Room=clean, fairly quiet for ground floor.

Maid service. I really don't think they came to the room the entire stay. Our coffee was never replaced, nor was the bath soap (we went outside and bought some). There was no sleeping in. We were across from the pool and gym, so there was activity there when open and also we believe it was the maid's children who were running up and down the hall relatively early in the morning.

Very pleasant staff. Good breakfast with no wait. Pool/hot tub clean and stocked with towels. Comfortable room.

Housekeeping missed taking care of our room one day. Shower doors did not close properly, causing soaked bathmat each time. Shower doors were clear, no one could use sink while other family member in shower. Had to shower with door closed, steaming mirrors up. Window curtin did not fully close, having sun come through too early (unless we propped a pillow against it).

The pool was nice and the Hot tub was very relaxing though it is a small pool it’s clean and still nice. They have a nice little gym there treadmills and some dumbells that go up to like 55lbs. The beds were comfortable as well

Nothing to complain about really. There was a softball tournament going on so it was loud but the hotel can’t control that. The tv only had like 35 options and 10 of them were news and like 15 were for kids. It was a nice stay

the rooms were clean and the staff were friendly. My kids loved the pool and i enjoyed the gym was ok but once again the staff was so polite and great to our kids

the breakfast was sub par at best, the food had no taste what so ever.

Clean facilities throughout, courteous staff, located close to my destination. The breakfast service was also very good and exceeded my expectations. Overall, an excellent choice for a solo traveler like me.

Beds were uncomfortable but not the worst (too soft)

I had to change to a double from a king room because my daughter and granddaughter came to visit me while I was there.

Another guest was smoking in there room next to me.

Check-in was very easy and the gentleman at the front desk at night was very friendly. Room was very spacious, jacuzzi bathtub was amazing. We also love the stand up shower and how spacious it was. Overall it was a good stay
