Comfortable rooms, staff available 100percent of the time, able to write through whatsapp to ask things and got replies immediately... there are croissants in the morning for hungry newcomers, and there is complementary wine every day between 5 and 6, I never saw this anywhere before. The location is just perfect, literally 30sec walking from Market Square with many lovely bars/cafes as well as changing market activities throughout the week.. I had an excellent stay here. Rooms were very clean and well kept,too.

Black walls on half of the room was unusual, but it went with the overall style of the place, so not that bad actually. There was no fridge, which I thought is not very typical. So that made buying cheese from market a bit difficult.

We loved the cinema and the whole vibe to it. The location was perfect, it's so central! The rooms are a little dark because the black walls take in the light but I actually liked that. It was comfortable and not too bright. The black walls were nice and we got a big room for a good price! The cinema was so beautiful, such a cute little room where you could watch Netflix with free popcorn! It looked like a high quality hotel. The beds were so comfortable, maybe a little warm but comfy, clean bathroom

You couldn't really watch any streaming services on the TV unless you had a laptop and a cable to connect to the TV and the remote control didn't work that well, I think the batteries were going empty but that's okay. This wasn't advertised I think, so it's not bad but a water boiler would really make this room even better because tea is delicious! I don't have any serious complaints, it is such a beautiful hotel!

Location is great, not far from main rail station and in the heart of the city. Room nice, clean. Very friendly and supportive staff. Even I did not benefit from happy hour but the free coffee it’s a good idea. Overall good service for what they promise to provide.

Not as downgrade but more as an improvement, it will be good having a full restaurant on the premises not only the breakfast which was good with several options.

The hotel is in a great location - tucked away down a quiet side street but easy walking distance from the station and to the city centre. It is modern, clean and the staff were all lovely and very helpful. The room was spacious and beds were comfortable. Being typical Brits, we prefer a cup of tea in the morning rather than a coffee from the coffee machine in the room but the reception staff were happy to supply a kettle and mugs from the breakfast bar to accommodate us 😄.

A bit more storage space or drawers would have been useful and the room was quite stuffy at night despite the A/C but these were very minor issues and in no way spoiled the stay.

I liked the hotel for its location. It is right at city center, everything is at a walking distance. There are restaurants and shopping areas less than a 3 minute walk from the hotel. The staff was very nice, helpful and generous. The room was spacious.

I think may be they can get new pillows for the room, I had to change my pillow the next day. But , the staff was very accommodating.

The staff were very helpful and lovely A few issues: No fridge in the room (one was kindly brought to my room) No TV signal (again I was shown how to overcome this problem with the cable connection) Room was so dark when I arrived I could not see the light switch as this was also black! I was fumbling in the dark - I had to open the door for light! The bedside light was not plugged in and hard to reach/see socket. Otherwise all good!

this is an old cinema so a lot of the decor is built around that theme, wonderful. includes a small cinema you can reserve for free and you can buy popcorn and drinks to enjoy. fabulous. 5pm wine time is a nice event at the end of each day visiting the beautiful city of Maastricht. They plant a tree for you if you forego housekeeper cleaning the room. Staff are really friendly and helpful.

Buffet breakfast with fizzy wine - always a winner. Free wine hour too. Short walk to the central Market Place. Great textile market on Fridays. Many good eateries and a happy atmosphere. Liked the option to avoid unnecessary room cleaning and plant a tree instead.

The location is perfect, walking distance to all the hotspot, we were during the Christmas market, and took us like 5 minutes walk to the market. The staffs are nice and welcoming, we could get free prosecco and there were popcorn machine, you can take some popcorn and some drink and watch movie in the mini cinema, the room was spacious and clean, I like the interior and the advent chocolate calendar, it was a nice experience, and would definitely coming back.

The location is perfect. Beautiful design, clean rooms, possibility to regulate room temperature (heating and separate AC). The cleaning personnel came every day (and the towels were changed every day too). A private cinema in the hotel was unexpected yet definitely a pleasant surprise. Overall: highly recommended!

The breakfast was not very varied but overall good. Also, would have been nice to have a fridge in the room.
