The staff were wonderful, even volunteering to fix a flickering lightbulb in the bathroom! The room was well provisioned and the fridge was well appreciated, a coffee machine and free coffee capsules was also greatly appreciated. I also thought the cleaning policy (not every day) was a great idea! The gym even has some modest provision for weights which I made use of. The location is very convenient, close to the central train station.

I didn't have a single complaint while I was there, but being picky.. The room (1st floor) looked out on to the street where there is student accommodation, part of the charm but it could get a little rowdy, though nothing that stopped me from sleeping. I also found the room lighting a bit dim, but this is in keeping with being eco-conscious so ok!

The location is brilliant- a short walk from the railway station and a short walk to the old city centre - located in a very nice neighbourhood. The hotel was clean and comfortable with good facilities. The room (a superior room) was very spacious but the layout with the open bathroom between the sleeping area and the sitting area is very odd. The room doesn't function nearly as well as it could. We knew about the open bathroom which did not bother us but were surprised at how much it adversely affected functionality.

The hotel requires guests to actively opt in to daily housekeeping but unfortunately we were not advised of this on checking in and failed to notice the tiny card in our room advising us of the arrangement. We were therefore very surprised to come back from a day out to find the bed unmade, the room uncleaned, tea and coffee supplies not replenished and wet towels in the bathroom. We made a quick trip back down to reception and were immediately given a bag of clean towels Which they had sores at the desk. This appears to be a frequent occurrence. It would help if the housekeeping arrangement was much more upfront. The digital key system did not work but this was not a problem as we just used the card access.

When we walked in the room we were blown away by how big and nice the room looked. We definitely made sure to use all the available facilities (big bath, bed, TV, etc.) and we were really pleased with how everything was. The breakfast was also really nice and tasty.

The bed was a little creaky when turning over in it. The room also wasn't ready even when we arrived at the time stated for check-in, and we had to find half-an-hour to kill in the city. Lastly, in the morning, we could very clearly hear (presumably?) our neighbours. Like metal clanking every couple minutes.

Excellent selection at breakfast and all very tasty. Staff helpful and frindly at all times. Location was ideal for our needs.

We were put in room 103 for the first 2 nights. this room had no windows - not really an issue as was dark and quiet. The bed was extremely comfortable but it had an open plan bathroom with semi frosted glass panel beteen bedroom and bathroom! I know my friend well but both would prefer privacy whilst using the loo and shower!!! There was no where to hang long dresses - we were going to a concert - and no shelving for other stuff or even proper railing to hang towels. The wall painted like the Alps was lovely but the 2nd room we stayed in after 2 nights was much more to our liking & less odd!!

I like very much the location, the fact that the staff met my requests at the booking stage, the contemporay well designed look of space, free coffee at the lobby, the way with an app through phone the room door unlocked

The fact that i was there at 1330 and they did not give me the room. Of course cannot blame them for that because the room was for 1500 and they offered to keep my luggage there, but i did not liked it.

Location is perfect for a traveller, so close it to the station. The stuff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean.

The water from the sink was not draining well. The room was without window. I have no time to watch pictures when I am booking, so it must be mentioned in the description. And I prefer pre-paid options by booking, just to come, sleep and go. But at that time I had to pay at the hotel, so I don't like that system.

We got to stay in the Cool Best themed room, which was a fun design. The bed was comfy, the shower was excellent, all the features were modern and up to date, and the hotel was in a fantastic location. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. We really enjoyed our stay.

There was no door to the bathroom and parts of the bathroom wall were glass, so there was virtually no privacy when using the bathroom - not suitable for all travellers.

Position is perfect, 2minutes walk from the train station and 10 from the centrum of Maastricht. A lot of restaurants, pub etc near the Hotel. Comfortable room (307), well insonorisation. No issue related to the current external facade maintenance, we had a very good stay. Great staff, very nice and friendly.

Perfect location. 10 mins walk to city centre and less than 5 mins walk from the train station. Very accessible to everything from coffee shops, restaurants and shopping stores. The hotel is very clean and the staff were very friendly. The room is spacious and quiet. I will definitely stay here again. Towels were clean and the bed is so comfortable.

This is an excellent hotel, conveniently located near the station within easy walking distance from the old centre. The room we had was very spacious and the bed very comfortable. The breakfast was good.

I personally do not like purple lighting, which was a feature in the bathroom. Also it would be good to have electricity sockets next to the bed and not only at the desk.
