The hotel staff are very accommodating and nice. The location of the hotel is also very near to downtown and lausanne cathedral making it convenient for visitors.

Having a functional window in the hotel room would have been great. The fan made too much noise and it was too hot to sleep without a fan on in August. The room also feels claustrophobic for this reason (no functional windows).

It's just walking distance to everything you want to see. There are parking slots available outside the building but it's paid and it's first come first served. You need to pay at the reception and then they'll let you put up a reserved sign on the lot. The rooms are dated which is okay with us, even the keyholes inside the room are old style. Toilet is small which can be a problem to bigger guests, but we're fine.

We wanted to eat breakfast the following morning but it wasn't offered/mentioned to us when we checked in so when we asked in the morning they couldn't accommodate us because we did not register the day before. Luckily, McDonald's is just a few minutes walk from the hotel.

Hotel was easy to reach by metro from train station. It was a cozy room for 4 (3 beds) and it was very comfortable. There was even a small refrigerator, with coffee and tea and a very basic small "kitchenette" which we didn't expect and didn't use. Everything was very clean, and check-in was quick and easy.

Not really a complaint, but the room was sort of an attic, right at roof level. Because of the bathtub placement it was virtually impossible to use the shower standing up. Best to sit in the tub.

Great value. Clean. Coffee machine w capsules but no milk. Free public transport pass. Close to metro to lake and station- 10 min ride . Private bathroom much better than hall one

Neighbour buildings look in windows. Some traffic noise if windows open.no air-conditioning. Bathroom old but only cosmetic problems- cracked basin, peeling paint in shower base.

Amazing location and value for money. The hotel is in a centre of Lausanne within walking distance to every major site. The underground station is really close as well. The bed was very comfortable, the room was clean and pleasant and the staff was really nice. The price for this location is unbeatable!

The bathroom facilities are a little small and there are only one toilet and one shower room for the whole floor. It wasn't an issue for us as the floor wasn't full but I can see it being a bit uncomfortable when the hotel is full of guests in high season.

The location is not too far from the city's heart and easily accessible on bus or subway metro. The location is lively and there are many restaurants and other places to hangout. The room was clean and beds were comfortable. The toilets were outside the room in corridor, shared with other rooms. But, they were cleaned often. The check in process was smooth. The washbasin inside the room was pretty handy.

Nothing to dislike for the price it came for. Relatively cheaper than similar accomodation options in the vicinity.

The hotel was close to the city center and roughly 2km away from the lake. The room was really clean and the staff was really helpful. After I gave a few info about myself I was able to checking to the hotel after the official opening hours. Wi-fi was really good :) The train station is around 1 km away from the hotel but there is a subway around 400 m away. The public transport is awesome and you get free transport tickets from the hotel during your whole stay :)

Very good reception. Very nice staff. Well placed for my needs.

Wifi connection needed to receive an SMS to connect, and this is uncomfortable if you are an international traveller. They should modify it and allow it to use either email or other connection options.

The room was big enough for three people and was next to the shared bathroom, which was very convinient. Free coffee and tea in the room was a nice gesture and warm welcomed. The location was very good, at short walking distance from the main tourist sites of Lausanne and the commercial area. The staff was excellent too, especially the one at the reception who was very friendly and helpful.

I enjoyed everything about my stay here, including the great location just minutes from a metro station and several sights, the room with a view, the comfortable bed, the free coffee in the room (yes!), the free luggage storage and, most of all, the friendliness of Francesco and Dean. You guys rock! A good value in the middle of a fun city.
