Room was spacious and the staff very friendly and helpful.

Mattresses moved a lot on the beds while sleeping. Felt like you may fall off.

Location was very good and the staff was exceptionally courteous and good. When we had the trouble reach the airport due to storm Poly, the girl at the reception tried to reduce our stress and she was so helpful and willing to arrange a taxi for us and pacify us.

The rooms were without ac's and the bathtub did not have proper covering due to which the entire water was on the floor.

I was offered an upgrade from the single room I'd booked. The room was spacious and comfortable if a little dated. The staff at the front desk were extremely helpful. When I made a complaint about noise in the room below me, they responded promptly and told me I could contact them at any time. The hotel is well located, just a few minutes from both the train station and the city centre.

The walls are very thin and I could hear noise from all the adjacent rooms at various times, including the room immediately below mine which seemed to be hosting a party! To be fair, I did inform the front desk when the noise continued after 11pm, they responded promptly and I was able to get a good night's sleep in the end. But it's worth bearing in mind if you prefer a quiet room.

Perfect location! The center itself is a big plus 👍🏻 friendly service, the room is fine, but not adequate to the price of the stay, the cleanliness had a bit to be desired ... Breakfast was ok, but there was no special choice - a few € less for the whole - stay and breakfast and I think that would be fair. Regards 😉

the staff was really nice and the amenities provided were good like an iron. the location of the hotel is very good its close to the center and also close to the central station so everything is walking distance.

the room seemed old and the walls were dirty and it seemed like it needed to be all renovated. the coffee and tea machines were also dirty and the shower can get messy if you are not careful because there is no door and the water will get out.

This hotel is located in a really great place! it is right on the entrance to the old part of Utrecht, very close to all the recreational parts of town: bars, pubs, restaurants, shopping etc. The staff were very friendly, nice and helpful. The hotel is just 2 min. walk from major public transportation lines with a quick access to all of Utrecht. The room itself is nice, and comfy, the beds are good, with good house-keeping.

The hotel itself is rather aged, and it shows. There is a 'stand-alone' separate AC unit in the room, and the closets and bathroom are also kind of aged. We got a room with a balcony overlooking the main street, but with a VERY LOW safety rail, *completely unsuitable* for children! Because we were travelling with young ones, we had to lock the entrance to the balcony at all times. One more thing is the parking: there are no cars allowed in the old part of Utrecht, and the closest parking garage is 5-6 min. walk from the hotel, and is rather expensive (~30 euro/night).

I absolutely loved this hotel and I'm sorry I couldn't extend my stay here. We were welcomed as guests of the day with a little gift, which was very nice gesture. Our room was placed on the top floor with very nice city view. Room was spacious and well equipped (there is even iron), with comfortable bed. Wi-fi worked well and hotel is very close to the railway.

Faucets in the bathroom are outdated and impractical for use, so they should consider some modernization.

The room was spacious and clean. It was more than enough for me and my two children. There was a note in the room that we were lucky enough to be able to receive a couple of drinks at reception, which I thought was a nice touch. It was even better though, as the staff offered us some snacks too, all free of any extra charge. They were very friendly and made us feel welcome. I had the feeling that the hotel had a lot more facilities to offer than I was able to investigate, since I was travelling with two young children, arriving late and leaving early. Nevertheless, I got the impression of a high standard.

I had trouble with the TV/wifi as the remote control seemed unresponsive and the set up was a little unintuitive for my tech-phobic brain! Thankfully, one of the staff members kindly came to the room immediately after I reported it and sorted it out, which we appreciated. The price of the room seemed a little on the high side, but I am still adjusting to 2022 pricing!

We booked a 4-person room which was equipped with four good beds (2+2 together) and enough space for luggage etc. The room was facing the back alley and was very quiet. The hotel is not very inspiring, but functional & clean and in a very central location.

The hotel was advertised as a 4-star property, which isn't really what it felt like. We just stayed one night as a stopover on a long train journey. The hotel worked very well for this purpose, but for a longer stay, we would have booked earlier and probably found something nicer for the price...

The location was excellent - less than a 10 minute walk from the train station and right in the city centre. The room was spacious and comfortable and had tea and coffee making facilities. The staff stored our luggage for us for a day too.

There was no shower curtain, only a glass panel that was too small so there was always a lot of water on the floor after a shower.
