Nice room, friendly staff, parking close and good location
On the parking side of the hotel, they should have a sign that says entrance this way. There are about 6 double doors to the hotel that are locked and labeled emergency exit (small writing on door window u can’t see until you are at the door). It is not fun trying to find the entrance when it’s windy and raining! We saw others doing the same thing trying to find the entrance, so we were not the only ones. A simple large and visible sign would solve this issue to where the main entrance is from the parking lot!

We loved our stay - really comfortable bed and fantastic shower with lovely products in the bathroom. WiFi was excellent and coffee machine was a nice addition in the room. Location was great - less than ten minutes to main square and twenty five minutes on foot to the station. We loved the area - lots of cool bars and restaurants nearby.
Small point but the room took a while to heat up. We stayed in January and it was -1 in Maastricht and as the rooms are big, warehouse style rooms it took absolutely ages to heat the room up. We had to leave the heater on whilst we went out to keep the heat in.

The industrial design of the rooms was a perfect blend of style and comfort. The bed was incredibly comfortable and large and the overall atmosphere in the room helped us relax completely. We also appreciated the added convenience of having a coffee machine in the room. Jean, one of your staff members, was incredibly helpful and friendly. Jean is a shining example of the excellent customer service we experienced at your hotel. The hotel's location was ideal for exploring the city. We highly recommend it to anyone seeking a unique and enjoyable experience!
Two staff members at the reception did not meet our expectations in terms of courtesy and a welcoming attitude. We believe that a more positive and engaging interaction with guests would significantly improve overall experience.

Nice design and decoration, the check-in is fast and easy, room is spacious, bright and has all the necessary things including coffee machine and electric tea kettle.
The mattress is super firm and feels weird as if you can feel the springs with your body, pillows are loose and stuffed unevenly. My phone fell between the mattress and the back of the bed - i put the hand to take it out and the space was full of hair (disgusting and raising questions how they change bedding but never saw so many hair). Check out is at 12, but room cleaners opened my door at 11:15 even with the sign “Do not disturb” while I was half naked just out of the shower! Just to ask “are you leaving or you have late check out”! Unacceptable and unsafe. Also don’t buy a room with breakfast included - it doesn’t worth 15€ at all.

check-in was seamless, very nice reception. Room was so much better than I expected and was big enough (got upgraded apparently). Clean room, didn't use breakfast facilities so can't comment. Expected to see a lot of annoying students and young people but not so much. Do visit Dael nearby, had breakfast there and visited their shop, lovely place!
Not a massive bother but the way the place is designed/built means that you hear people walking above you. Water in the shower did not go down very quickly. I guess this way you are encouraged to pause your shower and save water this way?

They have really large rooms! The staff is very polite and helpful. The rooftop bar looked great but we didnt have a chance to check it out. The stay feels luxurious at a great price. They have a coworking space which is paid but we could use their cafeteria to work from, and it was very comfortable. You can store your luggage after check out, it is guarded by the employees badge so your luggage is super secure and there wont be any sort of a mix up where you could potentially lose your stuff. Its a very quiet place. Theres no noise or disturbances.
It was hot even with the AC on. Tbf, We were there on a rather hot day, which is unlikely for The Netherlands , there was a way to control the temperature but it didnt really make much of a difference. Also Not really a con but its a 20 mins walk from the train station. You can use the public transport to reach faster.

The concept and atmosphere, size of the room and the location are great. Staff is always there to help. Very convenient geography close to the city centre so that we managed to walk only and were able to leave the car in the car park for the whole stay.
Breakfast is supposed to go until 10am, but there was not much left of several things when I came shortly after 9am, and obviously no one cared to provide some refill. I had what I wanted, but coming maybe 15min later may not have returned the same result. On another note, the room was very clean but there was some scale around the tap of the sink. Not dramatic, but would look better without...

It is a hotel-student residence. We stayed there because our son is studying at the university and it will be his residence. It is an old factory rebuilt with an industrial style that does not displease. It is modern and has everything you need for a good rest. The room has a Nespreso coffee machine with capsules that are replenished when the room is cleaned, bottled water, and tea. It has a safe and shower gel and soap. The mattresses are excellent. Location is very good, 3 minutes walk from the center. It has washing machines with detergent included and dryers on the ground floor. In the common areas there is a pool table, gym and foosball game. It has a large and comfortable cafeteria and a reading area for common use. The students do not disturb the rest since they are in another part of the building, however in the common areas we did not see any noisy students and they were all respectful and polite. Although the price is somewhat high, it is worth it. We will be back
If you go in hotel mode everything is perfect, in student residence mode, we did not like that the first day my son entered the residence, the kitchens were not clean so he had to wait until night to be able to use them or place the things he bought in the fridge. The first day he had to eat and dine in a restaurant. For being one of the most expensive residences, these are flaws that could have been foreseen, although it is true that the entry of all the students was on the same day and there was a lot of movement of suitcases, parents, some carrying furniture, hangers,... So And everything, my son is very happy with everything, the use of washing machines with integrated detergent at no cost and having free bicycles are very positive things, the student environment is excellent.

The room was huge, loft-like. I liked the interior design! Bed was comfy. Breakfast was good, vast choice. I appreciated the fresh fruit salad. I liked that their was a billiard table, table football and a gym. Staff was friendly. Quick check-in and check-out. The location was ok, not too far from the market place. I would come back.
You could hear peoople in the corridor or the guests in the next room quite well unfortunately. Especially in the morning it was a bit annoying.

In general, we had a pleasant and comfortable stay. Breakfast was super good.
There is only 1 lift and it wouldn't stop at the 4th floor, where we were staying, when it was going up, only when going down. Also, when coming down, it would already be so full from people coming from the restaurant in the 8th floor. In the end, to go up to the restaurantr, we had to get in the lift going down very full already and then stay inside so it would go all the way up to the restaurant. Very very unpleasant.
