My partner and I recently spent five nights at Hulbert House, and we cannot praise it highly enough. From the moment we arrived, the service and hospitality were outstanding. The attention to detail was impeccable, with every aspect of our stay thoughtfully curated. The staff were super friendly and made us feel truly welcome. The rooms are stunning, beautiful finishings, we had a tour of the other rooms and every single room was gorgeous! Breakfast each morning was perfect, with a variety of delicious options, and the personal touch of offering to drive us into town whenever we needed, was much appreciated. You can tell the staff here love their jobs, they were genuinely amazing with every single attention to detail. Hulbert House didn’t just feel like a hotel; it felt like home. This was honestly the best hotel experience we've ever had, and we can’t wait to return.

This is a sublime boutique BnB. Really exceptional. It's the kind of small hotel I am always looking for and rarely find. First, the location is perfect, you can walk to everything in Queenstown. There is ample parking. Next, there is the decor. It is absolutely stunning. Vibrant, quirky, lush. Then there is the pampering. The staff turn into friends immediately, and they will do everything in their power to make your stay memorable and perfect. Breakfast is divine, but there are also treats in the midday, followed by wine and canapés after 5. Also, I'm celiac and they went above and beyond to ensure I had my own gluten free treats, they even bought a new toaster just for me to prevent cross contamination! I can't applaud them enough, we stayed 4 nights and my wife just about cried when we left. This is true luxury.

Would have liked to stay longer!!!!!

The first impression was of outstanding hospitality from Jay and Jade and Charley. We arrived late - in the rain - a bit worn out, but they took care of everything,. They changed our booking with th restaurant; parked the car so that we could go straight into town for dinner and all with super warm smiles. They are very lovely hosts (thanks guys). The villa itself is decorated in an amazingly flamboyant style. It's fantastically comfortable - we slept very soundly. Superbly well located just a short walk from the centre of Queenstown. Breakfasts are great. Absolutely super place.

The place is so beautiful with a team of excellent people. The decoration of the property has demonstrated very good taste, the breakfast, pre-dinner canapes and refreshments, chocolate brownies and slices are too good. The room services pay extra attention to details. The location is perfect with a short walking distance to the town.

Hulbert house is an indulgent escape. From the beautifully presented rooms with every comfort to the attentive staff enquiring to our every need we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The breakfast selections were delicious and complimentary canapés of an evening a real treat. The exceptional service from all staff makes this property a gem we hope to return to.

Great spot, beautifully renovated, amazing views/gardens and lovely helpful staff who were always around if needed but not at all in your face. The property is perfectly maintained and the renovation was respectful to the age of the home whilst adding so much fun and character. Easy walk to town & the hill on the way back up makes you enjoy the evening canapés and drinkies just that little bit more. Breakfast was amazing also!

Excellent breakfast and pre dinner snacks. Lovely to have pre dinner drinks by the fire. Very attentive and kind staff. Lovely large room with comfy bed.

A little difficult to access given the road works - but this is not the fault of the property.

The house was just gorgeous and managers were outstanding They were so welcoming, courteous and helpful We felt so at home, but so spoilt There were so many little things that were all so special and perfect A magnificent place to enjoy the beauty of Queenstown We will.be coming back again as soon as we can

Second time we have stayed. Nothing really not to love, the actual property, house, the views, the staff, the canapes/drinks by the fire, the convenient position, all fab.

There is construction at the bottom of the street so it makes the walk to town a touch more challenging but it didn’t worry us.

Everything was perfect there. The decoration, the staff, and the room were extremely comfortable. Oh of course and the view from the room was divine. Walking distance from the city center really helped a lot as well.

I really love everything. I wish I could stayed longer. I will comeback for sure.
