Very good location. Easy to access and good communication from the staff. The room was small but comfortable. The bed was especially good for a budget hotel.

The shared bathroom was a bit old and tired and smelled strongly of bleach (which is not the worst it could have smelt of). I could hear the person in the next room when he coughed - but they did supply free earplugs, so fair’s fair. I slept very well so it wasn’t too noisy.

Great location, easy walk to everything. Balcony with street watching, earplugs provided. Very well managed and thoughtful to make it easy to self checkin and manage. Very clean, highly recommend!

A bit noisy from the street but closing the balcony doors and windows mostly takes care of it.

The property building was very nice. The room was clean, the bed was really very comfortable and the sheets was from very good fabric.

It was not up of the property but I was staying in Saturday night there and there was a lot of after party ppl passing noisily on the street under the room till 7am . The host smartly leaves ear plugs as a welcome 🙏

The archeology museum is right around the corner as well as numerous other historic sites. Many like the museum are free. I also liked the nice clean white bedding and a good elevator since I have a bad knee. I was able to rent a bike on site and really enjoyed Cadiz very much being in the historic centre.

Since you are in a good location you also get some noise from people at night time in the street. The Wi-Fi works in the room but it works better in the sitting area outside the room

I really loved this place as is new, classy, clean and convenient. I have no problem with large ckean well equipped share bathrooms. Good air con and bed I did have room number 2 which is quite larger than others with a sitting area.

There are sufficient common areas to put in a guest use Nespresso machine and share fridge. A permanent hair-dryer in each bathroom fixed to wall is a goid idea.

Very cozy apartment, located in the centre of the city. The host was very hospitable. The price-quality is unbeatable. The bathrooms were very clean and well maintained.

The sound insulation of the rooms at the street side could be more improved. Cadiz is a very lively city and the street noise penetrates the insulation.

I'm very happy I found this hotel during a last minute weekend booking. The price was fair, and even though the bathrooms were external, I actually didn't mind it so much! (And they were very clean, almost like I was the only one using it.) I was just grateful to be in a clean, safe, well-managed, and well-located hotel in beautiful Cadiz for a fair price - the most important priorities! Communication was easy, check-in was a breeze, and I loved that my room, even though it was simple, was spacious had a balcony and a lovely view! Beds were comfy as well - I didn't need the top bunk, but I didn't mind it. The staff were all wonderful - and I have to give a shout-out to the manager and the head cleaner - they were both super nice and accommodating. They even extended my luggage storage time on the day of check-out while I went to get a late lunch. The location was great as well- a short walk to everywhere in town, and right by the water, which you can get to in minutes. Thank you!

Wifi wasn't super strong on the top floor, but was useable/decent. Very fast in the common room. Wish we had access to a kitchen to at least get some water/tea, but it wasn't a deal-breaker.

An historical building reopened as pension, I very much enjoyed my 2 nights. My room was small, yet comfortable and the shared toilet/shower facilities spotlessly clean. The check-in procedure is easy to follow. The building is located inside the old city, but very close to a main thoroughfare, so easy to locate. I walked from the railway station in 15 minutes with no problem. The old city is literally outside the front door with many places to visit on foot and countless restaurants and cafes. Equally close, the walkway and bike path that now encircles the city. The owner and his team extremely friendly and helpful. They assisted me with a minor bike issue and also provided many ideas of nearby attractions. Highly recommend for the right type of guest.

There was no need to check in early as the key was placed inside a lock. The password for the door outside and the safe were given beforehand which made it easy to access at any time. Everything was clean and towels were also provided.

There is no proper kitchen and the room was super small but still comfortable.
