Excellent location just steps from the cable car and the main streets. Beautifully decorated and comfortable and the free happy hour and minibar was such a nice touch. The staff was super accommodating with allowing us to leave our car onsite and letting us check in early.

It’s definitely not the most economical option in Queenstown, although we were happy to pay for a more luxurious experience. There are only 4 parking spaces on property so while we were lucky to grab one for our entire stay, had we not (they are first come first served), it would have added a lot of extra cost to park in a paid lot for several days.

This hotel is so quirky and beautifully furnished. The staff was so lovely and made sure all of our needs were met. Our stay felt like being at home, all the modern conveniences at your fingertips, a lovely breakfast room, secure building, gorgeous views from our balcony and a comfortable lounge to relax in after a busy day. The location is unbeatable. We really loved our stay here. We were in room 5

No room to store our luggage, the room was very small and so our suitcases were on the floor near the bed which made moving around a little awkward.

We absolutely loved our stay, and we are even considering coming again. The gorgeous boutique decor of the rooms, fantastic hot tub, beds were comfy, great air con/ heating, and the staff were super friendly and welcoming. There were lots of tiny details that exceeded our expectations, such as the free drinks and snacks in the lounge area, happy hour, the chess set in the lounge and tea cups in the rooms made it feel like the owner takes a lot of pride in everything they do. It's also in the middle of the town so only a minute walk to all the shops and restaurants. We thought it was great value for money for the price. Thanks for such a great experience!

Great location, very comfortable hotel. Lounge area, with a happy hour from 5 to 6pm., so we got to meet and chat with other guests - great idea. The Bespoke Kitchen is next door, so if you need something more than the hotel's continental breakfast, you just pop across the road. Lovely hotel to stay in, we left to stay in Glenorchy for 2 days, and the hotel stored our big cases til we returned for another night. Perfect service.

Tastefully designed and appointed small hotel in a fantastic location-- just steps away from the CBD yet up on a hill away from the noise. Loved the eclectic interiors and the comfy lounge area, especially. A complementary happy hour happens each night at 5pm for guests... great way to start a lovely evening out on the town. LOTS of dining options, shopping and things to do right nearby; we loved dining at Bespoke Kitchen (half a block away) for breakfast/brunch, and even enjoyed one afternoon bowling at Kingpin, just a block or so away. Staff is kind and friendly, and the property is well-maintained. Will definitely return!

Great room with a view and spotless bathroom. Hotel was extremely cosy with a great happy hour - wine, beer and snacks every evening between 5-6pm. A boutique hotel with a great vibe and location. The staff were very friendly too which made for a perfect 5 days - wouldn’t stay anywhere else in Queenstown!

Perhaps more of a variety for the continental breakfast. For the 5 days we stayed there was no variation (same cereals/jams/pastries) however in saying that was still a great breakfast! Not a major issue at all!

The Dairy is highly recommended. Extremely comfortable with lovely touches- the daily happy hour is a must. Actually nice opportunity to meet other guests (if you feel like being sociable). Super friendly and helpful staff. No issue with leaving our bags at the end of our stay while we did the Routeburn Track. Location is fantastic - short walk to everything.

Nothing major- there is as scaffolding up with some works going on but it didn’t impact our stay at all.

Service was outstanding! Went above and beyond! Unfortunately our flight got cancelled so didn’t end up arriving til late in the evening but family were able to check in on our behalf. Staff left a lovely note and a bottle of wine as a birthday gift… such a nice surprise! Oh and a late checkout, so we got to enjoy the facilities for longer.. Decor is funky, modern and unique.. love the shared lounge area with open fire and gorgeous velvet couches… perfect for winter in QT! Short work to town too which is great.

The staff are fantastic (shout out to Sacha) and the hotel has a comfortable, homely yet luxurious feel. The location is nothing short of ideal - close enough to all the action (half way between the water front and Skyline Gondola), yet still quiet and relaxing. My wife and I spent the flight home looking at availability and options for our return!

everything was great - although I was a little concerned for whomever might have a room below as the bathroom floor is very creaky! (but it added to the atmosphere)

The location was excellent, easy walk to city centre. Staff were excellent & even though I arrived at around 11am my room was ready in just 15minutes. Decor is very cool, view amazing and windows that open!

It is a shame there is no balcony to sit on and enjoy the amazing view. It would have been nice if I had been informed about the road closures and construction/repairs that were going on around the hotel before I arrived.
