The location of the hotel is exceptional. The view of the Harbour in the morning is just breathtaking. The staff is super friendly and go an extra mile to assist you. There was power cut today in the area. One of the staff members literally walked with me to other laundromats just so I could get assistance in ironing my dress.

To the staff members thank you ever so much and please do keep up the team work 💙 I enjoyed speaking to a few members the cleaning ladies are so polite Riviera Hotel has a very safe parking faculty the places are close by to go out and view I absolutely loved the atmosphere of the hotel and at reception youl be assisted to the best of your ability you guys go out of your way for guest in explaining everything that you ask

I loved everything because at the end of the day if there was something I did not like I wouldn't as the place is affordable and during this peak time getting a place at such an incredible price affordable and comfortable to stay in never gave me a reason to complain as every stuff member human we all need jobs and we all have families to feed so before I complain il take that into consideration first

Rooms were clean, sheets and the bathroom,breakfast was always on time

Very pleasant check-in front desk was very helpful. The room was clean, and the bed was very comfortable. The view from the room was absolutely amazing, and the hotel is situated close to the beach front. Large array of Mr delivery options available which is needed for the self catering aspect of it all. Great room just for a nice getaway.

I have no complaints. The place was good value, especially for the amount of money charged.

During our stay, there was a staff member that insisted and tried to sell us some sort of Indian traditional medicine. He insisted on giving us a discount if we pay right away. We later found out he is the manager and has been able to get money from other guests in the past, and the traditional medicine does not exist. Other than that, our stay was great.

Cleanliness of the bedroom and the bathroom, no odors, clean towels daily, no cockroaches, the rooms are satiesfying. As a business traveller I only needed a clean room, not breakfast or anything else. For the money I paid for 3 days it was worth my stay. SAFE & CLEAN. 🥰 Staff is amazing the gentlemen that checked me is forever smiling and friendly. His smile assured me i am in a safe and clean place. He requested R50 deposit for key per procedure and explained it will be returned. Check out was a hustle free, he ran quickly to check the room and returned to give me my deposit back. I did not get the gentleman's name but he is outstanding. Thank u for the comfort and to all your friendly staff i saw during the day - Keep up the good job. They make that front dest the real friendly Reviera Hotel. The Housekeeping Team - Super friendly mamas. Thank u for keeping those comfortable beds clean, toilets and showers spotless no odor at all, our towels and linens freshened. I looked forward to received your clean and warm towels daily. I loved the room hey. Just false advertising about picture with a kettle in the room. Well there is no kettle in the room but that was not a train smash. I would book here again if I need something affordable.

The room size was prefect, but the TV was not clear at all. I am complaining about the channels but the Tv must be clear and clear pictures. The breakfast was excellent, you get what you have ordered The rooms were cleaned everyday which is acceptable

First, when l checked inn l was issued with the parking card. Then the security asked if I was given anything in the reception and when I said I was not given he gave me ticket, upon coming out I was told that I should R5.00 for collecting the ticket and of which as much as it was small amount I refused until the security paid that from his own pocket Secondly, I was nearly scammed in the atm at the shop in the garage. The lady who works there knows theses scammers but they are allowed to walk in and out of the shop and that atm on many occasions Fortunately, I stopped my card when it was swallowed by the machine

I didn't get the time for breakfast otherwise I'd like it they opened at seven off which I wanted to be out at that time.i was going to be late if I have waited for it

There was no tea/coffee that I can make for ourselves at rooms, off which in the photo of the rooms it's available, not even an electric jug or teapot in our rooms.that was the sad part as I say we didn't get the time for breakfast because they open late in the canteen. The television was playing one channel (e)

Felt welcome on arrival, easy to book in.Breakfast was affordable,but well worth the money.The beach is near like 10 minutes away and all shops are nearby.

Great location, staff are so kind and helpful in everything. Made my stay very comfortable. The housing keeping were so helpful, the lady who did my laundry I give her a five star, thank you.
