I liked the fact I could check-in by myself, without staff being around. Saves you a lot of forced polite chit-chat. I was pleasantly surprised by the amount of space even the smallest room had. I had just booked the cheapest option, and the bed was still a king-size! Linens were clean, enough storage space and power outlets. Bathroom was clean, with fresh towels. Mirror on the wall was a decent size. Atmosphere of both the hotel and the rooms was cozy, and the lighting sure added to that. P+R right across the street, as was the train/bus station. Only 5 minutes walk away from Wyck and 10 minutes from the city center. Good value for money too. All in all I would come back!

Option for 2 room keys wasn't automatically offered at the self check-in, but it should. We were promised a room with 'courtyard view', but it sure as hell was disappointing. The only thing I saw from my window was the parking lot and other hotel guests. Best to just not advertise this feature, as it's hardly something one will miss.

Good location next to the train station. Close to the center of Maastricht. Lovely welcoming staff and reception area. Free tea/ coffee throughout the day was very welcome . Soup on arrival is a lovely touch so too is the nightcap. Breakfast was lovely .

Breakfast on the last morning ran out as many of us were later getting up due to the concert the previous night . The kitchen didn’t cater for this and because it was later the food wasn’t replenished. Also had to wait for available seating before being able to choose our breakfasts. Full cigarette ashtray on our balcony on arrival .

A large spacious room with a small kitchen area which was well equipped for preparing light snacks. Big bathroom with a large shower. Breakfast was outstanding with a wide selection and choices. There was also tea and coffee available throughout the day in the bar area. They also had soup and bread available which was also included in the price of the room. A short walk from the station and the main shopping and restaurant area of Maastricht. The hotel is locted in a quiet part of town. All staff were excellent , but Marica especially helpful and welcoming. A real positive problem solver.

Very hard to improve, but there was a fault with the hot water. Very apologetic and the offer of an alternative shower facility whilst they remedied the problem. Highly recommended venue and the shower issue would not deter us from staying there again.

Right by the station, extremely clean and thoughtfully done up room. The welcome soup at check in was delicious and a lovely touch. The check in and out terminal/computer worked very well. However there was staff at all times, and very friendly too! The hotel offers luggage storage on the arrival and departure day which was very handy. The tea/coffee area was also pretty relaxing.

We could hear some noise from the streets when going to bed (early). But this can't really be helped considering the location of the hotel and it was Saturday night. However it was surprisingly quiet in the morning.

Love the size of the room…. They are huge for 3 of us. We were at the apartment with the elevator👍🏻 The bed, pillow and bed linen are so comfortable. The bathroom was do clean and all toiletries are there. Easy to make a check in, the staffs are so helpful and friendly. We stayed only 1 day there, so we can‘t rate about the kitchen at all….but I think they are complete. The parking space/garage is also high enough for our 2m car. It is about 10 min. walking distance to the beautiful city center. Overall we were so happy to find this apartment.

The concept of this hotel is soooooo nice! Warm staff, lobby/reception area has a home-y feel and is vibrant with people having a coffee (free all day for guests) a cup of soup (also free), reading a book or playing a little game. Something simply works in this hotel, there is a community feeling, it is personal and human and refreshingly unpretentious. Our room (groundfloor) was perfect, beautiful bathroom, comfortable bed, wifi worked, airco too. Townhouse offers a secure parking but it is limited, book ahead.

Everything was great. we will come back!

Friendly staff, large comfortable room that was very clean. The "living room" downstairs has more of a coffee shop feel to it, though that's alright. Free soup was a nice touch though I didn't try it.

I asked staff for an ironing machine and was pleasantly surprised they'd be happy to lend me one, however next staff member the following morning didn't know of anything and even three hours later he had forgotten to look into it. At that point he did his best to fix it quickly though, but I was left feeling a bit surprised.

They were doing a lot of maintenance work. There was drilling on 3 mornings which started at 10.15/10.30am and my sleep was very disturbed (I was sleeping late from working). It was very noisy and there were no explanations or apologies. I realise that they need to do this work of course, but I think there should have been some discount to make up for the inconvenience. The lobby was also very noisy and the free soup was not available on one day. This is a great perk of the hotel and it was disappointing for it not to be available.

Extremely welcoming hotel with apartment across the road. Gezellig! Nice breakfast. Complimentary Soup offered to all guests throughout the stay. Friendly staff. Cosy atmosphere. I really liked Townhouse Design.

Awkward having to cross the road to see other part of travelling party as apartment was in building across the road. Not ideal but unavoidable due to the size of our party and the rooms we needed.

Great location and close to all amenities, 3rd floor room had a good view of the train and bus station, never-ending supply of complementary hot soups and hot drinks, Marrika is fabulous, she has great customer service skills

A ground floor room with a window that didn't open and air conditioning did not work and repair was delayed. After we took a shower, the air in the room remained damp for 2 days, and my son developed a cold the next day. I had to demand a new room and we moved. No smart tv so my son couldn't watch TV in English language
