This hotel is a boutique hotel - the rooms are small, but efficient, and individual. Yes, small, but charming. The location is fantastic (one metro stop from the central train station, and at a very central metro station for changing lines). Surprisingly very quiet as well, despite the central location. The hotel personnel could not have been more helpful and more friendly. It is also, uh, to use older terms, very cool and hip. You can find hotel rooms that are larger, but I doubt rooms that are more charming.

This was my second visit to this hotel. I like it because the employees are incredibly kind, and the location is fantastic. Also, as a solo traveler, the fact that it is on the smaller side and that the employees are friendly and look out for everyone, I feel very safe there.

This is a concept hotel, so the funky, graffiti-styled decorating may not be to everyone’s liking. The rooms are small, but I only use the room to sleep and shower, so that is not a factor to me. I think the decorating is all in good fun, so I like it. However others may not.

This hotel is far beyond our expectation. Although the room is not spacious, it contains various amenities you need - even little things you would not expect (e.g. adaptors). The decoration is very beautiful and stylish. The reception would give you free drink for each person upon your arrival, and there are even 2 bottles of water and 2 bottles of soft drink inside the room. Of course coffee pods are there for free. We loved this hotel and we can definitely say that it is worth the money you spent.

A little bit noise outside as it is located on a main street.

Location was brilliant, staff were welcoming and helpful. The room was small but perfect for us, ear plugs and other essentials stocked even a travel plug in the room. We loved the Panettone and water available in the room. Room was clean and beds so comfy. Brilliant location for exploring Lausanne. It was great having the free transport around the city , we mainly used the metro. Great location for the Christmas Market

More sockets in the room if I really had to say.

A bit of an adventure, as I expected. Great location, next door to the metro and in the center of activity. Friendly and helpful staff. Complimentary drink ticket for the bar was a surprise delight. The rooms are themed with cheeky decor. Didn't know I needed a revolving mirrored peace sign on my ceiling but there it was. The rooftop bar is great in warmer weather.

Extremely tight space for a double room. Some of the room amenities were fixed to the already small counters making space for personal items an unpleasant challenge. Didn't need the condoms provided in the mini bar but sadly did need the ear plugs as the noise from the outside bar downstairs could be heard loud and clear late into the night from my closed window on the 3rd floor.

Reception desk on the ground floor where also "Mad house bar" is. The staff was kind. A day pass for the public transportation and a coupon for one free welcome-drink in the bar were provided to me. They storaged for few hours my suitcase free of charge. Some printed maps of the city and brochures were available, equipment and amenities also available in the room as coffee machine, a cupcake and some caramels, condoms etc.

The room was small.

A very interestingly decorated and designed hotel above a cozy bar. The staff were excellent and you get free entry to what is apparently one of the top 100 nightclubs in the world with your stay, although I did not take advantage of that. It was very close to the Christmas market and conveniently located on the metro.

The vibe was interesting to say the least. The bathroom facilities left a little to be desired.

the hotel is very stylish decorated and the flow goes throughout the house. the rooms have everything you need and some additional gifts and stuff (like free coffee, small selection of drinks and a gift). The room itself is not very spacious, but you are there to sleep, not to work. Bar, rooftop (not open yet, however - opens in May only) and the hotel surrounding are perfect for one or two days in Lausanne - whether on a business trip or a weekend getaway. Would not recommend for families with small children or people that wake easy (its at the main road/roundabout and just next to the party district, so expect people to tell you they are going home after a party-night ;o) breakfast option for 15 CHF per person is ok

the room was just on the side to the street and early morning your had police, people and commuters making it a little noisy.

The staff were so kind, helpful, friendly! And I was just blown away by the beautiful decor from the reception, to the toilets, to the hall ways and the rooms! Gorgeous 😍

I thought the breakfast was quite expensive for what it was. But I had the free panatone and used the free drink voucher for a latte, so that made a perfect breakfast, sitting outside in the sun 🌞 I was really disappointed I didn't get to see the roof terrace - my fault as I was too busy and only tried in the morning, when it was closed. Breakfast up there would have been great!

The place is absolutely fabulous, the bar downstairs as well. Everyone so friendly and welcoming. Thank you Amy, our waitress for most of the nights in the bar. Syperb atmosphere and music, always music around, love that. Definitely the place exceeded my expectations, pictures can't do. Exceptional. We received free transport card and free cards for entry to the Mad club, syperb. Ooh thanks for upgrading our room for free. Always fresh coffe and water on the house, in the room, daily. What else you can ask for?
