Beds were very comfortable, the shower was very good. The coffee machine was excellent as was the coffee supplied. The location was very good easy walking distance to both the old town and the guggenheim museum.

No air conditioning in bedroom, apparently it was switched off due to time of year. The carpet in our room was threadbare in places and is in need of replacement. The was no English breakfast tea available for rooms.

My stay on the 19th was with a group and included breakfast on 20th - I found the breakfast room busy and cramped.

The location of the hotel is unbeatable. We got a room with a river view and loved sitting by the window. Most sights are within a 10-20 minute walk. Breakfast was good, and the staff we interacted with were all lovely. Our room was a good size, the shower was great and it was nice to be able to use the empty mini fridge to store our own food. Wifi was strong throughout the hotel. The AC worked perfectly, it's not on when you leave the room but it took only a couple of minutes to cool the room down.

The mattress is bad if you are sharing a bed with anyone. Every small movement causes the entire mattress to move, we did not sleep very well because of this. The pillows are also quite flat. There were a few signs of wear and tear in our room, the bathroom in particular could use a refurbishment but it didn't bother us. The soundproofing wasn't very effective either. It was fine for the first few nights but we acquired new neighbours who were not so quiet during the rest of our stay - bring ear plugs!

Very well located hotel right at the river and in walking distance to everything in Bilbao (both Guggenheim / New Town as well as Old Town), the staff was friendly, the room was spacious and comfortable and we came by car and parked in the garage - which is a bit narrow but manageable, so that was useful, even if a bit expensive (you get a small discount if a hotel guest).

As for many hotels, it was quite noisy and we could hear people next door or on the corridor. Check-in was quite slow, I think most of these details can be entered automatically or online beforehand to safe time.

We absolutely loved this hotel...the location was exceptional. By the riverfront, near the museum, Calatrava bridge, metro, downtown and the tram. Great eating places nearby. The location while near downtown, is on the mostly quiet/residential side of the river. We found delicious breakfast options nearby so we didn't eat at the hotel. To top it all, Jose Carlos in the reception desk gave us excellent recommendations on how to go by ourselves to San Sebastian on a day-trip that turned out and awesome experience. He also went over the recent history on the redevelopment of Bilbao, plus tips on where to eat and what to see. Thank you Jose Carlos!

The layout of the room, the beds and the pillows were very comfortable. The location is terrific and the attached restaurant is a great place for a drink and dessert before bed. Breakfast was very good as well. Staff was friendly.

The room didn't actually have AC. The room was stuffy and hot even when the system was "running" . We were lucky that temperature was beginning to get chilly after our first night, so we could open a window and cool off the room. We heard other guests asking about the AC and really just got the run around when we asked. I would not stay here when outside temperatures are high. It seems misleading that they describe the room as "air conditioned". We also had some weird outlets with falling out wires. There weren't outlets near the bed.

We stayed one night in Bilbao and the location of this hotel is superb for access to the Guggenheim Museum and the old town as it is just a short stroll along the river. Convenient also to the airport via Uber or public transport. The hotel does offer parking however they charge extra for this. Rooms were a good size and accommodated a third bed for our child plus space to open three suitcases comfortably which was a pleasant surprise. There is a small restaurant / bar on the premises although we did not eat there.

Absolutely nothing, the hotel was perfectly fit for purpose which was a one night stop in Bilbao.

The hotel is in a fantastic location. It is just the opposite side of the river to the Guggenheim Museum, and 10 min walk to the old town. It was the perfect location for a few days' exploring Bilbao and we walked everywhere. The reception staff were so helpful and spent time showing us all of the places to visit and eat in Bilbao on a map. It gave us a great starting point to explore the city. The room was comfortable and clean. I would recommend this hotel if you are visiting Bilbao. We did not eat in the hotel so I can't comment on food facilities.

Everything was positive!

Plenty of room, and a large bed. The bathroom was very clean and well appointed and with all facilities. We had breakfast in the hotel and this was tasty with plenty of choice. The location is perfect for visiting Bilbao, within easy walking distance of both the Old Town and the Guggenheim

The room was quite dark, with rather poor lighting. The wardrobes have peculiar handles that are rather difficult to use. One very annoying problem was that we could not charge up anythibng overnight without leaving a main light on - the light switch seemed to control the socket power

The hotel's exterior was unique and stunning, could spot it from afar. It was modern and clean inside. Staff were very polite and friendly. The room was very clean, contemporary and well furnished. The little balcony area had a STUNNING view of the river Nervion and the Zubizuri bridge with a lovely couch and footstool to sit and relax. The bathroom was modern and had shampoo and shower gel. There were his and hers sinks, and body lotion also provided which is always a nice touch! Water and glasses were provided at the hotel entrance. They added a lovely touch giving us some pastries and a note in the room to congratulate me on a special occasion. Location was great, a few minutes' walk to the hustle and bustle of the centre of town and under 5 mins walk to the tram stop. Bus stop to airport a few mins walk away. Highly recommend and I would stay here again if I returned to Bilbao.
