We loved our room; it was spacious, bright and spotlessly clean. The bonus was a washing machine and dryer in the bathroom. Fantastic for when you are travelling. The servicing of the room was done beautifully every day and the toiletries etc were replenished. There was plunger coffee in the room and also a small cafe beside the hotel which was convenient. The location was great - a small walk to the harbour and along the water, a short stroll to the supermarket, a diagonal walk across the park to get to the centre of town. Every staff member was pleasant and helpful. This is a wonderful hotel.

There was no issue during check in and check out. A few hours after our check out, we were notified that some items were left behind in the room and they requested for us to come back and pick it up. I requested for them to ship the items to our next accommodation as we had already left the area and would not be returning for the remainder of our trip. Not only was the parcel sent out immediately, the front desk team had also waived the delivery (which I had offered to pay for the inconvenience caused). Excellent service, would highly recommend!

There wasn't much in terms of food in the surrounding area, had to walk for a a good 10 minutes before we found a little restaurant. We were told there would be more options around the harbour, unfortunately we could not find it.

We loved the room as it was spacious, comfortable and very clean. It was serviced each day and the toiletries, etc. were refilled when necessary. The location was perfect as it was quiet, but within walking distance to the city, to the water and to a nearby supermarket. The staff were particularly welcoming, helpful and knowledgeable and nothing was too much trouble for them.

Staff were fantastic - friendly and helpful. Unit was very clean. Location was especially convenient to the Victory Convention Centre. Great coffee shop near front entrance.

Cooking was hampered by the very low power of the electric cook-top, although the microwave oven was fine. An opening window would have been great.

Central location was perfect. The apartment was nicely presented, clean and smart. Kitchen facilities were great. The view from our window was great. The reception staff were all very friendly and went out of their way to be helpful.

The only ventilation was from the heat pump in the bed space. The living spaces became unbearably stuffy if the heat pump was turned off or the sliding door to the bed space was closed. Also, access to the bathroom was through the bed space which reduced privacy when we had people visiting our room, and it meant that one person going to the bathroom at night disturbed the sleep of the other person.

Our accommodation was just what we needed. It was small and cozy but had everything we needed. We were so close to our venue where we watched EckhartTolle talk, and there is a cute little Cafe right next door. The staff were very polite and helpful, we also left our bags at reception while we went for a walk till our check-in time arrived. When we returned our bags had been taken to our room.

I thought the location, room size and room amenities at Quest on Beaumont were fantastic. I also loved that there was a water cooler in the lobby and that the room was quiet with plenty of natural light.

The shower water pressure was lacking but that may be due to the location of our room and the bed while sizeable and beautifully dressed was not particularly comfortable (too firm).

Very comfortable, very complete studio with best view for NYE: Skytower and fireworks in full view! I was very happy. On top, good washing machine and dryer, complete kitchen, good beds, ample sockets, nice comfy chair, little dining table. New world supermarket close by. It was great!

All cafés were closed on new years day, so no good coffee. But none of hotels fault obviously.

one of the most helpful kind staff on reception I’ve ever met. the whole studio was bright, modern and super clean with everything we needed. beds were very comfy and although next to a road it was very quiet. there is a cafe right next door which did good breakfast and coffee

We loved the location in the CBD, the spacious room, and the washer and dryer. In addition, it was clean, and the beds were most comfortable.

We did have a bit of a glitch checking in since we apparently arrived after hours. Another guest was able to call to get the code to a lockbox that contained our keys. If I had been emailed or texted a code, it somehow never made it to me.
