The staff, facilities and location

Although the location is good, there is roadwork happening and this is something the accommodation can’t do anything about they could have mentioned it far earlier bit better explanation how to get to the place. One time in the afternoon we were in traffic for 30min… But that being said we still recommend coming here as long as you are aware of the situation. It is still the best location for a quite stay.

Amazing accommodation, literally 1 min from direct access to a beautiful part of the Tulum beach 10min walk south of the ruins. Didn't expect such a beautiful little hidden quiet gem in such a location. Access to beach club was free so had free sun beds and umbrella and no hassle of minimum spend. Beach restaurant was amazing and staff very friendly. Had a wonderful time and definitely would come again.

The room was very confortable and clean. The beach was very near to the rooms so easy to walk to. The swimming pool was cozy and clean, with confortable chairs. Breakfast was delicious and generous, and varied a lot from one day to the next. Service from beginning to end was exceptional, very kind staff, always ready to help. Free bike rental was very practical and made our visit around the hotel more accessible. We felt safe at all times. The mini fridge was great to have: kept our snacks and drinks ready for the patio time at the end of the sunny day.

The only thing that was negative during the entire week, was the last night. One of the travellers had a dog and it didn't stop barking until pass midnight.

No restaurant in the evening. Fairly isolated in national park. had to walk in the dark to very expensive restaurants nearby. Did lend us head torches and felt safe

great location at the beach, great team at the beach club and restaurant. good set breakfast but with daily variation. comfy and spacious beds, good clean and modern bathroom, every afternoon some cake. pool is great as well as clean beach .

nothing really about the hotel. the location which is a plus (at the beach and in the national park) also means you either can walk to expensive beachfront restaurants for dinner or you need to pay 700pesos round trip for a taxi to Tulum city. after 2 nights at beach restaurants we decided we invest in the taxi and still come out at same costs .

Great location on the beach. White sand and crystal clear water. The rooms are very comfortable and clean, all with A/C. Beach club is great, very clean and comfortable. Guests can use chairs, beds and umbrellas at no additional cost. Very beautiful location. Staff is super friendly

Sargasso completely affects the experience. Big extensions of sargasso on the beach expels terrible odor and the water becomes brownish. It can affect your health. The hotel needs to find a way to remove it daily and keep the sand clean otherwise it will eventually affect visitors of this beautiful beach.

The staff was so happy and looking forward to help you with your needs. We needed milk for our daughter and they helped find a way. The beach is a very close distance from the rooms and the complimentary food came with more on the plate than expected. We did also enjoy the pool at the hotel and it was extremely relaxing. AC is available through out the night.

Pool isn't the biggest so if multiple guest are using it; it can feel crowded. Plumbing is outdated which is not something with the hotel but with Mexico in general.

Cute hotel located in the national park right next to the beach. It is small, only 10 units, all in single building block with a veranda on the front (except the suites which were instead bigger rooms but on the end of the building further from the beach). 1 minute walk from your room to the most beautiful beach with a beach club. The accommodation isn't fancy but it is clean, comfortable and quiet. I loved their communication and support via Whatsapp and the office staff were always friendly and helpful. There was security on the property 24/7 who would check on you when leaving and returning to the property. There were free bikes to borrow (although no bike light so not ideal for after dark). If you want a truly relaxing stay in Tulum away from traffic and busy areas then this place is perfect. Also being away from light pollution meant it was great for watching the stars. Accommodation along the beach in Tulum is expensive and so I felt that this was comparatively good value for money. I will stay again the next time I visit Tulum.

The rooms are a little dated but as I said above they are clean and comfortable. Sometimes the breakfast orders were not followed. But these were minor things, overall the stay was great. Oh also I wouldn't recommend booking the Paraiso room as this is quite close to a huge generator which seems to run 24/7. We couldn't hear it from our room in the main building though. Be prepared to pay double for your taxi home from Tulum than what you paid to get there (or be better organised than us and arrange transportation in advance).

the hotel is near the beach. the beach is wonderful and one of the more beautiful beaches I saw. breakfast is served near the beach which was awsome. the hotel is small but nice terrace for each room and nice garden. the room is equipped with small fridge.

when you come from the beach you bring sand into the room, no way to avoid it. the floor in the room is concrete floor. so the feeling is that it is not so clean, although they clean it every day. it is far from the center, so if you dont have a car it is difficult.

First I'd like to start with the staff... Flor, Abril, Yazmin and Angel were amazing. Catered to every need and always with a smile. Most importantly this hotel made my family feel safe. The complimentary breakfast was excellent as well. With many options to choose from (I had the omelets w/ cheese and spinach). The rooms and beach were super clean. I mention again, the service was top tier

The only thing I didn't like is that all the food kitchens close pretty early
