Location was good, Mary on reception was excellent. Car park was only about 100 M walk away and the P-app for parking worked well and saved about 5 euros a day. facilities in the apartment were excellent. Aircon was very good and very quiet once Mary showed us how to operate it. There’s a main control in the lounge and another separate control in the bedroom. Lounge can be noisy but bedroom with door closed is very quiet. so good for sleeping. Suite no 1 was on the ground floor.

In general everything was very good BUT the Shower room (shower is big with rain water head) had quite a few black flies/insets that after removing kept returning. we put the plug in inset repellent that was in the bedroom into the shower room and after about a day it seem to do the job. Although the apartment looked very clean, the timber flooring was not, I unfortunately had no slippers and the bottom of my feet got dirty if you walk on the flooring for any length of time. There was no information that I could find that helped you operate things like the Air conditioning, Coffee machine, etc, that would have been helpful.

The apartment is very big which allowed us to feel at home. Very good layout so that a full kitchen is available with a big fridge, microwave, sink. Spacious bedroom, comfortable bed and very good mattress. WIFI is excellent. Extremely quiet even though we were located near the best attractions of Cadiz. There is a supermaket nearby, the streets are full of restaurants, cafés and bars nearby, lovely Plaza St. Anthony and Church nearby, near the city's main theatre (la Falla). The main street (Calle Ancha) is full of shops, the hotel is walking distance to major attractions. There is a public parking nearby where you can let your car 24 hours (download the parking app so you get a discount for the day). The staff is incredibly helpful. Christian speaks 5 languages and is very helpful, the cleaning staff also smiling and helpful. The roof terrace on the 5th floor offers a great view of Cadiz. Highly recommend and we will come back here again if we visit Cadiz.

breakfast was not included. the complimentary bottles of drinking water was a nice touch but there could have been replenishment as one small bottle shared by 2 people did not suffice for each day of our stay. The location was perfectly placed within the heart of the old town & close to many good shops restaurants & bars, enabling great opportunity for seeing all the sights & important areas of Cadiz. The suite is very well appointed and the building has a rooftop terrace giving a fantastic view of the old town skyline. The apartments are secure and the access system works very effectively.

Insufficient free drinking water as above. This also applies to the "gratis" supply of coffee pods for the coffee maker made available for use. Only 2 pods in room for 2 adults staying 4 days is an insignificant gesture & rather than a positive effort was actually a source of minor annoyance. Not great marketing or PR! There is a car park in Plaza Mina which is very close to the accomodation (Good) but the cost of parking there is quite high & it is very expensive to stay for more than a few hours. Competition for car parking is high & if you cant park at Plaza Mina & have a lot of luggage its quite a walk over cobbled surfaces to get to the building.

Welcomed by a lovely lady on the reception, very friendly and helpful. We had one of top floor rooms with large terrace & sunbeds. very clean and comfortable. Situated in old town so easy to walk around. Parking in square just metres away. Recommend the Irish Bar for atmosphere & Guinness & Jamesons, The Cafe Royalty was stunning, great daytime Tapas & also dined in evening there, superb food & service and The Tower view from Cathedral Belltower was just awesome. Open top bus worth a trip. Saw the beautiful Andalusian horses on way home at the royal equestrian centre in Jerez about half hour away. Overall lovely couple of nights in a wonderful city.

We loved everything, gorgeous apartment with a fab terrace to relax on, very clean and comfortable, friendly welcome at reception and a nice bottle of fizz to greet us on arrival in our apartment.We felt thoroughly spoiled, the cleaning ladies really looked after us, removing our rubbish, changing towels regularly and leaving us bottles of water and coffee capsules, attention to detail was great

Very good location in the beautiful city center. Friendly reception staff. Easy to reach and a car parking very close to the accommodation.

Not much. We prefer a 'normal' shower instead of a rainshower (or the option to choose between the 2) but that's just personal preference. In the bedroom you can hear the sounds from the reception and other guests in the hallway, but the reception staff leaves in the early evening and the other guests were not noisy so we did not have an issue with that. You could be unlucky though

Our “room” at Plaza Mina Suites was on the first floor, off the lobby and facing the street. It was huge, modern with very high ceilings, and consisted of a large living room with full kitchenette plus amply sized bedroom and bathroom. Despite initial concerns about noise, the bedroom was absolutely quiet. Laundry facilities are available without charge and there is a rooftop terrace. Value for price is excellent.

Lovely refurnished apartment in the old town, with a huge roof terrace, close to all the attractions and as with everything in Cadiz the sea is never more than a km away, so you can't get lost in the narrow streets. A visit to the Mercado is a must, probably second in Spain only to the La Boqueria in Barcelona, a food lovers paradise, particularly fish, and lots of places to enjoy a tapa or two with something cold. The sunset was amazing looking out over the Atlantic, even though it gets windy. Found a nice restaurant a few doors away, Marmite, specialising in Tuna, with a very reasonably priced wine list.

There is a lot of refurbishment going on around the cathedral and town generally, which is needed as some of the streets are a little rundown, but nowhere did we feel threatened or concerned just limited photo opportunities.

central, next to a public underground parking (fair fares) easy to reach, close to the historical centre and bars, restaurants, grocery stores. beautiful building nicely restored and refurbished. pleasant common roof terrace with a 360 view organised with chairs and tables. the structure is completed with laundry room and luggage room. the apartment was fully furnished (kitchen with dishwasher!) modern style, roomy bathrooms, comfortable bedrooms and high ceiling. my apt in detail has wide windows facing the street. full of light.

would have been nice a satin glass for the window facing the inner court.

We arrived and the receptionist kindly suggested to move us to a first floor apartment, which was available. She was also very helpful with all kind of information. The apartment is in a totally refurbished building, very stylish, with a beautiful terrace on the top floor. It is close to the sea, a covered, secured parking, shops, and the town center. We didn't need to use our car during our whole stay. The apartment was very clean and nicely decorated. The bedroom gave on the inner patio but, being well insulated, was quiet.

Nothing really. All was excellent. Suggestion: add some more cutlery and dishes.
