When you arrive the reception is very kind, welcoming and helpful with any questions you may have. There are showers and bathrooms with hairdryers if the bathroom in your room is occupied.

There should be more strict rules about making noise by the rooms and taking out laundry in the machines right when it’s done. The doors slam loudly unless you close them slowly and the staff doesn’t monitor who is doing laundry very well. All one day I wanted to sleep in and I was awoken to a male cleaning the room in my all girls dorm which made me very uncomfortable. I understand the cleaners have to come but if it is a all girls dorm it should be girl cleaners only.

Location is amazing, extremely close to the Guggenheim. The neighborhood is great and very easily accessed through public transport. The hostel staff was also great and accommodated my request to store my luggage before checking in and after checking out. The hostel was also clean and provided linens, lockers, and a kitchen. The bed was also comfortable.

Their luggage storage is a room where anyone who can enter the hostel can go inside and take your things. It didn't feel particularly safe especially when the reception is left unattended. Another thing is that when I came back to take my luggage after checking out, there was nobody at the reception so I could not enter the hostel to get my bag.

There is not enough stove in the kitchen for cooking food and curtains for beds (that is, in many hostels in the world already)

The location is very nice. The hotel and room was clean.

I stayed in a 2 person couple room. There was a TV in the room but there was no remote control. There was air conditioning but no remote control. At the time of booking, it was said that breakfast could be taken with an additional 5pound. However, when I arrived I was told that this was not possible. There is construction nearby, there was a lot of construction noise at 9 am on the date of my stay. Maybe it can open but I could not open the windows of the room.

Everything was very clean with good bedding. The room had few occupants which made for a pleasant stay. The staff were friendly and helpful. It was our first visit to Bilbao and our first visit to this type of hostel and it set the bar for the rest of our trip through northern Spain. We did return on our way back.

The waitress in the adjoining bar was less than enthusiastic but maybe she was having an off day.

10/10 even better than most hotels I’ve been. Clean and has everything you would need.

Staff did their job and did it well however their attitude seemed a little off, maybe they were tired or less interested in this part of the job. Automated machine for self check in was not working and getting help was not so straightforward.

The location and facilities are excellent! Very near Guggenheim and airport bus stop. A 15-min walk to the old part of the city. The facilities are great - comfy beds, good private bathroom. Complete kitchen facilities for guests. They have a very good restaurant for breakfast and meals, and of course pintxos! This is the 3rd time I've stayed in the Girls Only dorm. I will surely come back. I highly recommend Poshtel.

The service was very good, the staff friendly. We rented bikes via Bike rentals which were shipped to the Poshtel, although the boxes were huge, they accepted to store them for some days before our arrival. Truly bike-friendly. And we could store the bikes inside during our stay.

The room climate in our (18P) dorm was not ideal. There was no real window, only a door to access an "garden like" air shaft

Very relaxed. Fantastic that it has an eatery attached. Rachel at checkout was amazing: so friendly and accommodating with a great sense of humor. The next day, the gentlemen working at the desk was so sweet: he asked if I was cold and offered me a sweatshirt.

Just a little hard to see the numbers identifying the bed, but I really liked that There was low lighting in general and a lamp at each bunk.

Location is good. Many shops are less than 10 min walk. To Guggenheim museum max 10 min by walk. Kitchen has microwave, which also has oven mode. Enough cups and cutlery, maybe some more plates would be nice.

I had a down bed and it was not enough space to seat there (the upper bed is too low). The light and socket for usb are directly above your head so you always need to calculate the distance before stand up.
