We chose a lake view room and it was a good decision. It's an amazing view! The room was large and the bed very comfortable. The property is a short walk from the centre of town so v well located. There is secure on site parking for a small daily fee.. a real benefit in busy Queenstown. The staff are really lovely people. Helpful and kind. We ate at the restaurant once and the food was good. There is a guest laundry .. helpful if you are making a longer road trip.

The facility isn't air conditioned. It was only an issue for one summer night for us but a fan was available and made the room temp perfectly ok. It cools down considerably at night in Queenstown.

The lake view of the room was fantastic. The location of the hotel is also very convenient, it's a short walk to the shopping area across the park, and a minute walk from the bus stop that coaches pick up for day tours as well as all the public transport. The room is of decent size.

The facilities inside the room (eg kettle, hair dryer, shower) were on the older end, though all functional. The bed seems to been quite worn out as it sank deep. The bathroom floor mat wasn't clean when we got in and housekeeping didn't swap it even when we left it on the floor, but it wasn't a big deal so we didn't request to have it changed explicitly.

The view from the bedroom and balcony....just WOW! Even the layout of the suite.... I wish I had something like that for my own home! Very close to the Queenstown Gardens and shopping areas. If ever we get a chance to come here again, I will want to book the exact same room!!!

I suppose parking space is premium in certain places and not wanting to have the rental car damaged or stolen at night (parking in the side streets), we had to pay $15 a night for secure parking. Wishful thinking but buffet breakfast should be included, not having to pay extra for it. I'm a pig when it comes to food. Oink oink....

Located just a short walking distance from most main Queenstown attractions and facilities. Room was quite large and had an excellent scenic view of the lake and mountains. Easy entry and exit to the block I was staying in via a secure side entrance. Breakfast began early at 6am.

Even if they are standard practice, the credit/debit card surcharges were unwelcome as was the thirty dollar charge for each breakfast...a significant financial blow on top of already considerable nightly room rates. My section of the hotel had no elevator access unless I climbed some stairs, including with heavy luggage when I checked out.

Fantastic view, comfortable warm beds and handy location to walk into town. Rooms are a little old fashioned looking but very comfortable. A small problem was fixed immediately. We were able to store our skis in a small room by reception so that was very convenient.

The information I was given by the hotel about transport to skiing was wrong. That meant I booked unnecessary things in advance and had to go out of my way to get pickups. It turns out there was a pickup at the hotel door. Very disappointed reception didn't tell me this when I asked weeks beforehand as could have taken transport direct from the hotel. Double check the information given to you by the reception desk. Also, there is another hotel with a VERY similar name. Make sure you work out which one you are going to for uber drivers etc

The beds were comfortable, and the room and bathroom was a great size. Very good heating. Clean and tidy room with everything you expect from a hotel, close to town. Continental breakfast had a great range of options. Added bonus of free use of spa pool with stay.

The shower in our room went from hot to cold throughout having a shower. A small piece of rubbish had obviously been missed and was underneath the bed on arrival. The lake front view wasn't the view that wasn't Lake Wakatipu, which we expected from the photos we had seen, but it was still a really lovely lake view.

The beds are very comfortable and spa is good but very limited time.

The breakfast in the hotel don't have much options compare to other hotels in Queenstown. The receptionist lack good customer service, she needs to have more training on receiving guest, she never explain clearly the using of the spa, that we need to get the key in the reception so it ends up us only having 15 mins trying to open the door with our own card key. We expect the rooms that we booked are close to each other but it turns out that it is so far. We book the junior suit expecting of a great lake view at the front like in the picture but it turns out that it is not front view. I think the photo is misleading or the hotel didn't give us the right room for the price we pay.

Excellent location and staff was very helpful and accommodating. They had boiled water available for guests as water could not be drunk in this area at this time. Views were amazing and water pressure in shower was excellent.

I wish there was a gym and complimentary coffee in libby.(not instant) I also thought it was very far to get to lobby...we were in Block 1 and staying in the very last room at the end of the hallway so it was a log walk and a floor up to just exit the hotel.

The hotel was in a good location and only a 10 minute walk into the town center so we didn't need our own transport during our stay. The room was comfortable with a great view of the lake from our room - overall we enjoyed our stay.

While house keeping came in each day and made up our bed - thank you. There was no vacuuming of the floor leaving the leaves/grass in the carpet from our days outings. Also the two sinks in the room need the drains cleaned/cleared as the water fills up and takes a short while to empty.

The room had a wee balcony The staff were friendly The spa room was easy to book All round the staff were amazing and accomodationg Has a secure parking at $15 per day which took the worry out of where to park

The shower it was temperamental it changed itself from warm to either cold or scalding hot 🔥 The menu for the restaurant could do with an upgrade and Maybe some simpler options to keep patrons to eating in the hotel
