The Dutch was fantastic, quite unique with a great vibe! We would have stayed longer but it was booked. Location was terrific, parking not that easy but not a deal-breaker. The room itself - everything you need and nothing you don’t. Lighting was excellent, spacious, room for everything… we liked the breakfast.

Nothing!! This hotel is an opportunity to see how nicely things can be done using a little imagination.

Self-service check in and check out went smoothly, a really efficient system, backed up by a friendly and helpful memebr of staff if you run into a problem. Big room, great bathroom, really comfortable bed and a superb location, just a few minutes walk from the station, shops, restaurants and cafes, The complementary mini-bar and a constant supply of free fruit, pastries and hot drinks are nice touches.

I could do without the disco lighting and bizarre 70s videos in the hangout.

The room was spacious and quiet with view over tree-lined avenue at front. The quirkiness of some of the prompts, e.g. "How would you like to be turned on and then left alone?" That is, please turn off the lights when leaving. There is a great restaurant and wine bar nearby - TUUR. Give it a try.

Was a bit apprehensive about using self-service hotel, but everything was fine, didn't opt for breakfast in a bag.

Room was nice, good size and the location is very good. Supermarket and restaurants nearby, just a few minutes walk to the station.

Zero service, not really for me the 100% self service concept. It is not really what I would call a hotel. More like an apartment building without a kitchen and without any food services. A bit overpriced therefore.

The room was basic but had everything one needs for one or two days. It was also very quiet. Great location, 5min walking from the station, 10min waiting from the Vrijthof. Very comfortable bed.They kept our luggage for free after check out, while we visited the city.

We found it a bit "cold" since there's no personnel (you do you own check in and check out at the computer, you serve yourself at the bar). We came for an event in the city and the price for the room was very expensive. Not the most comfortable room for a longer stay.

The room was spacious and clean, with a decent bathroom. The staff were albeit not in evidence. We rang the room phone because we forgot our conversion plug a staff member was with us quickly with a plug in hand. It is a functional hotel near the city centre but has very limited facilities

For what we paid - £450 for 2 nights the hotel didn't deliver. No food available other than a coffee machine. We were charged a tourist tax on leaving as well!

When you enter the hotel you already feel a nice atmosphere!The location is perfect because Maastricht is quite small. Very nice rooms with everything you need! Soecial are the postcards and the breakfast-bags. A Highlight ist the insidw-jungle - it nakes you feel like in southern areas! Was there something negative?!Well - I cant say because I would always choose this hotel again! Very lovely and kind stuff, interior very nice, it is clean and quite.

This is a self service offering and is very good at doing that. Spotlessly clean, nice hang out area if a little on the chilly side. Rooms perfect for what we wanted in a city break. Great location with plenty of eating options on your doorstep. Also the in house breakfast option is good if in a hurry to get going. 5 mins from the Q-Park if you have a car.

A warm and helpful welcome from the staff, even though we were early. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The location was very convenient.

Initially thought the price might be a bit steep, but on the whole this hotel is good value for money and I would recommend it to other people visiting Maastricht.

Comfortable beds, spacious room, refrigerator. We have stayed here before and enjoyed it. They have a nice courtyard and it’s in a quiet area.

Lack of reception. Trying to get into a locked hotel when passing vehicles make it impossible to hear the person on the intercom. Doing self check-in. Waiting around for someone to show up to help with bicycle parking. Customer service is sadly missing.
