LOCATION, LOCATION AND A NICE ROOM EXCELLENT RECEPTION STAFF, ON TOP OF NEEDED DETAILS

ROOM TEMPERATURE TENDED TO BE COLD AT NIGHT, DESPITE TRYING TO MANAGE IT THROUGH THE WALL CONTROL. EVEN THOUGH MADRID OFFERS A RESTAURANT IN EVERY CORNER, AND SPANISH FOOD IS GREAT.... LACKING RESTAURANT NOR ROOM SERVICE MAKES IT HARD ON THE TIRED BUSINESS TRAVELER. LOVED THE PERKY POP MUSIC IN RECEPTION AND LOUNGE... COULD CHEER SOMEONE UP WHEN TIRED.

There is very little not to like about this hotel. The staff was friendly and very helpful. The location is in a small square right across from the Prado and the Botanical Garden, close to numerous restaurants, and a short walk to the train station, the Reina Sofia, and Retiro Park. The junior suite is large, attractive and has a small balcony. The windows are insulated and shut out any noise from the square when they are closed. The breakfast buffet is substantial and includes made to order selections.

The light switches for the junior suite take a while to get used to. They are not intuitive and they take a bit of time to figure out how to turn on or turn off the lights in one room without also turning them on or off in another room.

although i stayed in Madrid for one night and did not get a chance to explore property or city... the hotel room location and facilities were exactly what I needed and exceeded my expectations with the little touches such as the steamer! the big bottles of complimentary water in room. When checking in and giving my ID the receptionist smiled and spoke in my language made me feel so welcomed and respected! Great staff!! and the beautiful display at reception with water fresh fruit and such all made it feel more cosy as I set foot in there. Thank you!

Nothing comes to mind honestly. It was all perfect!

A great location if you want to be within easy reach of various art galleries and museums, and very close to Atocha train station. The staff were very friendly, the rooms were clean and very well equipped. There was complimentary fruit, snacks and water in the reception. The breakfast buffet was extensive.

The outside terrace has a very small capacity, and during our four-day stay we never once were able to get a spot! The alternative was to sit in the entrance hall, which had some high tables, but the waiting staff didn’t seem to give customer siting there any attention as they were too focused on the terrace. I would have liked to have used the pool, but you had to pay extra for this.

Excellent location for galleries and parks. Excellent suite - we had ‘junior suite’ - but the size and quality of the suite and furnishings would count as a premium suite in many hotels. Front desk manager Maria very helpful when we had problems getting access to art galleries. Breakfast was excellent

1) It was impossible to reach the hotel, as all roads around were closed due to the Madrid marathon. Obviously this itself was outside the hotel’s control - but the hotel failed to warn arrivals that arriving that day would be impossible until the evening. This lack of warning caused us lots of stress, delay and unnecessary expense. 2) Swimming pool was unavailable - apparently due to unscheduled maintenance. very disappointing 3) Restaurant was closed Sunday and Monday. And because the restaurant was closed, there were no room service meals - which we had counted on. Not what we expected from highly rated capital city 4star.

We were greeted by the reception desk staff with a smile. Our room was ready with a greeting note. I must mention two person Mr. Francisco and Jaime at the reception desk who went out of the way to help me with printing my tickets giving me advice where to visit. Very friendly and helpful staffs. These are the reason I always stick to Radission group. Great hotel . Guess what I lost my cel phone and I got it back at Radisson Blu Madrid Pardo . How cool is that.

Everything was great. I would say just keep it up.

Location is perfect, staff is great and helpful, the hotel has modern design. Breakfast was nice but only one day it was a buffet.

Avoid this hotel during winter season! The heating did not work properly. Room temperature did not go up although the heating system was on. We needed to change the room. The staff was very helpful to fix the heating but after some trying they offered us another room which was better but still the heating system was not that better.

The hotel is excellently located in my opinion in a beautiful characteristic Madrid chic building It is reminiscent of a kind of boutique-hotel with a beautiful entrance as a lounge where the reception is central at the end and a beautiful sitting-lounge. The rooms are very tastefully decorated (chic) as well as d shower with and a beautiful view where you can see the Prado Museum. Had an upgrade for 2 standard-rooms to a suite-room at ground level . Amazing fews to the fountain . And reception where very kindly with requests as for a free up-grade .

This place is exceptional…the locations is ideal. We had issues with lost luggage and the hotel staff went well above our expectations to support us in managing a difficult issue…they are all first class ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ They also helped us with our luggage recovery which they simply didn’t have to do - but they did!!! The hotel service, food and ambience are also spot on! We cannot praise this team highly enough and definitely recommend it 👍👍👍

The hotel is excellently located with a short walk to the subway and a number of attractions. The hotel staff is very pleasant and helpful. The breakfast is really good and the breakfast staff is very helpful and kind. The hotel is clean and the beds are good. We asked for a quite room and we got that.

Not much to say here other than the desk in the room could have benefited from a lamp. It is not good for the eyes to use a laptop without light.
