Location was fantastic. We had a room on the top floor with its own private courtyard - worth paying for, great views of the city. Staff very welcoming and helpful.

Car Parking - Hotel organizes parking at nearby carpark, unfortunately as 2 x Couples travelling in a larger Hire Car, the very rude Car Park Attendant kept saying "Grande" and would not let us park there when we pulled in. Not really the Hotel's fault - If you have a bigger car we recommend you park in the large underground public car park on the Harbour front and make the 5-minute walk on the flat service where the suitcases wheel easily to the hotel. Much less stressful and easier to find the public carpark. The Public carpark is also cheaper than the nearby carpark.

The hotel was originally a palace and it beared the features of a palace as we walked into the hotel, clean, spacious, beautifully decorated and stylish. The staff were helpful, the hotel restaurant was very nice with a nice menu, with breakfast options. The roof terrace was very nice, relaxing and a good addition. Cadiz has a huge amount of history and this hotel complimented the stay nicely, well recommended. We also had the pleasure to meet the owner of the hotel, who very welcoming herself, a well travelled lady who has a good idea about giving the tourist a nice stay experience.

Hotel staff were lovely, receptionists friendly and helpful. Had to book a family room as it was the only one on left on the website. The gift of a bottle of sparkling wine was left for us with the compliments of the hotel, was lovely surprise and very thoughtful. The rooms were very clean. We had a juliette balcony with windows round, so opened the doors to it and people watched.

One of the panes to the windows of the juliette balcony was missing, but it was nice weather so ok.

The location was ideal and the staff all lovely. The semi-detached café restaurant was handy and served very good food. The rooftop bar was a great retreat. The room was very clean and brightly lit, with a huge, extremely comfortable bed, and the bathroom and shower were excellent. The economy room was just too small with nowhere to unpack. I’d certainly stay here again but go for a bigger room.

We had a double room with (tiny) balcony that faced the street. Great location to explore Cadiz, Old Town, beaches & Centro. Lively front desk staff & having a cafe in the lobby was great for morning coffee.

The street is noisy & lots of people (drinking) & making a lot of noise throughout the night was challenging for sleep.

Booked 2 hrs in advance, turned up to find our reservation printed out at the front desk ready for us. Had room with terrace on 4th floor, really good, very quiet. Very clean, nice firm beds, good air con, friendly staff, good shower - spacious and powerful. Location good for eating out, and easy enough to get to the main sites. Secure car park about a 5 mins walk away by the marina, €17/day.

Bathroom was large, but only shower - no bidet or bath.

Great location. Man on reception was welcoming with a glass of Cava and a bottle for the room or to take up to the rooftop terrace. Lovely Juliet balcony and great room. The bed was very comfortable and shower was modern and powerful. Everything about this boutique hotel was perfect. They had a little cafe if you wanted to eat in.

Good rooms with nice view out on the street, good spacious rooms and interior, with waterboiler and tea. We even got a glass of bubles when we arrived :) Wonderfull terasse at the roof. Nice that the hotel fixed with parking for the car very close by

Not too easy to find, but this city is very old and have narrow streets, so cannot do much with this. Small elevator perhaps, but not much bad things so starte here

It was very easy to access the hotel in the center Plus the check in and check out was very easy

It will be good to have trash bin in the room not only in the bathroom It was a little noisy from outside but it’s normal for that location so i really didn’t mind it

location was very nice in the old centre & close to where we were going for business visit (the shipyard) Cosy area, nice architecture. Staff is friendly & speaks English as well. Breakfast is sadly not included in the hotel rates but it can be consumed in the bar of the hotel at cost.

There were no windows in the room, only a small one towards the internal patio.
