The hotel was fantastic. Couldn’t fault it. The king bed was huge and comfortable, room was cleaned very well on a daily basis, staff were very helpful. I thought the room had some nice touches with the windows covering reminding you that you were in Japan. Had an amazing view on the 23rd floor. About a 5 min walk to Osaka Station or 3 min to the Nishi Umeda station. Very easy to get to most places. Would highly recommend this hotel to anyone going to Osaka and would definitely stay there again. One of the better Hilton hotels I’ve stayed in.

The Hilton Osaka is a large modern hotel opposite Umeda Station. The room was large and well equipped. We had a complimentary late check-out at 2:00 pm, which was great for our late flight. The hotel is within easy walking distance of the limousine bus stop for Kansai Airport; this bus service is cheaper and easier to access than the Harouka Express train.

This is not the fault of the hotel, but major building work made our walk to the Umeda Sky Building rather lengthy.

Everything was great. Excellent location but the highlight for us was the exceptional In-room dining service. We checked-in to the hotel at 1 AM and we able to order food in our room all freshly made and addictively delicious. Breakfast was great too - very hard working and courteous staff.

Not a single issue, Osaka Station is across the road with multiple shops, restaurants and commuting options.

location is exceptionally convenient to most underground or railway. Staff at counter are nice but those at restaurant, perhaps not very fluent in English, sometimes not able to get what you need, but overall very nice.

bathroom a bit old and perhaps due to the carpet, my allergy to dust is somehow worsen when stay. but the hotel staff is nice enough to give me an air purifier eventually and that made me feel much better after.

Location to food, other eateries and the station was excellent. Room was a little dusty which I raised and was cleaned on that day. Staff and service was excellent. Really great facilities. I wouldn’t recommend eating at the hotel as there is so much great and cheaper food within the vicinity. Staff were friendly and accommodating.

Booked the Hilton as a name we could trust. However, the little touches were missing. Some stains on the mattress topper, extra bed not ready when we arrived after the official check-in time. Room a little on the small size compared to some other hotels.
