Very good location and near the subway station. Take a " day pass " for EUR 6,80 wich is valid for 24 hrs and you can use it for the train and bus rides. The Praca do Comercio is at a slow 15 min walk to the right. It s near the river Tagus and from there you can walk up to the old (higher) part of Lisbon and visit the castle of Sao Jorge and on your way to the castle pass the church. Have a stroll through Alfama. If you do the tram ride look for a station where not too many tourists board. A que is almost inevitable. I took the 28 and got to see the best part of the city. If you go to Belem (on the banks of the river Tagus) you will find the tower of Belem and the Jeronimos Monastry. Even if booking the ticket online the que was enormous and I had to wait for more then an hour to get inside. To visit the grave of Vasco da Gama you have to enter the church and that requires another ticket. The tour through the monastry was done in less then 30 min and therefor a bit disappointing. The tower of Belem is nice and on the right side there is a very very good restaurant Feitoria ! It s a Michelin star awarded restaurant and very expensive but worth to try ! Very good menu but again " not cheap " so skip this if it not fits your budget. Worth mentioning though ! The boat ride on the Tagus was nice and it brings you from Belem to the Praca do Comercio and back sailing on the other side where the sanctuary of Christ is. Do the boat ride if you are sure you will have nice weather. Near the hotel are some good resto s and they are not so expensive. Opposite the entrance of the hotel is a good place to have a beer and some good bites. Around the corner (right) is a good place for a good sandwich and a drink for less then EUR 8. Took an Uber taxi from the airport to the hotel for EUR 8. Hotel is excellent and it gives you what is promise you. I had a single room (single bed, where can you find that) and although it is a small room it is comfortable.

Nothing ! I ran out of space so just will add that the breakfast was great with boiling hot eggs and fresh fruits.

The location of the hotel is central and perfect for getting around and travelling out of Lisbon by bus, metro/tube and train. It is also a great location for sightseeing and shopping. The squares are conveniently located nearby to join free walking tours. I would recommend the Alfama - old town tour. The single room was small, but it did not bother me as I was there to explore the city. More important to me was that it (the room) was clean, and continental breakfasts perfectly fine to start the day on. Katty and Andreea were very professional, friendly and helpful. I will stay there again.

What was missing was a kettle, tea/coffee and cup in the room.

Excellent location but quite pricey. Extremely basic in terms of services - no fridge in the room, tiny rooms. Essentially you are paying for the location. If you’re just planning to spend one or two nights and most of the at time outside then it works well.

Could have used a small fridge or at least machines providing cold water. Rooms were tiny and there’s no way to turn off the green lights in the windows that stay on all night.

Small hotel in the great location, just next to metro, a bit on the side of most turistic streets. Small rooms, but to my taste super well equipped, finally quite a lot of storage. Also shower and separate toilet with sink helps to navigate is small space and get ready😂 Breakfast is nice, a lot of choice. Some products are basic, but you can find a lot of options, sweet and salty, lots of fruits.

Just one coffee machine at breakfast - sometimes gets bit bisy. Down the hotel there is a restaurant, it can be quite noisy in the night. You have wooden shades to cut noise and ac in the room. But if you like to sleep with a window open, it can be challenging.

We were really pleasantly surprised by this hotel. The rooms were on the smaller side, but cozy and clean. The staff was kind and helpful. One of the receptionists gave us a few restaurant recommendations in the area, and each one we tried was stellar! You also cannot beat the location - in the center of the city, you can walk to pretty much anything. It was also surprisingly quiet for how centrally located it was.

There was nothing we didn't like that could be controlled. The 2 main things I would flag for people to know are 1. Because of the location, you're sort of close to where trash pickup happens, and when they came to get all the glass during our stay, it was quite loud. 2. The entrance is on a sort of side street that cars can't really go down, so expect to walk down a sloped, cobblestone street in order to access the hotel, rather than having a car drop you off right out front. Like I said, these are totally out of the hotel's control, but helpful to know!

The location is excellent. The rooms were very space efficient, and suitable for a visit where you don't spend much time in the room.

The visit ended on a sour note as other people had put their breakfast tab on our room number. We didn't have to pay for it in the end, but the attitude from the checkout staff about it was not great. There is a building quite close on the other side of the street with clear visibility in through the room windows, but the room have solid shutters on the inside to hinder this and reduce noise from the street below.

The staff were excellent esp Ketty, Beatrice, and Favio. Great location near good areas to walk plus all the sidewalk cafes. We didn't have breakfasts. The high point and where we spend a lot of time was the deck outside our room, 116. Made a huge difference that we could be outside but still in the hotel.

As many have said already, we really missed the lack of a fridge as we often take doggie bags from dinner. Had to have them put in the hotel, or maybe the staff, fridge. That's the only negative comment we'd make.

Very comfortable, modern and clean hotel a couple blocks from Rossio Metro and train stations. Easy access to all parts of the city, the airport and beyond. Nicely updated rooms and facilities with a trendy vibe. Crisp linens, fluffy towels, lots of hot water, great views. Very nice buffet breakfast, fresh and delicious. Staff are AMAZING. Everyone is friendly and kind. We got excellent recommendations for great meals away from the hustle of the hustlers, plus suggestions for places to visit during our three days in Lisboa. I definitely recommend, and would stay here again.

Thé location is terrific and we enjoyed the breakfast. The staff were very responsive to our needs, especially the manager and front desk. After having a sleepless night due to street noise we’re we provided a quieter room. It made all the difference in our stay as first time visitors to Lisboa.

I found the amount of exterior light in the room excessive, making sleep difficult. This could be easily remedied by the use of lined, blackout drapes. There was also a green neon light in the window which only had an automatic turned off after midnight. This was a problem given that we had an early morning flight.

The hotel was located a short distance from the 744 bus stop and Metro stop, allowing me to take public transport from the airport. The staff were wonderful and most helpful throughout my stay. The check-in and check-out process was prompt and efficient. As I arrived early, the hotel offered their storage services and introduced other facilities at the lobby floor I could use. The room was clean, comfortable and private, promoting an eco friendly environment. The continental breakfast catered for different dietary options. To catch an early morning flight, the hotel arranged for an airport transfer so I could safely arrive at the airport in the wee morning hours.

None. It was a perfect stay! And my heartfelt thanks to the staff for making it a memorable trip.
