We stayed at the apartment building and it was lovely. The room and bathroom are fresh and modern, the bed was comfortable. There is an elevator too. The location is very convenient, but I should mention that the rooms facing the street are not very quiet, as there is some traffic on the street. The kitchenette is basic - just a kettle, small coffee maker, microwave, fridge and a sink, so not really intended to actually cook something. The option of getting a free cup of soup and a coffee (at the hotel across the street) was superb (the soups were also very good tasting!). We didn't initially pay for the breakfasts, but ended up getting them anyway. While they are not cheap (20 euro per adult, and for kids - 1 euro for each year), they are excellent with some hot dishes, lots of quality cold cuts, cereals, yogurt, fruit, juices and even champaign. Overall I really enjoyed our week in Maastricht and I would definitely stay at this hotel again.

There were some dust balls on the floor, but other than that the room was clean.

The location is next to the station thus really good. The room was spacious and i have stayed it before. Beds are comfy and televion offers english channels ( unlike others) There is free tea and cofee and nuts kept in reception ( real good bonus) The pricess of beer and food is resonable. Overall an excellent stay

I had paid for early checkin as travelling from France, but the keys were handed over late. The checking was from 12 as requested but keys handed over post 1. The rooms need to be cleaned a little better. There was no vacum done and trash was not collected daily.

Lounge area was cosy and comfortable like a living room. Breakfast was rich and plenty if one pays extra. Generally guests are quiet and behave gently. There is no disturbance.

Room was basic. Not enough closets or drawers to hang or shelve any belongings so we used the room seats to place bagage. Bath tub was an old, slippery and deep one not safe to get in and out. Shower was old style. No coffee and tea facility other than the lounge area therefore sitting in the room despite large space did not give much pleasure.

very good! Too close to the train station! There are buses and trains to go out, very convenient! It is also very close to the city on foot. We are traveling as a family, and we like the hotel sofa bed the most, which is very big! ! It’s no problem to sleep 2-3 children. The hotel rooms are beautifully designed and equipped with air-conditioning. It’s comfortable to sleep at night in hot summer and well ventilated. The kitchen and kitchen utensils in the room are very new. All in all, the price of this kind of housing is definitely worth the money. , A cost-effective hotel, our family will come again next time!

The drain in the bathroom is on the opposite side. If the water is a little bigger when taking a shower, the water will easily overflow.

The staff is great! The location is great! Good breakfasts and soup, snacks. Room was so very comfortable - did need a bit of help getting the heat turned on as it got quite cool in the evening. Enjoyed using the kitchenette for light suppers after spending the day in the city or with friends and family! Thanks for your hospitality!

Some poor planning on the part of the bathroom plumber! Sink too close to the door! Please consider adding safety rails inside the shower - one near the rain shower (heavenly by the way!) and one for stepping out of the shower. I am an older traveler and brought my own non-slip mat for safety!

Spacious and comfortable apartment in a great location. Nice decor and very quiet even though in walking distance to train station. Love the breakfast/lounge/reception across the street. Breakfast was delicous. Very accommodating staff and appreciated the luggage storage on our departure day.

Breakfast area/buffet was very crowded (9am on a Monday in October) and not easy to access. Limited seating but we still enjoyed it!

The rooms are spacious and clean, everything was very comfortable. The place is across the road from the train station and a short walk into tow. The lounge are in the main reception is a great place to hang out and there's always something on offer to eat. Also we had massages in the attached spa which was great.

Perhaps a coffee machine in the bedroom, would have made the mornings nicer, but you can pop across the road and the coffee from the reception

The room was fantastic, spacious, warm, nicely decorated, cosy with separate mini kitchen area. The Hotel lobby/reception/living area was brilliant - free tea and coffee, plenty of work spaces or comfy chairs, warm and inviting. All the staff were friendly and helpful - a home away from home. Will definitely be back, Across the road from the trains and buses. Quiet even though we were on the road

There was absolutely nothing you could fault - everything was excellent

Location very close to central station as we had a big luggage . Ample of restaurant closed by . Nice view out of the apartment . Free coffee machine in the lobby . Though we read the soup is free but we are not offer , so we pass on it . Apartment is big , also simple utensil in kitchen

Mattress is not of a 3-4 star quality hotel . Not sure what is free in the lobby , not enough info upon check in , as they display lots of fruits on table , peanuts … cake also display openly but the menu and price is there , so we assumed you paid

The staff at the reception desk were very nice and obliging. You immediately feel at home at Townhouse apartments. We particularly appreciated that water, hot drinks and soup together with the added bonus of Easter eggs were offered on the house :) The apartments are in an excellent location, just minutes away from the train station. The apartment was spacious and cozy with the only problem being a seemingly faulty coffee machine.
