location is very close to Lugano funicular /quit street, pool inside the hotel, one day travel card to public transport that is included (free for the hotel’s guests)

transmitters for charging devices should be free (the hotel sells them ) 😂🙈

- Great location in Paradiso Lugano, just a 20-minute walk from the city centre or 9 minutes by bus. Ticino public transport ticket was included, all buses were free! - The hotel is only 3 minutes from the lake, great walking spot! - Friendly staff - Clean room

- There was no availability for parking at the hotel (also requested by phone two days before arrival, but there was nothing available). There is a public garage near the hotel, however it costs twice as much (40 CHF per day). - The furnishing of the room could be better (e.g. there was no wardrobe).

Everything...the Hotel is perfectly situated to enjoy both the upper and lower half of the city, the mountains and the lake, it is absolutely beautiful, close to supermarkets like literally 100meters away, restaurants just around the corner, also the bus stop is like 150meters away, the biggest attraction which is a cable car that's the highest point in Lugano is 2km up the mountain where they have restaurants as well, we were lucky enough to go as it opens pending the weather, loved my stay, really did, the staff from reception to the cleaning staff, absolutely friendly and helpful, excellent.

The only ONE thing I didn't like is that through the winter the hotel restaurant and room service are closed, other than that I have absolutely no complaint.

The service was very good and the staff very helpful. The hotel offered us a free public transport ticket during our stay. The process of checking in and reserving a parking space was excellent. The room was clean, a security box and a coffee machine were provided in room. The location is very good especially if one has a car because it is easy to go directly to the highway.

The bathroom was small and the layout was uncomfortable. The toilet and sink were in front of the bathroom mirror and both the mirror and the small magnifying mirror were far away and not easily accessible. The soundproofing of the room was not good and you could hear everything from the adjacent rooms.

Room comfortable size, Good location to walk down to lake and nearby the funicular. Good breakfast selection, but 20.00 extra(apparently I didn't book) Had some trouble getting the room warm. I did get an extra blanket and all was fine. They held my luggage while I went for a walk before leaving.

Bar and restaurant still closed till later in season. Very limited, pricey "honor" fridge in lobby. Never found the room safe, but didn't ask either. Bathroom lighting pretty poor as was water temp, took a long time to get warm.

Excellent attention from staff, and a very pleasant stay, but too short. We got some excellent attention related to things to do in our short time in Lugano.

The offsite public parking (2 blocks away) was not inconvenient, however, when I went to pay, I used a 20 Euro bill instead of Swiss Francs and the amount was insufficient, I received francs as exchange from the machine which I was not able to use as we were returning to Italy and Euros. I eventually paid with credit card. The hotel could perhaps remind guests to use francs. My wife and I just spent 1 night in Lugano (from Italy) and were not thinking of the change in currency.

This hotel really cares about there guests. They went above and belong to make it a special moment for my parents that stayed here! the service is 5 star . I couldn’t thank them enough and would recommend everyone to stay here ! The rooms are clean , the restaurants provide great service and food !

I couldn’t find a fault in the this hotel it is the 3 times my parents have stayed to visit me and they made it so special

Excellent location, a short walk to the lake with plenty of restaurants and cafes right around the corner. Traveling by car is easy as the hotel is located right by the exit from the freeway. Underground parking is a great option to safely park your car while you explore the city. Our parking spot was big enough to park a wide sports car with no major issues.

Sound insulation could be better - you can hear sounds coming from the street. Big glass panel by the bed is somewhat worrying if you're trying to sit. We would have preferred a shower instead of a bath.

The location was great for one nights pits-stop stay! The hotel is right in the centre of the city and 5minutes from the lake and Paradiso. The reception team were genuinely friendly and super helpful. Our room was cosy and the hotel in general has a nice and homely ambiance to it. We also thoroughly enjoyed our morning dip in the swimming pool! Comfy beds!

The hotel’s parking was full and we had to park elsewhere in a public car park. The room’s walls are quite thin and we could hear our neighbours talking loudly.

Nice hotel, modern room, with easy access to the city centre. Close to the lake. Next to the funicular and easy access to the train and bus stations. Lorenzo, at the reception was particularly helpful. He informed us that as guests paying city tax we were eligible for free public transport plus various discounts (Ticino).

A little out of the city centre, Expensive (for Europeans at least!).
