Very last minute booking on the same day. We arrived 10 minutes after booking online and everything was ready. Staff at the front desk was lovely each time. The bar is great with very good cocktails and snacks. The bartender was really really good! Because it was my birthday we got upgraded to the Willem Suite for the night. Could not have ask for a better present! Great room with a large bath and an amazing bed. The breakfast was to die for!

The location was great, it was close to the train station which made it very comfortable at arrival and when leaving, and it was walking distance from most things of interest to us. The hotel was lovely, and the staff was friendly and helpful. They let us check in early as the room was already cleaned and available. The room had a large, comfortable bed and a beautiful bathroom with a free-standing bathtub and a shower with amazing water pressure. The food at Harry's, the restaurant, was delicious. The only minor inconvenience we had was that we needed a USB port to charge our phones as we didn't have a plug but there wasn't one.

Really quirky and well thought out decor. Location is great and room was so comfortable and spacious. Staff were really friendly and helpful. Shame we only had one night, we would highly recommend this hotel and would stay here again in Baden Baden.

The only minor thing would be that the only hot food available at breakfast was eggs. Other than that the buffet was really good.

Beautiful old building nicely upgraded to a modern standard. Beds extremely comfortable with massive walk in shower. We even had a small terrace which was lovely to relax in. Perfect location, 5 minutes walk from the station, in a beautiful area of Maastricht. Staff were so friendly , even filing my water bottle with ice and water.

The toilet was in a separate room with no wash hand basin! There were no usb charging points and we had great difficulty getting our plug adapters to fit in the plug sockets Also nowhere in the shower to sit the shower gel and shampoo except on the floor which if you are elderly is not ideal, plus no hooks to hang the dressing gowns in the shower area.

Lovely hotel situated 5 minutes flat walk from the railway station. Room spacious, with a lovely big bed & huge walk in shower. Staff very friendly but professional. We used the Founders Bar which was lovely but didn't use the restaurant. Hotel was situated about 10 minutes walk from Vrithof Square which was where we saw Andre Rieu in concert (an experience we will never forget). Hotel perfect for such a momentous occasion. Maastricht is a beautiful city & we enjoyed our trip immensely.

The staff at the reception were wonderful incredibly helpful with restaurant suggestions and solving logistical nightmares like repeatedly cancelled trains.They were calm snd efficient in solving the dilemna and I got home to Paris in good time

We had a wonderful stay and also got an upgrade to a higher category of room. Also we enjoyed the possibility to stay in the room a little longer. Thank you very much. We‘ll be back!

Absolutely loved our visit to Beaumont Hotel.The room was very spacious,food was excellent & the staff from Receptionist on check in to the dining room staff were superb.Bed was so comfy.Location of hotel was very central.We would highly recommend the Beaumont Hotel.You won’t be disappointed.We will be back.

The room and bathroom are really nice and clean, loved the huge bed. I would come back.

The bathroom was great, the only issue was with the water. The first day was cold (not freezing but definitly not hot) we asked with the receptionist and they said whey would fix it. The next day sometimes was hot and sometimes was cold. Shame because we didn't get to enjoy the bathtub.
