The hotel is in a lovely area on a square with many restaurants very nearby. Plenty of fresh produce for breakfast and our dinner was excellent.

The hotel advertises complimentary airport pick up with stays over 3 nights, but it wasn’t available for us either way. The water did not drain properly in the shower, and as a consequence I did not notice that it had leaked into the bathroom and onto the carpet in the room. Reported to reception twice as nothing was done to improve the situation on the first occasion. There appeared to be a plethora of power points, however quite a few did not work, meaning we had to scramble about on the floor to plug in the hairdryer. Would have been happier if the towels were not changed everyday as it seemed wasteful. When we left we were not asked if we had enjoyed our stay, merely asked to pay the tourist tax.

Great location in front of the carmo convent with its nice plaza ,places to have a drink or a snack under the trees. Quiet but still in the middle of the old town, steps away from great Restaurants and stores.

Everything about this hotel is good - the location, the accomodation, the reception service, the quality of the breakfast, the speed of the wi-fi. The girls at the reception desk were very polite and helpful.

We loved our stay at the Lisboa Carmo Hotel. We were greeted upon arrival by David, at the front desk. He was extremely friendly, told us all about the city and places to visit and eat and even gave us a complimentary glass of Port wine when he found out our waitress at the restaurant misunderstood us and served us something different. The room was very nice and the bed was very comfortable. The location was excellent. We were walking distance to the train station, the elevator de Santa Justa, the beautiful view spot, Miradouro de São Pedro de Alcântara and many more sights. The breakfast in the morning was excellent. We would definitely stay here again.

The best thing about this hotel is the staff, the front desk staff are amazing and very helpful, . I have forgotten my card and they went extra mile to help with the shipping process to another country. amazing staff really! the location is also amazing, very central and walking distance to everything, very near to the train station, nice bars, walking distance to the main high street for shopping

The door knobs of the bathroom were not working and I was locked in the bathroom, I had to call the front desk to get me out of the bathroom after I tried to open for 15 mins, so if you're claustrophobic be careful and don't close the door. Also the carpet is old and abit dirty and there's some mold in the toilet

Good location on the corner of a popular square with restaurants and some street entertainment. The staff were all exceptionally helpful and courteous. Even after a small issue when their car was unable to meet us at the airport as planned, due to puncture, they went out of their way to make it up to us. Thankyou all. Some really excellent restaurants within east reach. Two minute walk takes you to the TOP of the Elevador de Santa Justa across a bridge to some stunning views of the city.

No lounge area to relax, other than the restaurant area. But hey, you can’t have it all.

Fantastic location . The room size was good , comfortable quality bedding . Great insulation on windows and very quiet inside the room . The breakfast at the hotel is very nice and the staff are very friendly and helpful special reach out to Giselle who was so helpful

Hotel is getting tired and needs maintenance, our room had stains on the carpet ( which I was told were coffee stains) and the toilet seat needed some adjustment. I reported the toilet seat and it was attended to .

Loved the beautiful room(402) and the location. It was perfect away from the crazy busy squares. The window opened up to the small square and you could hear music. The view was excellent with the Castle and the Tagus river. Loved it. It was very very close to Rossio station which made it easy to get places around the area. The staff was amazing and very very helpful.

My feedback is the Rug in the room is gross and looks dingy. needs to be removed or replaced with a nicer color.
