Spacious, airy room. Comfortable beds. Good shower. Peaceful night's sleep in a room overlooking the marina. Plenty of parking at rear of hotel, including rapid electric charging if needed. Location is good - short walk across the bridge into Hull city centre, Museum Quarter and Old Town, or alternatively head to Victoria Pier to look out onto the Humber and eat superb fish and chips at the Minerva pub.

Restaurant prices too high. I don't eat a huge breakfast so was not prepared to pay £17 for it. Found a cheaper alternative a short stroll away in the Old Town.

We had a large, comfortable room with balcony and view over the marina to the Humber. The hotel felt quiet and spacious and the wide variety of choices at breakfast were very good indeed. The hotel is very well situated, being by the marina but also only a short walk to the old town, waterfront and the city centre shops. Paragon Interchange rail/bus station is also an easy walk.

The bathroom fittings were a bit dated (shower control and toilet flush both rather stiff). Air-conditioning was a bit noisy.

Arrived at the hotel and we were given a twin room, but within 1/2 hour - hey presto, the bedroom was a double, Love the views over the Marina - We have stayed before and always ask for a Marina view........The breakfast is ace and caters for everyone. We stayed Xmas Eve and Xmas Night and would like to thank the staff who worked on those days

Being woken by the fire alarm at 8 am on X Mas morning, but suppose that can't be helped. The worst thing on Boxing day is that there were 5 children from 3 year old to about 13 year old in their pyjama's (including shush blanket) at breakfast UN unaccompanied by any adult and the staff were doing their best to hold their tongue. Management shouldn't have allowed this to happen

Staff pleasant and helpful breakfast very good (don't like coffee machines, always a wait), room adequate, needs updating curtains, motheaten letting in light, the hotel requires an uplift. Have stayed many times, will stay again, On the whole enjoyed our stay

Shower was difficult to work Staff helped us out, old fashioned, but clean, hair dryer not working however swapped very quickly and pleasant staff. Would have liked bottle of water, breakfast, as above hate coffee machine, also toaster very slow,

Bathroom needed freshening up a little. When used sign asking cleaner to come back later and then removed it approximately 11am the cleaner did not come back. On the first occasion, I called reception and a cleaner came. On the 2nd, I didn't bother as we were checking out the following day. It didn't spoil our stay but mentioning it as the system seems a little confusing.

Hotel staff were really nice, and for it's age, the hotel seemed well maintained. The new bridge over the A63 made it really easy to get from old town to the marina and vice versa. Great being so close to the new humber street regenerated area, plus the wedding we were in town for in old town.

The shower was...an experience. The head is attached to the wall in a static position, you can only rotate the head slightly up and down. My fiancé is 6"3 and I'm 5"9 so we both had to squat or bend backward a little bit to get our hair at all wet. Having said that, phenomenal water pressure! We also noticed a little bit of mould in the bathroom.

Location was good, right by the marina and easy walking distance to old town of Hull and other areas. Room was a good size, but balcony was locked. good complimentary minibar in executive room. Breakfast was decent selection. Toaster was superb. Staff very helpful. Parking right outside which was great.

Bed could have been bigger. Shower over bath was pretty bad and needs upgrading. Roadworks round hotel are a bit of a pain, but good signage to the hotel.

Brilliant location for Bonus arena, which is a very short walk away. Right on the Marina, walk over the bridge to Princes Quay for shopping and some good bars and restaurants. Spacious and comfortable reception and var areas. Gym and pool (we didn’t use, but will next time). Friendly and helpful staff. Lovely room with comfortable bed, seating and table. Plenty of electric sockets, including over the desk. Very clean and well organised. Excellent breakfast.

Not clear enough that the rate didn’t include breakfast and there is an extra charge for Parking. We did get this discounted because it wasn’t clear.

The location was perfect overlooking the Marina yet a quick walk over the bridge into the city centre and the Bonus arena. All staff we encountered during our stay were lovely and friendly from the receptionists to the breakfast ladies. Although the bar 'closed' we were able to continue drinking late, ordering via reception. The hotel felt much more upmarket than expected.

Paying for parking seemed abit much! Although the breakfast was very nice and pretty good value, the food was under heatlamps but wasn't very hot. (It was not as expensive as led to believe online. We pre-booked on arrival)

Excellent location close to everything but far enough away to be quiet. Breakfast was amazing you can have as much or as little as you want ☺️ well worth paying the extra for. The room had everything we needed and more we stayed in the largest room they do it came with mini bar, settee, and work area and balcony. The staff were amazing from checking in to checking out nothing was too much trouble☺️ they were all friendly and helpful even offered suggestions for places to see and eat. The icing on the cake as to be the parking yes they charge you for it but it's got to be worth paying for 🤔. All in all we had a wonderful experience and wouldn't hesitate to go back next time we have to go to Hull for an overnight stay 😁

The strange smell in the room the only thing we could put it down to was carpet cleaner 😞 but after leaving the windows open for a couple of hours it did seem to go away but it didn't spoil our stay ☺️
