The hotel is connected to the Short Pump shopping complex and has plenty of restaurants, shops and other services. Everything you can think of from American chain stores and strip malls is both within walking distance or a short drive away. Breakfast had a pretty good selection, some more healthy options would be nice. At the time we visited it was plenty of seating and space. Free parking anywhere around the area. It can never be full here. Spacious rooms that have a nice layout and are well equipped. We had some problems connecting with WiFi, but it worked ok in the end. Had to keep reconnecting. The staff were helpful and friendly.

The exercise room is somewhat small and not very well equipped. So this was a bit of a disappointment. Some more healthy options at the breakfast buffet would be nice. Sofa bed is not for adults if you would like a good night sleep!

The front desk attendants were very helpful and friendly! They were both named Chris though I'm not sure of the specific spelling of their names. Not many places are you greeted with such pleasant smiles and we truly appreciated it.

Our hvac system made a lot of noise while running which right near our bed. The hot water in the shower took quite a while to heat up and the ice maker in our refrigerator didn't work.

Smooth check in and checkout using the Hyatt app. It’s a quick walk to all the shopping and restaurants at Short Pump Town Center. The room was a nice size and it’s always nice to have a larger fridge and real appliances if needed. Would definitely stay here again. Also the price was much more reasonable than other hotels in the area. There was a decent hot breakfast available as well and there was always coffee and water in the lobby.

The location was excellent! And the check-in staff were very friendly and accommodating. The room was spacious and perfect for my needs.

The room itself seemed a little rundown/incomplete. For example the closet doors did not shut fully. The baseboards needing cleaning. Just little details; nothing that impacted my stay.

room was very large and nice view out to the woodland . Bed very comfortable and a good shower . Receptionist very friendly and two restaurant recommendations for Lehja and Firebirds were excellent and within walking distance . The hotel is situated right next to the major mall so very good .

Nice if bar open later than 10 .00 but I guess that is USA

Breakfast was good ! Only complaints were that there was not a microwave. Loved the location!!

The outdoor patio closed at 8. Wish it stayed open until 10 so you could enjoy the atmosphere at night all lit up with the lights and fire pit.

Breakfast was great. A good variety. Location was amazing. Staff was friendly. Room was great. Definitely would work for longer stays with kitchen area and storage.

There was a smell in the lobby soon as you walked in. I'm used to a chlorine smell from the pool but this didn't smell like that. Couldn't quite put my finger on it.

Convenient to highway, location great for shopping and eating (Shopping Center property) including a Boathouse restaurant connected to the hotel, kitchenette with full size refrigerator, eating area, laundry room upstairs, hot breakfast in the morning and bar in the evening

Everything was beautiful from start to finished,Nothing I can say bad. There was a guest coming to look at a room in I let them know how wonderful this made my trip will be back.

No complaints at all.
