Spacious room , with good bathroom facilities. Great view from balcony. Rooftop pool incredible! Staff very friendly and helpful. Loved reception area with the shops.

Unfortunately there was construction beneath our room so it was very noisy. We could move but the room would have been much smaller with no bath (which was needed with a baby). Room had basic decor, which didn’t feel expensive. we had our young baby and therefore weren’t allowed in the rooftop restaurant as only over 9 years. Bar/lounge was always fully booked , didn’t offer any tables for a spontaneous drink which was disappointing given we were staying as guests.

An Iconic hotel that says it all from the outside alone. if you are excited about modern architecture then you have to stay here. Expensive? yes it maybe but the views from the rooms and the roof terrace pool is exceptional. Treat yourself like I did. It was my birthday treat and I stayed for two nights.

I found the hotel to be Soulless although stunning. It lacked the atmosphere of a classy hotel considering it’s one of the most expensive in Singapore. The communal spaces were so large and there wasn’t one area that I found that was intimate and quiet. The pool area was probably the best for that. The other bars were loud and dare I say touristy with music and partying being the important thing. Breakfast was on the very expensive side of over 60 SGD after taxes. Yes the content was enormous but not if you just fancy a coffe and a danish. The hotel lacks that touch of class.

the hotel is an "icon of the city", great location, very good air conditioning and soundproofing of the room, attractive view from the window, very good Wi-Fi ,swimming in the pool - necessary ; )

when booking a room, the hotel does not inform about the need to pay a deposit !!! the refund of the money paid (debit card) is to take place after a period of up to ... three weeks !!! in this class of hotel this practice is unacceptable, it significantly lowers the rating of the facility !!!

No where to spend less than $55USD per person for breakfast. No possibility of sitting at one of their breakfast places and just getting a coffee. Extremely overpriced food options and nothing within 12 blocks to go out other than Lau Pa Sat Hawker.

It really exceeded my expectations. - We stayed at tower 3 11th floor with garden view. Room is awesome . Comfy beds, big TV screen, great view from the Gardens by the bay. You will have a private light show of the gardens in your balcony everyday at 19:45. - Pool: Book the pool in advance. You will have 1:15min at the pool per day. And ...yes ... it is amazing. From time to time you get a I personally liked the bigger pool (the one in the middle) for swim and take some pano pics. Although, the smaller ones is less crowded, if you prefer. From time to time the staff will serve free drinks and ice creams. In case of lightning you will be asked to leave the pool for safety reasons. - Staff: super friendly and polite. - Check in: Book yours in advance (online). They will be waiting for you at the correct time and in matter of minutes you are all set. - Check out: complete hassle free. if you have no outstanding debts, you just drop your key in the auto check out and done! - We had also the breakfast buffet at level 1. Great service and good variety of food. - You can also visit the Observatory deck for free. Great view of the city. ask for info at Tower 3 entrance. - Overall...yes it is expensive but it's worth it. It was a great experience. Hope you enjoy! Cheers

We originally booked two king suites for our family of six. We were surprisingly up graded, free of charge to the presidential suite! The staff were absolutely amazing, the bedrooms were stunning, both rooms with breath taking taking views, the suite was immaculately clean and modern. The free complimentary breakfast, canopies and drinks, butler, limousine service and the beautiful ininfinity pool were the icing on the cake to our 2.5 week family holiday of travelling around south East Asia. The staff go above and beyond to cater to your needs. Absolutely amazing customer service. Thank you Katherine and to all the staff at Marina Bay Sands who made our holiday feel like a dream!

The check-in process was easy and Staff were extremely friendly and accommodating to our questions. The room we stayed in on the 14th floor had a magnificent view of the Gardens by the Bay. The view of the light show at night from our balcony was fantastic. The mini bar (of water and snacks) was replenished daily. No alcohol in mini-bar. The modernized room was fantastic, electronic tech for lights, doors and curtains, super large TV screen with a good selection of international channels. The room had double glazed doors to cut out the traffic noise and Singapore heat and the room set up was a eco-friendly system. Now lets talk about the infinite pool .... wow. The view is breath taking, three pools on the upper floor with fantastic views across the bay into Singapore. And at night with the city lit up with its red, green & purple lighting the views are spectacular. The pool attendants are very safety conscience and if the is a thunder storm (with lightening) the pool will be closed until it passes. There are Bars and a restaurant up on the same floor as the infinite pool and several eating areas on the ground floor. Across the road is the Marina Bay shopping precinct and that can be accessed via a under ground walk way, lined with shops. So no need to go into the Singapore heat to go to the shops. The precinct has several floors of shops consisting of a Bakery to pizza to restaurants to high end handbags and diamonds. Extremely large food court up one end of the precinct. Access to the Bay at the other. On the other side of the Hotel you can access the underground MRT and a hidden 7/11 store. You can also directly access the Garden by the Bay, via a walkway from the Hotel. There is a Casino on site and has 3 check points to access and 3 check points to leave.

Struggling to think of something that we found we didn't like. Its a small issue, but as the Elevators within the building are in constant use the lower panels are showing some wear and this does not fit with the high end presentation of the hotel.

The staff were fantastic and gave us a completely upgrade to a king premium room with garden view. Garden view is better than city view as you get a balcony. The premium room was absolutely amazing with the most fantastic tech even opening your curtains as you open the door make sure you ask for the newly renovated rooms. The view was fantastic and the pool. You can get a completely code to join where you get 10% off all food and drinks, surprisingly the pool roof bar drinks and snacks was not that expensive about £17 for a cocktail you can even order them by scanning code on your sun lounger, we went for dinner on the roof as well which was very nice definitely book evening meal in advance.

Absolutely nothing this place is amazing we only stayed one night but it’s fantastic and a bucket list moment!

Good pool facilities at the top floor, nice views from gardens facing room, rooms were clean and had a full minibar (but no alcohol!), bathroom was also quite premium. Staff were very friendly and helped us with our bags as soon as we arrived. The gym was very good, friendly staff, free fruit and towels, plenty of equipment.

Be warned that it is not just the hotel that is expensive, but all the nearby restaurants and shops too. Navigating around the complex can also be difficult, the gym is located in an entirely different building which you need to walk 15 minutes through a shopping centre to reach. The lifts can also take a while when it gets busy.
