Room: The room was cozy, perfect for couples or solo travelers. It was impeccably clean, and the beds were incredibly comfortable. A great space to unwind after a day of exploring. Location: Couldn't have asked for a better location! Right next to the train stations, making it convenient for getting around. Plus, having Family Mart and restaurants nearby was a big plus. Easy access to everything we needed during our stay.

Elevator delays: One minor inconvenience was the time it took for the elevator to reach the lobby in the mornings. It could be a bit slow during peak hours, which caused some delays when trying to get downstairs.

The hotel is very clean, very near to different restaurants esp. our favorite matsuya and yoshinoya, family mart and drugstore the staff are polite and accommodating, very convenient near to the train station, I love your free skin care,I requested that our hotel is facing Tokyo 🗼 and they granted my request, Tokyo 🗼 is 15 mins. walk from the hotel the only downside is the room and bed is quite small for a family of 3 but it is comfortable. Will definitely comeback to Mystays hotel 🫰🫰👍👍

We spent 4 nights there and enjoyed it very much! - Super convenient location, 3 mins to the hotel if you use exit A2 at the Daimon Station - 15 mins WALK to Tokyo tower and Zoji-Ji Temple (we can see the Tokyo tower from our room) - Lots lots lots restaurants, convenience stores around - Facilities are clean, with nice essentials and amenities - Staff are friendly and speak good English, always great us whenever we passed the front desk; 24/7 front desk is very convenient - Free coffee machine at the reception area, which is life-saver for us! - Daily housekeeping is fantastic! Even though they don’t change the sheets for sustainability reason, but they always make the bed, clean the room and bathroom, take out the garbage and provide fresh towels daily —- we feel it is just the right amount of housekeeping we need.

We booked a room for 3 people (2 adults and an 11 year old child) but on arrival there was only one double bed, we were all expected to sleep together. Perhaps this is a cultural thing, we'd never come across it before, in every other country we've visited booking for 3 people always means 3 bed spaces are provided, not 2 shared between 3. One member of staff was kind and found bedding for our son to sleep on the floor. The next day we bought an inflatable mattress for him. The room was great so we were glad we decided to stay

The location is ideal if you are travelling in/out from Haneda Airport as there are trains/monorails with direct access close to the hotel. This is my priority when selecting hotels during my stay in Tokyo. Been using MyStays and MyStays Premier at this location multiple times now.

This is the first time I encountered minor stains on the bed covers although it is clean. The hotel should monitor such things as it could be quite a turn-off for some.

Room was nice, decently spaced and had a great desk. The view was very good, overlooking a smaller building and its quaint little street behind a big avenue in the neighborhood. The access to all rooms is through an open plan, where the elevator leads to an inner balcony. It's an interesting design, if perhaps not ideal for when climate is very humid. Staff reception is great. Fast and helpful. Location is very good, vibrant neighborhood, plus you are a short walk away from a really interesting shrine and the Tokyo Tower. Access is incredibly easy from the Haneda airport, too, which makes this a nice first stop in Tokyo if you've never been.

Hotel staff was friendly and very attentive. Everything was very clean and there were lots of power outlets in the room (my friend and I didn't have to switch out plugs all the time). Location was good with lots of options to access public transit. Room was quiet despite being right in the center of all the hustle and bustle.

Room was small by western standards. There was only one elevator and it always took forever; however, we were on the 12th floor so there was no way we were taking the stairs. Limited mirrors in the room.

Great location, it’s pretty close to Hamamatsucho station. The staff was nice and friendly. They were also accommodating with helping me send my luggage via Yamato Transport Company.

They can’t help it I suppose but the entryway is small and doesn’t look like it led to the hotel. Finding the location on our first night in the dark and rain was difficult. Perhaps they could put up banners just outside there entrance to make it a little easier to locate?

The hotel offers a reasonable price and boasts a strategic location in the bustling city center. Conveniently, Tokyo Tower and numerous excellent restaurants, family marts, and stations are within close proximity.

The rooms are quite compact, lacking ample space to accommodate luggage. While the overall cleanliness of the rooms is satisfactory, there were occasional oversights by the housekeeping staff, such as neglecting to replace dirty glassware and mugs, or misplacing certain items.

Away from the popular districts like Shibuya, after a long day out can come back to a more peaceful area and unwind. Hotel staff is very helpful and friendly, that's a big plus point.

Facilities of the hotel is basic which I understand for this price point. However, maybe can add a few more vending machines for food options.
