Very nice bungalow beach front, with an ocean view. very calm and relaxing. The coral reef is just in front of the hotel and snorkeling there was super fun…turtles, stingrays…

The location was very good for us, but if you’re looking for walking distance restaurants and bars, the hotel zone would be a better choice

The hotel was clean and the staff was very friendly. The restaurant was nice as well. The location was perfect if you are looking for a nice place to relax and unwind. If you are looking for a party and to surround yourself with their culture, you might want to stay somewhere closer to town. It is hard to get transportation that will take you out here and pick you up. I would say the town is about 20 minutes away without traffic, with traffic about 45 minutes-but depends.

There are just some amenities that I wish were available like, I wish they had transportation from the airport to the hotel. Also, I was charged extra on my stay, so please do the conversion from pesos to dollars (or what your currency is) before you come or while checking in. The food was delicious, I just wish they had more options on their menu. There was a roach in our room, but it's Mexico and we are in the middle of the jungle, so it was to be expected.

The hotel is recently remodelled, so everything is new, which is very nice. We stayed at the cabin with sea view which was amazing, we could see the sunrise from our bed. We came with our 11 month old baby and we felt very comfortable with her, it is definitely a child friendly hotel. Had other restaurants and cafes in walking distance from the hotel.

We stayed at the cabin with the sea view which is great besides the fact that between the room and the sea is the restaurant which doesn't bother the view because the restaurant has huge windows and they were open most of the time but from about 10 am till 11 pm there was music playing. We would have preferred to listen to the sound of the sea, but maybe for some one else it's a bonus. For the price of the hotel, the breakfast could have been included in the price. The hotel restaurant does have a baby chair but it is horrible, made out of wood, very high and uncomfortable.

the property is absolutely stunning, especially if you go with a group, right in front of the beach, cleaned of bugs, very private.

that they nickel and dime you for everything… I rented a car and the employees there kept trying to charge me for parking when it was included….also they charge you for stains in the towel even if it is minuscule.

have a private beach but was with a lot of seaweed so can't enter to much to the water :(, closed to tulum ruines, and also have nice pool. the room are big and we got one near the pool. a good bar and helpful staff. near the lanning palm tree

a lot of sand so you cant grab a lone the suitcasewithout a good road for walking. a littlebit expensive. alot of seaweed in the sea so can't enjoy from the water and not a good smell.

Very nice room just two steps away from the beach.

The food at the restaurant was not good at all, especially if you compare it to the other restaurants which are close by. So we decided to spend our time and money elsewhere. Also, the design of the restaurant is not very cosy and the deckchairs they have at the beach club are really uncomfortable. They are loosing money every day because of this and it's amazing that they have not realised it yet. All the decent beach clubs in the area are full, all the good restaurants close by are full and their's is always empty because even their own customers prefer to go somewhere else to spend their time.

Large private ocean view deck to lounge on. Bathroom showers with outdoor/indoor feel. Service at restaurant and on beach. Location was excellent, quieter side, but bike ride away to everything.

Small Boutique hotel. If you want noise ( we did not) Do not stay here.

Clean and well designed bungalows. Very private and calm, most of the days we had the beautiful pool to ourselves. The staff is really taking care of the property and service is good even though they seemed a bit tense and nervous (probably aware of the risk of getting bad reviews)The proximity to the ruins is a big plus - a ten minute walk, make sure to go there before 10 am, get your own guide (blue shirts), and you will have a wonderful experience. Beach was great with the softest sand, unfortunately tons of sargassum during our stay, but that is the tragic effects of global warming and not the hotel’s fault.

Too expensive. You pay for location and accommodation, nothing more. Breakfast should be included! Restaurant and beach club was not bad and not too expensive, but probably due to lack of customers they didn’t have everything on the menu.

One staff member, Ninel, was incredibly kind and efficient. She was instrumental on making our trip smooth. Each little Bangaloo was great. Beautiful, comfortable and clean.

In the contrary one other staff member whose name is Laura Martinez, was not helpful at all. Just stating problems with no solutions. On another note, this place has a tremendous potential. But : 1. The restaurant needs to provide better food and needs to be renovated. Decorated in a more chic way so it can compete with the very luxurious places in tulum. You could make much more money, as people could stay more in the hotel for diner and lunch. 2. The laundry service was not working.

The rooms were comfortable, spacious and very pretty. I loved the attached deck and being able to enjoy coffee outside every morning. The front of house staff (Ninel in particular) were also very kind and made checking in and arranging transportation so easy. The location on the beach was really nice, but not close in proximity to town. We ended up renting a moped which made coming and going a little easier.

There was a lot of construction and excavating right outside our room on the road leading the the beach that was extremely noisy and caused the rooms to shake starting early in morning and continued throughout the day. Food at the hotel was also very expensive and not the quality we were expecting.
