The location was perfect, only a couple of minutes' walk into town. The apartment was clean and spacious for a family of 4, we loved having our own ensuite and the main bed was comfortable, as was the loungeroom. Off street parking was fabulous. Lovely view from the deck, looking up at Skyline mountain gondola.

We found it tricky to initially locate reception, but that was probably due to our misinterpretation of instructions. The washing machine leaked (clear it was an ongoing issue as the washing machine cabinet showed signs of water damage). Also, one of the twin beds had a wheel that kept coming undone when the bed moved (it was clear it had been fixed before). These were small things that did not take away from our experience.

The property was clean, decent equipment for cooking and a GREAT view.

Just a tip to check with the reception re the trick for the oven. The oven instructions were not clear and not stated anywhere so we couldn't cook on the one night we hoped to. When someone came to show us the "trick" to the oven it was an easy solution but not an easy one to know.. and would be great to have listed on a booklet or the wall (ie make sure X icon shows on the oven when cooking. So just feedback for the staff to add some instructions somewhere. There was no guest book, only a sheet on the wall and some manuals for appliances and the oven manual was missing. Other than that, the kitchen was awesome for a family!

The apartment was beautifully designed, spacious, clean, comfortable, brand new, very well equipped and the location is great with its short walk to town.

Communication from staff about parking location was unclear and incorrect. Parking layout is already poor and extremely cramped to begin with. The reception staff scribbled out some vague directions on a bad map which turned out to be wrong and we had to go hunting around a different street entrance to find the correct parking. This could have easily been solved with a much better parking map with the apartment lots correctly labelled. View from apartment was also quite obstructed. No view of the Remarkables at all.

The location is just great, short walking distance to stores and restaurants, and only 15 minutes walk to skyline. Space in the apartment is quite spacious. The car parking lot is spacious and easy parking for an SUV. Staffs were friendly.

The first day we arrived was pretty hot, but only one fan was available per apartment. Kitchenware was limited and no non-stick frying pan which makes cooking fried eggs and bacon miserable. Twin room beds were quite narrow by width.

We liked the location to town and buses. The apartment was roomy and very homely. It had everything we needed.

The only thing that was a negative was the instructions on how to get to the apartment. The instructions on the map were wrong and we got sent to the garage below the apartment. It took us a while to actually find it and once we did all we had to do was go down one flight of stairs. Instead we had to struggle with our suitcases up and down stairs trying to find it.

The quality of the property and the cleanliness was above expectations. It was located approx. 2 blocks from the CBD on a main road, however we heard none of that road noise and our bedroom was 5 metres from the road. The fully stocked kitchen equipment and had appropriate and matching dinner sets, pans and cutlery….and not the often found mis-matched hodge podge so very often found. Bed and pillow quality was fantastic and bathrooms were heated with great water pressure…and staff were so quick to relocate us to a room with better elderly access as we forgot to request this. I will absolutely stay here again above every other hotel I have visited in Queenstown over 15 years of travelling there.

Built on a hill means some suites are a few levels away from your allocated car park and require a climb up/down many sets of stairs, so it’s worth checking if you have any access or mobility issues, otherwise I cannot fault our stay here.

From the minute we arrived, we loved the place! The reception staff are great - helpful, accommodating and knowledgeable. The apartment was perfect for 4 adults - 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. We used the outdoor patio for meals and enjoyed the spacious living area. The kitchen had everything we could need and the location is fantastic!!! We stayed over Christmas and couldn't have been happier!

The beds were very comfortable. The bathrooms were modern, spacious and clean.The kitchen was well appointed and a bonus was the dishwasher with 2 draws for smaller loads. The view was very relaxing to look at over breakfast and the proximity to the Botanical Gardens for morning walks and the city centre for meals was excellent.

I appreciate that little can be done about it however to park a car in the underground car park was a particularly tight squeeze, especially in the dark or when many other cars were in there.

Location was perfect, no big hill to walk up. Loved the balcony and the lounge space too, perfect for our group. The showers have great pressure. One toilet didn’t flush properly but it was fixed within the day we called about it :)

The smoke alarm would go off randomly and no extract fan in the bathroom so the steam would build up and set off the smoke alarm too. This was very frustrating. Also better signage to find the place would be helpful, didn’t know how to get to the accom once we’d parked the car! Also not enough toilet paper was provided and reception made us go get more which was a hassle.

The unit was very clean and well equiped. It was very modern and the heating worked well. It was very quiet and an easy walk to the gardens, waterfront and restaurants.

The instructions for the parking area were a bit hard to follow. Also we weren’t told that the unit numbers were behind the units.
