The rooftop terrace and pool were great. The location in the old town was ideal and didn’t hear any noise at all from the outside other than a barking dog and we were facing onto the street. Nice decor. Secure entry with pin pad for entrance and room door. It was nice not having to carry a key or room card at all. Bed was massive. Receptionist booked us a taxi to get to the airport.

There was a slight smell of sewage in the property but nothing unbearable. The TV had no signal but that didn’t overly bother us as we wouldn’t have watched it anyway. Pillows needed to be thinner for our liking, the ones provided were far too thick for us but that’s subjective and hurt our necks.

The location is excellent and very easy. Really easy to get to. Beautiful high ceilings. Extremely modern doors and double glazed windows and dark shutters. Such a huge bed with exceptionally beautiful linen. Superb bathroom. Very big apartment with fabulous rooftop pool. Stunning foyer and original decor. Exceptionally helpful multilingual staff. Couldn’t rate this property highly. Excellent value and a beautiful place to stay in Cadiz.

It was all so very well run, clean and perfect. There was a slight glitch with one of the digital door locks but quickly and happily sorted out. It really is a superb apartment with fantastic facilities.

We stayed in a two bedroom apartment which was very modern, clean and well maintained. There were individually controlled aircon units upstairs and downstairs which worked really well. The hotel is right in the heart of the old town and walking distance to everything. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The rooftop pool area is a great addition and a rarity in this old part of the town

The hotel is hard to get to if you're driving. It's even harder when there are roadworks blocking the only way in through the very narrow streets. Save yourself the hassle and park at Parking Muelle Reina Sofía. It is only 7 minutes' walk away and only €8 per day. This is definitely not a deal breaker as you'll find you won't use your car much anyway and the ease of access to the carpark makes more sense for when you do

The location is excellent. It was very easy to locate from our arrival at the train station and it is in the old centre of Cadiz close to and within walking distance of everything and everywhere you would want to see. The building is very beautiful and has been very sensitively restored with excellent modern furnishings and fittings. Our apartment was exceptionally clean, spacious and very comfortable. The pool is fantastic! Wonderful views and plenty of space in the sun or shade. We really loved our stay and would highly recommend Tandem Torres Cadiz.

The reception team were easy to get in touch with a very fast at replying to emails. They provided the check in code before arrival once the damage deposit had been paid. Apartment was very clean and in a great location for exploring Cadiz. Very quiet place as well. Staff were very friendly, though were not always on site. Terrace at the top of the building is nice and the pool area looks nice. Would stay at a Tandem property again.

The day before check in, I inquired if we could drop our luggage at the property before the alloted check in time. While this was unavailable, we were able to check in early on the day since the room was ready, which helped a lot. Slight odour when the bathroom window was open, which has been mentioned in previous reviews. Pool was not cleaned while we were there - this may have been because it was off season, but since it wasn't cleaned we didn't go swimming.

Very modern and clean. Great roof top pool and solarium. Staff very friendly. All communication was clear and helpful for arrival. Great location too.

Towels were replenished regularly but beds not changed all week. Also no bin liners or washing up liquid in kitchen which is standard in other places of similar type. Little touches like this make the difference especially considering the price point. But these are minor things in otherwise very good accommodation.

Very spacious apartment in a beautiful old building. Very clean and modern

There was some problem in using the coded access to open the apartment door as it had to be done so quickly. It was kindly changed to another code so it was quicker to do but on the next afternoon the code did not work at all and it took a few phone calls waiting on the step to get it sorted out. There was no tourist information at all in the apartment which was meant a trip to the tourist information office.

My apartment was modern, comfortable and spotlessly clean. In a great location close to all the main attractions and the sea. The rooftop pool is small but it’s a lovely place to relax and enjoy the sun. Apartment was really well equipped for a few nights stay, the communal washing machine and dryer was useful. It was also helpful to have a receptionist for part of the day to ask about attractions, getting a taxi, etc. Shops and a small supermarket are close by.

Beautiful apartment in great location, very clean, big bed and comfortable. The blinds keep all the noise and sun out. Small swimming pool but enough for refreshments with great views. The cleaners very helpful helping us to open the door for first time.

Some details missing, didn't have hand soup in the containers, no channels in the TV, small mirrow in the bathroom was broken, not even a bottle of water in fridge, there was nobody in reception (only first day a girl was there for few hours, no the rest of days)

We stayed here for 10 nights in July in one of the duplex rooms (2 adults and 2 kids). We also booked an additional room for my eldest son (a studio) which was on a higher floor and was really bright with a nice layout. Apartments are in a great location, close to everything and the little rooftop pool was a huge draw for us. Perfect depth for kids - our 5 yr old learned to swim here!! :-) You could also see the cruise liners enter and leave the port from the rooftop terrace. Cadiz is a wonderful place, with real soul and thankfully not overrun with British tourists! Lovely Spanish family holiday vibes!

The layout of our duplex room was a little awkward, with very little room to manoeuvre around the sofa bed when it was out. The wooden stairs up to the mezzanine level would not be suitable for someone with reduced mobility/balance issues - no way I would have let my parents sleep up there!! I don't want to put anyone off as it worked ok for us, but something to bear in mind. I would definitely try to book a studio or 1 bed apartment next time.
