I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Park Boutique Hotel in Queenstown, and it was an experience that truly exceeded my expectations. From the moment I stepped in, I was greeted with warmth and professionalism by the staff, setting the tone for a wonderful stay. The room was a highlight, offering not only cleanliness but also spaciousness, and it was serviced daily to maintain its pristine condition. An added luxury was the complimentary drinks and canapés provided every evening between 6 and 7 pm, a perfect way to unwind after a day of exploring. The breakfast at the hotel was nothing short of excellent. The menu card offered a variety of delicious options, and the unlimited access to teas, coffee, pastries, and cereals meant that every morning started on a delightful note. The convenience of being just a 3-minute walk from the town center also added to the charm of this hotel, making it easy to explore the beautiful surroundings of Queenstown. What truly sets the Park Boutique Hotel apart is its staff. From the reception to the kitchen staff, the cleaning crew, and everyone in between, each member was warm, friendly, and incredibly helpful. Their attention to detail and willingness to go above and beyond was evident, especially on the last day of my stay. Knowing I had to leave by 7 am, the kitchen staff thoughtfully prepared a boxed breakfast for me to take away. I wholeheartedly recommend the Park Boutique Hotel to anyone visiting Queenstown. Whether it's the impeccable service, the comfortable and clean accommodations, or the excellent amenities, this hotel ensures a memorable and enjoyable stay.

I liked the location which was within easy walking distance to the town. The evening canapes and wine served around the fire allowed guests to mingle and chat in a pleasant and relaxed way. The duty managers were very professional and friendly and made guests feel welcome.
Great hotel but could have a more inviting breakfast area. It felt a little bit like a cafeteria and not quite 5 star although the food was very delicious and the breakfast staff very attentive.

So glad we stayed here! Our room was huge (king suite), bed was super comfortable, facilities were amazing and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The daily canopes were nice touch and the included breakfast options were great. Location is perfect, walking distance from all the main areas, restaurants, shops, tour operators. Hope to stay here again!
The only downside is that there's not enough in-house parking if all rooms are booked, but on street parking is available. But it's honestly hard to find a negative about this hotel.

Great location- short walk to town but away from the crowds. Drinks and canapés every evening at 6pm which gave us a chance to meet other guests was a nice touch. We borrowed the hotel e-bikes which was a great bonus. But best of all were the staff who went over and above to help us. A special thanks to Diego.
The Gondola rooms were a little noisy and the floor in our room needed a little TLC but nothing to spoil our trip.

Such an incredible experience from the start of the trip to the finish. My family & I's stay at the Queenstown Park Boutique Hotel has to have been one of the best experiences we've had at a hotel anywhere in the world. Everybody at the hotel were so friendly, and did everything in their power to make our time in Queenstown the best it could be. Katrina & Ken took so much time to make this place feel like home for us, and went out of their way to go above and beyond what was expected (especially driving my grandma into town throughout the trip). The facilities are fantastic, the views are gorgeous, being right in town is so convenient and the breakfast and canapes are great. Can't fault anything about the hotel Thank you so much, and I know I won't be staying anywhere else but here next time I come to Queenstown.

We loved the breakfast, it was excellent. There was a continental buffet breakfast with delicious pastries and a la carte menù to choose hot options from. Every evening, aperitifs and Hors d’oeuvres were served in the lounge area. Each night, the selections varied and were all most delicious. The rooms were large and very comfortable and the staff outstanding and super friendly. We also made use of the free mountain bikes to ride around the lake. The bikes were great. Loved our stay at the Boutique Hotel.

Diego and his team were amazing hosts. The rooms were spectacular, and the view exceptional, we stayed in the rooms with a Remarkables view. My nephew was impressed by the music playlist in the lounge/breakfast room, we both loved the breakfast (best poached eggs/eggs benedict ever) and try the fresh yogurt w/chia. I loved the fine sheets and the deliciously comfortable bedding. Fine toiletries, free bikes and staff always ready to accommodate. Very luxurious end to our New Zealand adventure, which was mostly spent in Airbnb's while driving a rented car through the countryside.
Just a note to inbound guests - decent restaurant bookings in Queenstown are extremely difficult, even a day or two in advance. Book your restaurants before you leave for vacation to avoid disappointment. Call Diego in advance, or his team and I'm sure they would help with suggestions, if you don't - well good luck, it's not easy if you are looking for bookings in real time, it's surprisingly difficult to find an open table in Queenstown.

Staff were fantastic, breakfast lovely and the canapes & drinks every night were both fantastic and a wonderful opportunity to meet fellow guests from around the world. It has a perfect location being about 500 metres from one of the main shopping/entertainment streets. The room was beautiful with a very comfortable bed.
The most expensive rooms do not have elevator access but are reached via a steep narrow stairway making it very difficult to take luggage up or down. And as 5 star hotel it has the cheapest, nastiest toilet paper?

The staff at the hotel were brilliant and did their utmost to make our stay one to remember. Breakfast was excellent and the choice varied and of a high quality. Added to this we had wine and canapes each evening for an hour and this allowed us to meet and chat to other guests as well as gain more information about Queenstown. The hotel was within 10 minutes easy walk of the centre of town and many of the attractions and shops. The hotel had free underground parking with a lift to the reception area.
A very minor issue was that the rooms on the upper floor had no lift. But staff did help us move our bags up there when we arrived.

This hotel is in a great location easy walking to the centre of town. But far enough away to be nice and quiet. What makes this hotel stand apart is the Manager, Diego. He is exceptional - going above and beyond with his service. He went to a lot of trouble to try and get dinner bookings (it was busy), he had many suggestions for things to do. He was always extremely helpful. Being a local climber he is very knowledgeable about local environmental concerns and happy to engage with us about this. The hotel also provides an excellent breakfast which was freshly cooked.
Nothing could have been better. The hotel is perfect.
