Everything, was great. Excellent location, staff really pleasant, comfortable room and bed, great night’s sleep and I would advise you add breakfast as that was really tasty and served on the terrace overlooking the Guggenheim. One of the best stays for a while and I think really well priced for location and quality

Great location next to Guggenheim museum and walking distance from all other points of interest. Nice modern hotel, comfortable bed, tasty breakfast, nice staff. Possibility to rent bikes.

The hotel offers a superb stay in a prime location. Situated near the museum and embankment, it provides easy access to key attractions. It would be worth adding a wider selection of fresh vegetables to the breakfast menu. Near the bed there is only USB type A charger, which is not convenient if you have a USB type C cable or you want to connect your own charger.

Fantastic riverside location on the steps of the Guggenheim. Greeted by a glass.of cava in open, modern lobby with comfortable bar area. Top marks on accessibility. I was in a wheelchair and everything was easily accessible. Good restaurant where dinner came with complementary amuse bouche and lovely fresh food, cooked to order, yummy.

Great breakfast buffet except for the coffee. I think pods are fine for those that like them, but there's so many fantastic coffees out there, it would be great if they offered bean to cup artisanal coffee as well pods. The room was an odd shape, with unusual angles. Combined with an abundance of furniture, it was a bit cluttered, which was a shame. Other than the clutter the room was great, fine bed, good shower, nice bathroom accessories, well-stocked mini bar.

From the car elevator to the smooth checkin with the impressive Tanya (she had had the old guy next to me eyeing her up!) fantastic rooms with super comfortable beds, awesome bar, the general manager quite a young GM especially for such a property, has implemented some great original ideas like the help yourself candies and Prosecco at the entry. The views, cannot find better. The suggestions for local restaurants and tourist trios are perfect. Breakfast is very good and live stations are well managed. Upon checkout super friendly Tanya took care of us again. The small touch of a clean windscreen of our car was a great touch. Looking forward to coming to visit your hotel again!! Excellent location right next to the Guggenheim museum and 10 minute walk along the river to the old town and restaurants all within easy walking distance. Staff were super friendly and helpful, providing lots of information and willing to assist with any request. All staff spoke fluent English. Room was very nice and bed was comfortable with a nice bathroom. Everything was very clean. Parking was also very secure for a 25 euro fee/ per night. Breakfast was excellent with a huge selection. My only complaint of the whole stay was the time to get a cooked breakfast as there was only one chef cooking on demand so had to wait quite a long time by which time my companion had almost finished their breakfast. Coffee machines were overly complicated otherwise the food and service was great. We did not eat in the restaurant at night but had a drink at the bar. Again excellent service and a very nice atmosphere with the balcony overlooking the river so would be a nice hotel for a romantic break. We would definitely stay here again if visiting Bilbao.

The location and breakfast are THE BEST EVER IN BILBAO! Lots of options for the breakfast, you even have a chef available to prepare you eggs, omelettes etc. The view of the breakfast is insuperable in front of the river (Ria) with the museum in one side and old town in the other. You are in the middle of the old and new town and amazing restaurants and bars all around. They have a underground parking that works great although it is at first a scary adventure to have take a lift inside a car elevator. This is my 2nd time here and I lov the hotel for all mentioned plus the design of the rooms is spacious and private woth toilet and shower apart from the bathroom sink, closet, and room has a pocket door for privacy. The bed was king. Love it! Great towels and bd sheet quality also the toiletries. The food is also great this time I order room service. Great bar too.

This is my second time around and I don’t know if is something common for people from Bilbao but the receptionists at the counter both times while doing check in are dry, not welcoming and aloof. Not good. The best treatment from employees have been from the not Vascos or Spaniards. No idea why. Or the ones working in the kitchen and bar.

We have actually stayed in this hotel before so we knew what to expect and it didn't disappoint. The rooms are modern, well appointed and kept exceptionally clean. It was also particularly hot in Bilbao during our stay and I have to say that the air conditioning in our bedroom was extremely responsive and efficient. The breakfast is fairly extensive and can be taken outside on the terrace which provides for a nice start to the day. We also ate in the hotel restaurant one night during our stay and the standard of the food was exceptional. Every member of stay we encountered was polite, pleasant and very welcoming.

We like everything about this hotel and hopefully we will return.

Amazing beds! Amazing breakfast! Perfect location to explore Bilbao. We also booked parkingspace, very clear instructions for accessing before check-in. Check-in itself was smooth, staff very friendly. The room was good, sizewise a little small, but good enough. The bed was like a big fluffy cloud, we loved it. Breakfast is fantastic, anything you could want, you can have.

Only point of improvement could be the cleanliness of the showerwalls. Some places have minor mold and/or orange soap-residue.

Everything was absolutely superb about the hotel. The location is unbeatable, next to the Guggenheim Museum, with great views, walkable, but also with public transportation (the amazing tram, the bus to the airport for 3euros running every 20 minutes) is excellent and within reach. The room are equipped with everything you need, functional, comfortable. But the most wonderful and memorable aspect of our stay has to do with the staff: absolutely everybody, from a staff member assisting with parking on site to the front desk staff are top-notch: professional, attentive, helpful, always with a smile. Our special thanks and recognition go to Gontzal --he was most generous with his advice and made us feel at home. We felt most welcome and really didn't want to leave.

There is nothing we disliked. All perfect.
