stations, just across a park next to the Tokyo Tower and withing walking distance from the Imperial palace. The rooms may be small, but the are neatly organized. There is a possibility to book a smoking room. Beds are comfy and big. The bathroom fits one person only, but has all the usual amenities. Since last year, the hotel has significantly improved their breakfasts - there is a wide selection of local and western food. There is a direct door to a convenience shop open 24/7. There are drink and ice vending machines along with washing machines on 2 floors. The staff are friendly and eager to help. There are new check-in/out machines in the lobby.

The location was great! It's about a 15-minute walk from the tokyo tower as well as a 10-minute walk from the yamanote line station. There is also a lawson attached, which was convenient.

The walls were a little thin, I heard our neighbor sneeze a few times, but other than that, it was great.

The location is great, close to several metro stations & to Hamamatsucho railway station (monorail from Haneda airport arrives to this station). Very calm neighborhood, though restaurants and bars are located within walking distance from the hotel. There are a lot of grocery stores around, you can enter one of them right from the hotel. Clean rooms with all the necessary facilities (kettle, hairdryer etc). Helpful & polite staff. One day we had breakfast at the hotel, and it was good. Comfortable pillow & bed.

Small room & bathroom but it's typical for hotels in Japan and we were okay with that.

Good location near Hamamatsucho station, shops and restaurants. Next door to Lawson supermarket which can be accessed directly from the hotel. We took 3 rooms, for 1 person each. Room was convenient enough for 1 person. Check-in and check-out was super smooth through their computer system. Breakfast was good enough, variety of choices. Complete amenities including coffee drip bags which can be taken for free at the lobby. They have smoking rooms plus an indoor smoking area next to the hotel entrance. Wi-fi connection in the room was fast and stable, good for work.

I found hair in the omelette during breakfast. Space is tight but still cozy. Didn't have enough time there. Wish we could've spent more time there. Hairdryer was slow but that's ok. Perhaps more choices of cereal for breakfast.

The location is good, very close to many subway stations and walking distance from Tokyo tower. There is a convenience store on the ground floor of the hotel which is nice if you arrive late or want to buy something early morning. The staff has been polite and customer oriented. We used the luggage transfer service directly from the hotel to Matsumoto and it worked without any issues.

Room was small but it’s a general thing in Japan. I found the bed to be a bit too firm and the pillows extremely thin but it’s a personal preference.

Loved every bit of this property, the check in was smooth, the rooms are small but extremely efficacious. Everything has been optimized for a pleasant stay. The convenience stores on the same floor, the washing machines, the washroom, the attached convenience store to the hotel, everything worked together to create a comfortable stay. There are multiple stations nearby, location is excellent in that regard. It’s a short walk to the Tokyo Tower and surrounding areas. Staff was helpful and accommodating. It was an amazing stay.

Nothing really, it might be a bit too cramped for two folks but that’s about it.

The staff were really nice and helpful, especially the housekeeping and reception staff. The hotel had a great location in Minato City, close to Shiba Park and Tokyo Tower, and it was a 7-minute walk to Hamamatsucho Station where you can get a direct train to Haneda Airport. There were a lot of restaurants, cafes, and convenience stores nearby, including a Lawson attached to the hotel and a FamilyMart right across it.

The room was quite small and it was difficult to open my suitcase, but this is quite similar to most business hotels in Tokyo.

Why does the staff not check the guests in but has to direct them to the machine (and then has to explain it to the guests anyway…)? It would be way faster and much more customer friendly. Especially as the machine reads the passport, so why does it ask for name and nationality. It’s nonsense.

The staff was really nice. You can drop your luggage before check in and after check out. Everything is automated but the staff was always here to help. The bedroom had a nice view on the tokyo tower. Full of amenities, 6 functioning washing / drying machines. +: You can see directly on tv if the washing machines are available, that's really nice ! ++: close from convenient stores and metro stations. Close from monorail to airport too!!

The bed was hard but I think it's pretty standard in Japan ? No water fountain.

I really like the hotel. It has a very good location for public transportation. You can go to the hotel directly from Haneda Airport which is perfect. The staff was very friendly. They gave us pocket warmers which was perfect for the winter in Tokyo. Room was clean and size was okey (exactly same on the photos). There is a lawson next to reception and familymart across the street (both of them are 24 hours open)

I do not have any negative comment.
