Gorgeous restored historical building made into a true 5-star boutique hotel . Elegant interior,comfortable beds,luxurious sheets and pillows ,designer finishes,modern bathrooms,high ceiling. Strong air con.Double -paned windows so NO outside noises. Shutters can block all outside light.Helpful and friendly staff. Fast elevators .I think the hotel opened just a month or so ago. I walked around Old Town every morning for a few hours(and then spent afternoons at the wonderful Cadiz beaches-5 minutes by taxi) and checked out several other similar hotels and this one seemed much ,much better than the others. I think the hotel has 20-30 rooms,not sure. Strong wifi.Hotel gym was ok,not great. Strength building machine would be a useful addition. Hotel seemed to attract educated,sophisticated guests.

I wish they had a restaurant for lunch and dinner(and perhaps that is planned). Breakfast was acceptable but there were so few guests the hotel , I imagine ,couldn't realistically offer the same wide variety offered by a larger hotel. I was pleased to see strawberries/blueberries/nuts/cereal/soy available for those of us who avoid meat and dairy. There was a cook to make eggs to order.The bread they offered was of a high quality but they need to upgrade the cereals to match the high quality of the hotel.

The location of this hotel is great! It is right in the center of the old town and everything is just walking distance to all sights, restaurants, and shopping area. It is very near the plaza with a famous church and underneath was the parking area which was very convenient for us. There are many great places to go around this area with good restaurants and also just sitting on the square watching people was a good way to pass the time. The hotel was perfect! Very quiet even if it's in the center, the air conditioning was just perfect, very silent. We will stay there again when we visit Cadiz in the near future.

They have breakfast buffet, like other hotels. But since people tend to get up late in Spain after having late dinners, it would have been great if they can offer a small A la Carte breakfast even with just a few choices.

The room was good. Bathroom good. Bed excellent. Breakfast was good but expensive.

Some of the service was a bit inconsistent. Rooms were advertised as having a balcony but it is just a Juliet Balcony. The hotel information gave the impression that there was a terrace but it is private for suits only. The hotel offers some complimentary items but they appear and disappear at odd times. The rooms on lower floors are noisy.

We liked everything.The reception staff couldn't have been more helpful, I think i spoke with Bea who gave us directions from underground parking to hotel, and also once there gave us information where to eat etc. Great customer service. The hotel is spotless and quiet and is in a great location. We picked a great place to celebrate our 40th wedding anniversary. We will return.

The only thing we found missing in hotel is a nice bar and perhaps a lounge area with some nice music to relax to and enjoy a few drinks before going out for the evening

The hotel is the most beautiful historic town house that has been renovated exceptionally. It is centrally located in the old town of Cadiz. My room was spacious and very comfortable with a big bed and immaculately clean. The staff I spoke to were all extremely friendly and welcoming.

It would be nice if there was a bar. There is a room that you could sit in in the evenings but it would be more atmospheric if you could get a drink there and some music was playing.

The location was very good, short way to what we wanted to do (beach, restaurant, historic buildings, shops etc.). The hotel was renovated from an old building very carefully. It has been very well done and kept the old historic atmosphare that we enjoyed. The breacfast was very good and with very good service from the staff.

Nothing important to remark. Perhaps a little trouble with the AC.

The best sleep I had all holiday. The rooms are so well sound proofed and completely backed out with THE most comfortable beds and pillows. You are right in the heart of the old town here so excellent location.

Shame you have to pay to use the spa facilities - would have liked to of used the pool but not for 25 euros.

Beautiful, clean, comfortable room, like an apartment. Top quality fittings in bathroom and amazing bed. Wonderful spa facilities and a lovely small, friendly hotel with attentive staff happy to cater for dietary allergy needs. Superb.

Would love to have the option for dinner or room service- not a complaint, just a suggestion. Otherwise we can't fault it, the hotel was spectacular!

Perfect location in the town center. However guest must be informed that you can not drive to the hotel and need to park in a parking garage somewhere.

The coffee cups in the room did not fit in the coffee-machine!!! Must be replaced by lower cups.

Stepping off the street into the palacial reception with grand staircase is awesome. The bathroom is the best ever!

Limited space at breakfast but a minor issue in light of overwhelming positives.
