The location was convenient, it was approximately 5-6 minutes walk from Hamamatsucho station with plenty of restaurants, 24 hours convenience stores and drug stores within 5 minutes walking distance. Rooms were more spacious then most other Tokyo hotels, can lay my luggage down on the floor without blocking the path. Also the rooms were clean and staff were nice. Staff will always greet the guests with "ohayo gozaimasu", "konnichiwa" or "konbanwa" depending on time of day.

Not the fault of the hotel, but I stayed in the hotel during the time of construction work outside and can hear the noises. Also can hear traffic during the busy hours, however since I was not a light sleeper, I was able to get by. I possibly would had preferred a foldable chair or small stool next to the entrance, so I could easily take on and off my shoes. I respect to take off shoes at the entrance of the room, however I didn't had much space or a chair to sit which made it difficult trying to put on shoes.

The hotel is located in a great neighborhood, which is less touristy, but still provides all you need. There is a kombini and a subway station just 1 minute away and there are other subway and JR stations just within a 10 minutes walk. The staff were responsive and super helpful with sending out our luggage to a different city. Size-wise the room was quite ok by Japanese standards, we stayed with a child and had the extra large bed, we had 2 larger suitcases and managed to move around comfortably. The bed was extremely comfortable. We got the Tokyo Tower view, which was amazing. The price /quality ratio was great.

The only disturbing thing is that the large window could be wide open on the high floors. The room got a bit stiff at times and we wanted to air it. I think this is highly dangerous, especially when there are kids, and there should be a blockage open the window.

Absolutely amazing location, the subways we took were mainly from one line that was a minute's walk from the hotel. There is also a Yamato Express behind the building, super convenient! Lots of little amenities at the front lobby, plenty of food locations in the area as well. Tokyo Tower is just a 15 minute walk to the entrance of the area, a bit longer to get to the tower itself.

Customer's fault, but the room was a bit small if you have more than two large check in suit cases. Pathway very narrow, hard to maneuver around with two people + 6 suitcases. Traffic from the airport to hotel by taxi took almost an hour.

Hotel’s staff is the best they have, well educated and very kind. Welcome coffee at their (narrow) lobby.

Their own cars parking lot was full and all other options are extremely expensive (ie. about 100$ for one night only at a Times managed place nearby hotel)! Very small room (even if fully equipped, but really limited space - quite common in Japanese hotels) with old and partially scratched furniture. Very important: remember to call in advance (may ask hotel’s staff for help) at any desired restaurant in Tokyo, otherwise you’ll easily (they have prepared reasons always) be kicked out - even young Japanese waiters would do “their best” to ruin foreigners’ lunch experience there!!! Mainly tolerated expats in Japan are German, Italian and somehow Brazilian and Argentinian, easy to understand the reason!

The staff is really nice and understanding, very well trained on customer service. The facilities seem new and really taken care of, the room feels bigger than it says it is and has a FULL closet so you can literally unpack your bag, put everything in hangers and store it without needing to take up space of the rest of the room. The bathroom is spacious and has a full size tub with shower and no waiting time to get hot water (although it can get a sewer like smell because of the way bathrooms work in Japan). Our bed was double and really comfy, we didn't get cold because of the month we visited in (may) and because of this the air conditioner wasn't functional, although we got the heads up to possible extreme heat / cold depending on the month and how the hotel adapted accordingly. The location is a dream!, you can choose to use public transport or walk to get to a number of different places depending on your preferences and can find everything you could need really near (restaurants, konbinis, karaokes, train stations, touristy places, shrines, shops). Our first day we could visit the tokyo tower, three shrines, some parks and the imperial city without needing to use public transportation once. We paid extra for the cleaning service and everything was good except some days when the bed wasn't entirely made or was missing some cushions. We're not sure if the sheets were changed every day, but the room did feel tidy up and cleaned. You can also find amenities like a hair brush, tooth brush and paste, different types of face cleaners and shavers, caps and bath scrubbers on the first floor in front of the counter in case you need any free of charge and limitless. We began our dream trip to Japan at this location and quickly became our most beloved hotel and will forever be in our most treasured memories.

We stayed at another hotel of this chain, the difference was that it was a "premium hotel" and compared to this that experience was disappointing. We regretted not choosing this one again to stay a little longer.

Location is great! 2 min walk from Daimo Station and <10 mins from Hamamatsucho Station, so plenty of public transport options to almost everywhere. Housekeeping was done everyday so was good to come back to a clean and tidied up room every evening. Amenities (coffee, face wash, shower cap etc.) were available at the front desk. Iron box is not in room but front desk can provide.

Rooms were small as is typical for Japanese city hotels. Beds were however comfortable but the TV had no Netflix etc. which I think is now expected (most of our other hotels in different cities had them).

Room: The room was cozy, perfect for couples or solo travelers. It was impeccably clean, and the beds were incredibly comfortable. A great space to unwind after a day of exploring. Location: Couldn't have asked for a better location! Right next to the train stations, making it convenient for getting around. Plus, having Family Mart and restaurants nearby was a big plus. Easy access to everything we needed during our stay.

Elevator delays: One minor inconvenience was the time it took for the elevator to reach the lobby in the mornings. It could be a bit slow during peak hours, which caused some delays when trying to get downstairs.

The hotel is very clean, very near to different restaurants esp. our favorite matsuya and yoshinoya, family mart and drugstore the staff are polite and accommodating, very convenient near to the train station, I love your free skin care,I requested that our hotel is facing Tokyo 🗼 and they granted my request, Tokyo 🗼 is 15 mins. walk from the hotel the only downside is the room and bed is quite small for a family of 3 but it is comfortable. Will definitely comeback to Mystays hotel 🫰🫰👍👍

We spent 4 nights there and enjoyed it very much! - Super convenient location, 3 mins to the hotel if you use exit A2 at the Daimon Station - 15 mins WALK to Tokyo tower and Zoji-Ji Temple (we can see the Tokyo tower from our room) - Lots lots lots restaurants, convenience stores around - Facilities are clean, with nice essentials and amenities - Staff are friendly and speak good English, always great us whenever we passed the front desk; 24/7 front desk is very convenient - Free coffee machine at the reception area, which is life-saver for us! - Daily housekeeping is fantastic! Even though they don’t change the sheets for sustainability reason, but they always make the bed, clean the room and bathroom, take out the garbage and provide fresh towels daily —- we feel it is just the right amount of housekeeping we need.
