Booked a room with kitchenette. V spacious. Separate kitchen door and bathroom door. Bathroom had a bidet. Shower over bath tub did not leak. Beds were comfortable. Had to leave air con on all night. Slippers and bathrobes provided. Good breakfast. Although it never varied, the food was good quality and got re filled constantly. Lifts were fast.check in and out v quick. Ample parking. Easy 25 minute walk to The House of the Blackheads. Great 65 inch Smart TV with plenty of international channels. Excellent wi-fi. Transport options right outside, but we walked everywhere. Neatest small Lats supermarket 4 mins walk away. Salmon salad and duck salad in restaurant, v good.

The cleaning consisted of emptying the bins and stretching the sheets! Maybe vacuumed once in 7 days. No free mineral water given during 7 night stay. 12 euro fee for one hr sauna use is expensive. Staff seemed friendly enough and all spoke good English. The gym was a little small, but, at least it had hand weights. No face towels. Riga is full of mosquitoes!

Breakfast was great. Reception staff were exceptional and very helpful.

Unfortunately the spa facilities were not available but jacuzzi was great.

For breakfast there were a lot of choices. Staff was really friendly.

SPA is not worth additional payment. Only two saunas (one of them wasn't working) and jaccuzzi.

All the confort and standing of a 4 stars international branded Hotel, with in plus some advantages i could not find in the old or new Riga center ; - a FREE and available open air easy Parking for my minibus ( in old city , it is 20 or 30 euros / day : in streets when you find one..., or a complicate underground ) - a beautifull and big green Park in front of Hotel : used to live in a green nice suberb close to Versailles, it is really pleasant and relaxing in coming back from a long day of work or visits. - an exceptionnally welcoming and efficient team at Reception, Bar, and Restaurant ( in the center of Riga where i have been many times : well, not always the case...) - 10 real min from old city center, in crossing the bridge by taxi or scooter ( my favorite is Bolt scooter by dry days at end of day to go for dinner in old city ), - a old distric around with a real Soul ; old wooden houses of workers and nice old style houses, becoming trendy with young latvian couples buying old houses to restore them) : don't miss the ambiance of Meza iela ( Meza street) - 4 mn walk - with 5 nice cosy restaurants and Bars, its Pink orthodox church, or the distric of Agenskalns Market ( a outdoor and indoor market, and super food corners and Bar ar first floor) , or the little streets with old houses full of charm , going to "Māras dīķis" lake - try "Zellu iela" - and "liepajas iela" : in fact, all the area ! you will be surprise by the number of green passages, rivers, parks. I have spent more than one month in this hotel... We will definetly come back here in family for a touristic long week end in Riga. really ; Keep enough time to visit not only the old city , but the districts hiding around this good Hotel . Enjoy

Well , if it was really compulsory to find something to avoid torture , i would say ; bigger cups for Tea at Breakfast, please ! but there a "Plan B" dear Collegue Tea lovers : take the bowl for cereals : i did it for one month, even two each morning, and nobody shoot me.

This is the best place in Riga to stay for a business trip. The location of the hotel is on the other side of River Dauguva, but the best thing for my is a free parking lot which is huge. Also, pretty comfortable and quick to reach the centre of Riga. It has SPA to relax, great and very cosy breakfast area, quality food and good selections for all tastes and needs. Nothing special, but all you need and more for a good breakfast for sure. I especially enjoy the rooms with a bath, which is a great way to relax in a room if not going to the SPA. What is more, it has a souvenir shop, pretty sceneries from the window as well. This is my favourite hotel and I don't plan to change it.

Nothing to complain about.

Perfect, various and full breakfast, cosy and spacious room, small private kitchen - perfect for travelling with kids, polite staff, tasty cocktails, great location, kid enjoyed panoramic elevator, beautiful outdoor terrace of the restaurant.

Some curtains were not clean enough, while we were away from our room (for about 5h) - cleaning staff were not fast enough to take out all trash (some trash bins were taken out, some were not), not too soundproof - neighbours were audible while walking in corridor and could easily wake us up in the room, wifi was not stable - connection used to disappear and reconnect quite often.

A good hotel for a trip to Riga. The room was nice, though a bit small, and the bathtub was great. The staff was mostly friendly. Breakfast was quite good, though the coffee quality could be improved. One downside was that on the first day, a staff member told us there were no high chairs available for our baby, so our son had to eat from his stroller. We later discovered there were plenty of high chairs on the last day. Also, the baby cot we requested wasn't in the room initially, but it was brought promptly, so that was fine. The location is excellent. There's a direct bus connection to the airport, and you can reach the Old Town in 5-10 minutes by bus or tram. Despite being so close to the city center, the hotel is very quiet, thanks to the surrounding parkland.

It’s a clean place with all the facilities needed. Clean spacious rooms, bathroom, fresh towels daily, toiletries, warm radiators and AC. Rich breakfast. Friendly and helpful staff, especially one gentleman at the reception and room maids. Free parking. Hassle free location. Almost center but still very quiet district.

What I don’t like is very outdated breakfast salon and furnitures from the 90s. All chairs and tables with stains and sort of grease make breakfast unpleasant. However, the staff is very professional and cleans immediately. The furnitures, dimmed lights and overall poor salon is the the only thing I can complain.

Nice spacious room. Clean and comfortable. We had a room with the balcony, it would be nice to sit there and enjoy morning coffee but November is not the warmest time of the year :) View was nice from the 10th floor. Breakfast is good with lot of different options. Variety of breads, ham, cheese, different fish, hard boiled eggs, warm food - bacon, baked beans, sausages, meatballs, scrambled eggs. Fruits, vegetables, pastry, coffee from the machine - cappuccino, cafe latte, coffee with milk, etc. We stay often in this hotel when in Riga, well worth the money.

Parking lot could have some lights, it was rather dark. There are light poles around but they were not on.

I like weather ;-) , district and very nice park just in-front of the hotel, bus to get to the airport and tram to the city center and attractions ,there is pharmacy very near, little kiosk at the corner where to buy simple things and bus/tram tickets. Spacious hotel and room, very good breakfast, there is kettle in the room, slippers, bathrobes. There is a room with washing machine and drier 24/7 with affordable price, there is restaurant and very friendly staff.

We arrived in the evening and were very tired but there was no welcome bottle of still water in the room :-( , refrigerator didn’t work and was empty too. There was no cotton puds, and this kind of details in the room, no pen surprisingly. We had to buy them next day. There was only sewing kit, shampoo, gel and body lotion. There was no shoehorn.
