Central location..walking distance to all eateries and bars,The Square, transport. Very comfortable.very mod..very quiet. Lovely staff.

We didnt like the fact that the rooftop bar is not part of the hotel but a separate business. We booked this hotel with breakfast included for a special occasion but were unable to use the bar without booking separately ( completly booked out during our 3 day stay)and breakfast was a charge back from a cafe off site..not ideal . This was explained to staff and was dealt with appropriately.. only saying this for other travellers not to be hooked in thinking the pink lady is part and parcel of the hotel. Its not.. nor is there a bar or cafe that is part of the hotel. Accommodation only...

Great style, amazing rooftop bar with great food. Very clean. Quiet. Easy street parking free on weekends. Cute little cafe downstairs. Friendly, helpful staff. Bathroom was sizeable compared to the room. Right in the middle of the city with nice views over city and to the hills.

A bit small even for a twin room. Was hard to walk past the bed to get into it let alone enjoy the armchair in the room with a drink before heading out for dinner. Shame that there were no bigger rooms with options for two beds. Would have been good to have a room with two queen or kings instead of having to book two separate rooms as we like to stay together.

The room was really nicely decorated and it was comfortable, it made it feel a lot more expensive than it was. The bar on the top floor was really nice too, just a shame that is closing :( we really enjoyed being able to duck up there for a drink. This was also a test to the “soundproofing” feature of the room, we couldn’t hear a thing and it was really loud up there so this was amazing!

The ONLY thing I didn’t like was paying $17 for parking. Everything else was great, it’s just unfortunate that the closest parking is about a block or two away and costs that much.

Beautiful rooms, fantastic location

Both very minor issues. Our room had free breakfast but on monday when we came down, the room was closed for renovations. Wasnt told by anyone on check in or by attendant on sat morning breakfast that it would be closed on monday, check out day. We wouldve booked the cheaper no breakfast room if we'd realised. Also thers was half a bag of chips on floor under the console under the tv, which i found when i dropped a ring which rolled under. And also a wet sock in the bin on arrival in room, which was odd.

I liked the location and nicely decorated rooms they had. Very comfy bed.

I did find some stains from the shower walls. It was a bit unpleasant finding but i didn't let it bother me too much. I just hope next time housekeeping will also take care of the shower walls while cleaning. It is easy to miss some spots I assume. Also having gym access to a nearby gym was nice but I didn't end up using the option as I was hoping to have the gym in the building. Would be good to mention it is not at the same building as the rest of the services.

We were very comfortable in our Standard King room. The decor, fixtures, and fittings were modern & contemporary and had everything we needed. The ensuite shower room was clean and well thought out, and the water pressure was excellent. The staff on reception were friendly and helpful, and the location of the property was ideal for strolling to shops, restaurants, and cafes.

The rooftop bar is not open 7 nights and was closed on our first night. However, we're happy we got to experience sunset up there on our second night. Excellent views, friendly staff, and delicious cocktails.

Room was lovely, very comfortable and everything you would need.

Paid for parking and was given ticket but not told which of the three parking places in the street to park at. We parked at the incorrect one so our validation was useless. Paid for parking at this building and it was cheaper than offered by the hotel. Directions/instructions could use some work. Also arranged a late check out for 12pm the day before. Had house keeping arrive twice between 11-12 as the receptionist had not written this down. Just some minor details but otherwise a great stay.

Great location to access everything. We caught the bus from the airport and the hotel is just round the corner from the central bus station. Room was clean and tidy and the bed was comfortable. Breakfast was lovely and although the second day we stayed the breakfast room was closed for refurbishment they provided a voucher for a nearby cafe which was excellent.

The air conditioning unit is very complicated and can't be turned off. It was very cold in the room and very noisy. This is the only thing that let the hotel down.

The room was as it was shown in the photos! It was smaller but comfortable. We were on the 6th floor and had amazing views from 2 windows of the city and surrounds. It was quiet. Good large bathroom and a hot shower! Lifts up to rooms. Bed comfortable. Closed curtains at night as city lights so bright! Basic breakfast included.

Could not open windows as too high up and just felt a bit stuffy but it was only for an overnighter. Was warm with air conditioner as well. Otherwise, it was a nice hotel. Parking-none- had to get the luggage out and find a 24-hour car park that the hotel gave you a ticket for that you had to also buy. Was just difficult as an unknown city, finding it and also getting a car space out front when leaving.

Excellent accessible room - spacious, beautifully decorated including bathroom. Comfy beds Breakfast was reasonable Staff always kind and ready to help out

Room was very warm and the air conditioning did not seem to work. They had a fan but it was not the best. The room has massive windows which is great but without air conditioning it becomes an oven when the sun shines on it. Breakfast not up to 4* standard Rooftop bar not being accessible especially after the building was renovated and when the lift goes up to the very floor below is just a slap in the face and truly shameful.
