First of all, starting from Abdel, staff were extremely helpful and cheerful. Location was good, close to downtown and hotelzone. Scent of the room and soaps, shampoos etc were selected by us, i’ve never experienced such thing before and actually it was pretty nice. Restaurant were amazing both foods and coctails.

only thing i can mention is the size of the pool and beach access. Pool was like a decorative pool. Hotel stands on a rocky area therefore there was no access. However, both can be solved by visiting their sister hotel during your stay. Rooms in the basement had no access to the sunlight, wish i did book a suit, they had amazing view.

I love the design and decoration of the room. Service and hospitality was excellent. Every person we met with were super attentive and helpful. We stayed in May and apparently it was not the best time to visit Tulum, I'm not sure if they offer this all year round but I enjoyed the complimentary cocktails they offered at the hotel's restaurant as well as in the sister hotels and the herbal tea that they serve to the room in the evening.

It would have been awesome if the hotel had sunbeds on the beach but they have no area directly on the beach. Also if they offered a shuttle service for once or twice to the Hotel Zone or downtown, it would have been useful as the hotel is far from those areas. If you plan to visit those areas and you definitely should if you are not planning to eat/drink all day&night only in the hotel's Thai restaurant which serves great food but it is expensive so you may wanna experience more authentic Mexican food, taxis are very expensive and at times there is traffic. I wouldn't suggest renting a car or motorcycle though because police always tries to pull aside and and give tickets to tourists.

Our stay was wonderful, We wish spend more days, but We have to back home. Staff is very nice and location is perfect. When we arrived we receive a welcome margarita and Staff offered us a complementary margarita in “mi amor” boutique hotel, it was beautiful and very quiet. Happy hour was great, specially for “mezcalinas”.

Everything was ok, but maybe they could stop accept children in the restaurant because it’s an only adults hotel and We had choosen because We did not want to hear kids crying.

Beautiful cozy property, felt very cozy and taken care of. Will definitely be back!

Everything at the property was perfect. It is a little hard to move around without taxi that would be the only thing. They do have bikes but it’s a decent ride to get to the town and back and if it rains it pours so just be prepared. However, I’d you want to chill this is the place. The beach right below is beautiful and there’s no real need to go anywhere else.

amazing location on beautiful part of the beach inside the National park. walk to the Tulum ruins in 20 mins by the beach. the room was beautiful and the loungers with sea view were spectacular. the staff are amazing and so friendly. the restaurant was great too. and you can use the facilities at the sister hotels nearby.

The hotel sits on a small rock overlooking the sea, which makes it ideal during the sargasso season. The sun deck for guests is very private, great for spending some relaxing days. The hotel is located on the quiet side of Tulum, right next to the beautiful Playa Paraiso, with direct access, just a few steps away. The rooms are beautifully decorated and spacious. The staff was highly attentive, they were there when you needed them but also kept a distance when you preferred privacy.

Our bedroom didn’t have a window. It was probably in the description, pay attention when booking. There are also oceanfront rooms, so make sure you book the one you want. The bathroom is in the same space as the bedroom, great for couples, not recommended for friends. While the hotel is highly optimal during the sargasso season, during the other months you might want to opt one for directly on the beach. It is a small boutique hotel, so if you are looking for amenities, this one is not for you.

The room was stunning, the grounds were equally as beautiful! I felt relaxed the moment I stepped foot on the property.

I don’t like that there was one way only traveling on the roadway. We had to walk quite far with my suitcase to reach the property. I also don’t like that the pool was so little!

the staff was incredible and the property sits in what I’d consider a very convenient location for exploring, dining or enjoying the beach.

there was quite a bit of construction going on nearby but once in the facility that wasn’t an issue.

The property was beautiful, great standards. Has a very cool style and vibe. Also located right on one of the most beautiful beaches. The only thing I would say was our room didn’t have a window to the outside and was a little small for 2 of us, with limited space to put out suitcases etc. The bathroom was also in the main suite, so great for couples but not so much for two friends travelling together.

The staff were INCREDIBLE. they really made our holiday, they were always on hand to give us advice, help us navigate the local area and gave a super personal service. This was honestly one of the best hotel experiences I’ve ever had.

Fantastic little boutique hotel right on the beach. I could go on and on about everything I loved about Mezzanine. First, a beautiful property is only made amazing by the people who work there. The staff at Mezzanine was readily available, attentive, friendly and knowledgeable. Concierges Alejandro, David and Abdel deserve a special thank you for their excellent level of service and care. They recommended so many great activities and restaurants - everything was on point! The little Thai restaurant is wonderful, the food is fresh and delicious. The Mexican-style breakfasts were also incredibly delicious. I booked this last second and got the last room they had left on the lower level, which was very nice and well-appointed and fit my needs. A huge bathtub, lovely bathrooms that smell amazing, impeccably clean and comfortable. The rooms on the second and third levels had beautiful ocean views - and I would book these upon return if available. :) The property itself is a delight. Just gorgeous and has everything you need. You can also visit and use the sister properties, Mi Amor and La Zebra as well for their pools and restaurants. The attention to detail here is superb! Every detail was covered. Highly recommend everything about this property, especially if you are seeking a couples romantic getaway.
