Clean, nice place, close to everything. Friendly and helpful staff.

The price as for a 2* hotel was way too expensive. + they charged extra money for holding the luggage, not like I didn't pay enough for the room already.

Take into account that Madrid is very expensive due to so much tourism that there are more and more Airbnbs and stays every day and all are expensive , this hotel for the price per night is not bad at all, it is small but it is in front of El prado near by gran via which makes it super well located, you have the Atocha station 4 minutes walk, the hotel is small but clean and remodeled, the rooms have their own remodeled bathroom with heater and blower. The bed was very comfortable I repeat quality price is super good because you don't have to stay in a shared hostel🤢 That's why I say it's not bad at all for the price, take into account that it is not a 4-star hotel, the lobby is small, nothing out of this world, but what matters are the rooms and visually the rooms look good you have TV , the hotel is clean and the rooms are clean. They are just a little small but keep in mind that everything in Europe is small when it comes to hotels

A Spanish men in reception was quite rude when he attended to me but then I remembered that in Madrid everyone is rude and it got over my head😅

Lovely quiet location but still close to the centre. Rooms were clean and although budget, had everything we needed - even a large fridge in one of our two rooms. Shower gel provided and rooms made up daily. Leaving keys at reception when going out required but not an issue - staff (owners?) very friendly and always have keys immediately ready as soon as you come back. Has a lift.

Rooms weren’t super soundproof but not a massive issue if you aren’t a light sleeper. Woken up a few times by people returning to rooms and chatting in rooms.

Located very close to Atocha, we were able to walk to the Metro/Renfe without difficulty. Also the Parque del Retiro is just a block away, very beautiful and things to see and do, especially on Sundays when a lot of shops are closed. We loved that there wine glasses and plates etc. There is a little grocery store across the street you can buy wine and cheese and bread for €5. It was clean and comfortable

Not a problem for us but it is very n the 2nd floor. Oh… it takes 3 keys to get up to the room… sometimes the locks were a little sticky and it took awhile to get the doors open Also there is a full bed in the bedroom and the pull out couch( which is comfortable) and actually was a bit big than the full bed.

Very clean room, efficient staff. Nice shower. Bright ceiling light and a table with good seat were very helpful for working. It might have been useful to have coffee facilities. Also lampshade could have been brighter for night reading. Excellently located for Prado, transport, eateries/bars and quite central. Thank you.

Not sure about the superheroes murals. In a videocall, a client could see the Avengers in my background!

Location is fantastic -- I stayed here before and love the area. The staff is good, efficient and perfunctory. Rooms are pretty small, especially for two with their luggage. Good for short stay. Bed was very good and a small bath had good shower. It was quiet. Price point a bit high for mid-September.

I like a padded chair in a room. It had only a utilitarian plastic type that wasn't comfy.

It is located in a tinny and secondary street, however, walking one block away (less than 2 min), you will find everything you need, from restaurants to clubs. Near to the train station, subway, and important museums. The room was very clean with everything necessary to have a pleasant stay. Very comfortable bed and pillows.

It was unfortunate to have a couple next door talking very loudly until very late. It was hard to fall asleep. However, I noticed the next day in the morning while working from my room, that the walls are very thin since I could hear all conversations happening around. Maybe the property should take action on this, and set up "quiet hours" for all guests to avoid complaints or bad reviews.

Room service leaves room clean and makes bed well. Bathroom is very nice. Staff are very friendly. Central location with great transport links.

You can hear your neighbours due to how thin the walls are. Sometimes, it can get really hot despite having the AC on. You have to leave your key at the reception when going out, even if it is for a quick trip to the local Carrefour

Central location near Atocha train station, restuarants and museums. Reasonable price for a holiday weekend. Beautiful entry and easy check-in and out with friendly staff. Glass drinking cups in the bathroom are a nice touch. Very small room but adequate for a one night stay before moving on. Very clean. Good wifi but the difficult password took a few times to enter correctly.

Small room that got warmer all through the night. I eventually had to open the windows because the a/c control did not respond (likely turned off centrally because it was a cool night). TV was small and the remote barely worked. Tiny elevator but wide stairs available.

It weas restful and clean. As we were there to walk the city, it was a nice place to return to after an all day walk. Always returned to clean towels and room. While not a high end hotel, it was more than we expected for the price.

The key had to be dropped off and returned whenever we had to leave. While not a big hassle or issue in in itself, just never had to do that before.
